Shit. This is it... Valentines day. I have no idea what to do. Like, I'm dating Karma now, so... Do I get him something? I feel obliged to, but he's kinda sorta a bit of a twat, so he'd either tease me or turn it into something perverted... I should probably get him something, it's only right.
Heading out to the store was a pretty quick trip, however, finding him a present wasn't. Eventually, I found the perfect present... A rock. But not just any rock; a rock with a mother fucking face. That's right, lads, I am the present-giving queen. Of course, chocolates would be a classic, so I got him some of those as well just so I don't look like an awful girlfriend.
The trip back was short, and when I reached my room I got out the cat ears that I still have for whatever reason and put then on.
I see him playing video games on the couch and stalk over to him, covering his eyes with my hands and watching his character die on the screen.
"Guess who~"
"...(y/n)?"
"No, it's Nagisa. I'm confessing my undying love to you."
"...I hate you sometimes."
"Love you too~ now, close your eyes. I have a present~" I removed my hands from his eyes and kneeled in front of him, holding out the rock with the chocolates behind my back. "Okay, you can open them now."
"...(y/n)."
"Yes, Karma?"
"What is that in your hands?"
"Your Valentines day present."
"...Why is it a rock?"
"It's not just any rock, it has a face, see?" I pointed at it and saw him facepalm.
"Also... Why are you wearing cat ears?"
"Nya~" I chuckled and put down the rock, grabbing the chocolates. "Ummmm... Jokes aside, these are... They're for you." I blushed profusely while giving them to him, going up to my room straight after and curling up in a ball on the bed. Jesus Christ, why did I have to make it so awkward?!
"Nurufufufu. Who would've thought that my own little sister would be the one that appears in my gossip journal the most?" I turned around to see my octopus of a brother holding up a notebook and looking ridiculously dodgy. I was about to scream at him and attack him, until I noticed something. That was the first time he'd ever called me his sister.
"Wait... What did you just call me?" his face immediately became flustered and he shot out the window, leaving me staring in the direction he'd gone and grinning like an idiot. Sister... I like that.
I didn't notice someone come into the room until I felt two arms wrap around my waist and two lips press against my neck, making me jump and yelp slightly.
"Thank you for the gift, (y/n)-chan~"
"HA! I knew you'd like the rock!!!" he flicked my forehead, making me rub it and glare at him playfully.
"Not that, (y/n). The chocolates." he chuckled slightly, kissing my ear lobe and getting up.
"What can I say? I'm brilliant."

A few days later~

I boredly walked alongside Karma, enjoying the music playing through my earphones. Then, these two guys walked past us and Karma stopped. Great... He's going to start something,isn't he?
"What happens if I don't apologise?" Yep, he's definitely starting something.
"Karma, I kindly request for you to stop being such a demented Tonka toy so we can get to school on time." I sighed, trying to keep calm.
"Stay out of this, sweetheart." One of the guys said.
"DO YOU WANNA GO MATE?!"
"Oh, now you're just asking for it."
"Bring it on!" Me and Karma began to charge at the guys.
"MY DEEPEST APOLOGIES!!!!"... wut.
"As their teacher, please forgive my failure in disciplining them. I'll lick your shoes as much as you want." Okay, now this is just getting creepy. The guy pulled his foot away from big brother, grunting.
"At least teach your students some manners!" With that, they both stormed off. I just walked off to school, putting my earphones in. If Karma's going to get lectured, I don't want to get involved. If it involves me, big brother will stop me.

After school~

I walked down the street next to Karma, Nagisa, Sugino, Itona and Terasaka, my earphones still blasting The Cure in my ears. We walked past an alleyway and everyone suddenly stopped.
"Guys, what's-" I turned to see Yada surrounded by multiple strong men, who clearly didn't have very good intentions. They're too strong for us to take. If big brother was here, he could do it with ease, but he's not. What do we do?! Karma stepped up,mocking them. Well then, he just signed his death warrant; time to find a new boyfriend. He then bowed... Wut. The cockiest flamethrower to have ever existed just bowed and apologised. Why am I not filming this?!
"Itona..." I looked towards the man, then towards Itona, seeing him shocked as hell.
"Father..."... Wut. Holy fucking shit. This is Itona's dad?! They look nothing alike...
"Your voice has changed... You've done well for yourself, Itona."
"...Yeah." Itona leaned his head into the man's chest, tears sliding down his cheeks. I couldn't help but smile at the scene before me and let a tear slide down my cheek. I miss having a dad, even if mine wasn't the best guy in the world, he was still my dad.
"Let's leave them together. Should we head home, (y/n)?" I looked up at Karma with a sad smile.
"Yeah..."
