I hugged my body to give me warmth as my eyes drifted to sleep. Hours must've past by since I was last awake, but it was better for me after all. As I rested my head on the window, the sun beamed a warm light to my cheeks, making my lips curve.

"Raeโ€”!" Jimin screamed my name, and my eyes immediately darted open to seeโ€”nothing.

"You're so fucking annoying." I narrowed my eyes, before punching his shoulder.

"You've been sleeping for too long." He glanced over at me. "I though you might've been dead."

"Yeah, that's definitely the way you check." I crossed my arms over my chest.

We continued to drive under the tunnel, in a very comfortable darkness that made me want to close my eyes again. Jimin slapped my thigh making me alert again. I gave him a warning look, and a small chuckle escaped his lips.

"I can't let you sleep."

"and why not." I raised a brow.

"Because." He drove out of the tunnel and my jaw nearly fell to the floor.

Mountains towered around us, as if it were some beautifully painted picture. I looked back at Jimin, noticing the smile on his face as he enjoyed mine.

"I can't believe I'm really seeing this right now." I blinked my eyes a few times. "Has it really been a day already?"

"After the last stop we made, remember when I needed to pee and I made you blush." He lowered a brow. "Well, we just continued driving after that."

"You didn't make me blush you idiot." I rolled my eyes at his unexpected comment.

"We'll go with that if it makes you feel any better."

"So we're actually in Colorado?" I lifted myself out of my seat to get a better view. "It's so different than Brooklyn." I just came to the obvious realization.

"You've got the most important part of Brooklyn with you." Jimin ruffled my hair so that it all fell in my face.

"wow." I quickly pushed the hair from my eyes, and pressed my face against the window. "People get to climb thoseโ€”?" I watched families and groups walk towards a mountain climbing path.

"Those aren't really for the public." Jimin explained to me. "I'm guessing those people are professional rock climbers."

"Damn." I whispered to myself.

Jimin gave me a quick glance, before swerving into the next lane. I widened my eyes as he drove into the mountain climbing lot. This guy isn't serious is he?

"Jimin, what the hell are you doingโ€”?" I tried to get an answer from him, but he continued to drive.

"What are we doingโ€”?" He repeated the question while stopping the car. "climbing mountains what does it look likeโ€”?"

Jimin quickly gave in to my worried face, laughing hysterically as he fell onto my shoulder. "Did you think I was seriousโ€”?"

"Uh, yeah." I raised my brows.

"I'm letting you get a closer look." He shrugged his shoulders before taking my hand in his.

"are you sure we're allowed to?" I slightly pulled back at his hand.

"Do I need to carry you up thereโ€”?" He swung my hand back and forth, before harshly pulling me to him. "You have me, what are you worried about?"

"What about Hoseok and Brookeโ€”?" I pursed my lips in thought. "They won't know where we are."

"They're at the hotel and I'm a hundred percent sure they're doing the dirty in there, so they'd probably appreciate it if we stalled for a little bit." He tried to convince me.

"Fine." I finally gave in, bringing a smile to his face.

"Let's just follow those guys." Jimin whispered, quietly pulling me beside a couple of mountain climbers who were going in the same direction.

We somehow made it passed all the checkpoints and were now in the climbing and hiking range. What the hell were we thinking? Jimin pulled my hand back, signaling me to stay quiet. He waited until the other group vanished and pulled me towards the opposite direction.ย

"I think we should follow them." I pointed over my shoulder but he didn't seem to care.

Jimin stepped onto a rock, using his right arm to pull me up next to him. I gave him a suppressed smile as the view had me overwhelmed. The tall mountains were so close, I could brush my hands against them and tell my kids I once stood here.

"What do you thinkโ€”?" He glanced over at me, keeping a tight grip on my hand incase I slipped.

"I can't believe I'm actually standing here." My curious eyes wandered the area, making Jimin brightly smile.ย

I jumped off the large rock and watched my every step carefully. Jimin lowered his brows as he came after me, quickly pulling my hand back.

"Don't let go of my hand." He pulled me closer to him and I could tell he was worried just like I was when we got here. "I can't have you hurt yourself."

"I'm not going anywhere." I mumbled, before letting go of his hand again. "Throw me that rock."

Jimin picked up the rock I pointed to, and tossed it to me. I flipped it to the sharpened side, and stood against the mountain wall. I start carving my name into the hard surface, licking my lips as I tried to focus. Jimin grabbed the rock from my hands, and lightly pushed me aside as he wrote in the words belongs to Jimin after the carving of my name.

I squinted my eyes as a playful smile appeared on my lips. He threw the rock in his hand, and pulled me closer to his body. The smile on my face faded
as Jimin leaned forward, his lips brushing mine as our lips gently touched. I slowly closed my eyes as my arms reached to his neck, pulling him to me.

Jimin pulled back before he leaned closer to my ear and whispered. "Let's take this to the car."

I slowly nodded, letting him carry me out of the mountain terrain. I couldn't think straight after those words he said. I'm not sure I'm ready to give myself to him, but my body was saying otherwise.

Jimin set me on the floor as he rummaged through his pocket for the keys. I nervously tugged at my bottom lip as the anticipation was killing me. His arms suddenly wrapped around me, as he laid me down in the back seat. I gulped as he hovered over me, his lips attaching to mine again, rougher than the first time.

Jimin used both his hands to rip the shirt off my body, when he frustratedly moved my hands from my chest. I knew Jimin hated that I was so self conscious of my body. He pinned my hands to my side and began to leave trails of wet kiss marks on my stomach. Jimin suddenly lifted his head, as he deviously smirked at me.

"What?" I shyly responded.

"I didn't know you had a belly piercing." Jimin raised a brow at me.

"It was from last year." I quietly remarked.

I gulped as he ran his tongue over his lips.

"Can I?" He averted his eyes to the rim of my jeans, before looking at me with seductive eyes.

This is a lot harder than it looks to most people. I mean, it's Park Jimin we're talking about, the boy I've been feuding with since I was six years old. He suddenly wants to have sex with me in the back of his car, when just a month ago he humiliated me in front of the entire school. What is this fuckery?

"I won't hurt you." He whispered as his hand rested on my cheek.

"I don't know." I let out a small sigh, as his eyes were literally hypnotizing me. "I want you, butโ€”

"Then what's the problemโ€”?" Jimin's low and seductive voice was the problem.

"I can't have you." I slowly shook my head as I fearfully looked into his eyes.

I wasn't scared of him, but scared of how this would affect us. Jimin knew how I feltโ€”he knows it's hard for me to trust him after his past. He's hidden his true self from me for years and years and it's finally taking an unhealthy turn on my life. I'm falling for the idiot and he knows it too.

"Yes you can." Jimin insisted as his hand squeezed mine. "I'm all yours."

"You're someone else's." I quietly mumbled, trying not to let my emotions get to me.

"Rae." He gently grabbed my shoulders. "I already explained the situation to you. I love you and no one else."

"Please trust me." Jimin pleaded, and I could tell he really wanted this to work.

"How can I trust youโ€”?" I nervously licked my lips, offering suggestions from him. "I believe you about Leah, but you have to understand where I'm coming from."

"Spend more time with me Rae, that way you'll see how good I'll treat you." His thumb rubbed circles into my hand. "Please."

I smiled at his gesture, and leaned forward to peck his lips. Jimin's pupils grew as I pulled away, still holding onto his hand. "I like you Jimin, and I'm willing to work this out if you are."

My heart melted as the corners of his lips formed into a flustered smile. I knew I had to tease him about it sooner or later.

"Park Jimin?" I playfully called his name. "Are you blushing?"

"I'm not fucking blushing." He mumbled into his hands as I let out a soft laugh.

"I'm glad I got to see that before I die." I hissed as he nudged my shoulder with his elbow.

"We should get going." He suggested, while pulling me off my back. "Brooke and Hoseok are probably worried."

"What happened to the whole it doesn't matter thing?" I continued to tease him as he started the car. "This is so fun."

"I'll get you back, and it won't be pretty." Jimin warned, as he drove back onto the road.

I raised my brow at him.

"We'll see about that."
