Natsu's POV
Sun rays hit my eyes. 'Its morning..' As I look to my side and saw a sleeping Lucy. 'Cute..but, Y/N's cuter when she's asleep.'

Lucy slowly opened her eyes and saw Natsu staring at her. "Good morning Natsu." she smiled. "Good morning Lucy." I smiled back. "Come on, let's get ready. Another day in Fairy Tail."

(Time Skip)
As I was going to Fairy Tail, I bumped into Happy. "Natsu! Where have your been last night? I was worried..." "I was at Lucy's. Guess I was tired and fell asleep there." I patted his head. "Oh, wait, did something happened last night? I think I heard crying there before I left." "Well, last night, Lucy confessed to me. She said she loved me for a long time now." "Then, how did you responded?" "I kissed her.." "What?!" Happy was shock from what I did. " But you're with Y/N! That's basically cheating Natsu!" "I know, that's why I planned to break up with her." "Natsu..." Then I heard Lucy, "Natsu!!" "Oh, hey Lucy!" She smiles at me and hold my hand. "Come on! I can't wait to tell everyone about us!" "S-sure!" "Oh, and good morning Happy! I guess you already know what happened about me and Natsu right?" "Yeah, but your stealing your best friend's boyfriend." .........Stealing?" "Come on Luce, let's go."

(Time Skip)

"Hey everyone!" As I came inside Fairy Tail, everyone was looking at us with evil glares. Then Gray suddenly grab my collar and shout. "YOU IDIOT! DID YOU EVEN REALIZE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE?!" "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!" "SHE SAW YOU LAST NIGHT YOU FLAME BRAIN!" "Gray! Stop! You're hurting him!" "SAME GOES FOR YOU LUCY!" "HEY STOP SHOUTING AT MY GIRL YOU ICE STRIPER!" "OH, NOW LUCY IS YOUR GIRL? WHAT ABOUT Y/N?!" "Gray! That's enough." Gramps stops Gray. "Tch..." He then lets go of my collar and gramps came down. "Natsu and Lucy... I congratualate your new relationship. "Thanks gramps!" "Thank you master!" "But you shouldn't cheat her Natsu. And Lucy, you shouldn't have stabbed her in the back..." "Wha-" "You two know what I meant...Anyway, you two are the only who haven't know what happened to  Y/N and her exceed..." "What happened to her?!" "She applied to a thousand-year job." "What?!" We said in sync. I don't know but I felt that my heart ached when I heard that she left without telling us. "When will she be coming back gramps?" "Its a thousand-year job idiot! I don't know! Either after her job or never!" He gripped his fist and then faced his back at us and starts to walk away.

(Time Skip)

"Y/N..." "Cheer up Natsu, I'll get us a drink, okay?" Before she stood up, Mirajane was infront of us. She was holding two things, a small gift box and a bunch of papers. "Mirajane? What are those?" Her eyes were not welcoming to us. And she didn't even smile. "Y/N has something for the both of you..." She gave me the box and Lucy, the papers. "Oh, and she congratualates you both..." she said before she left the table. 'She congratulated us? Wait..did she really saw what happened last night? So that what Gray meant... Dang it! I'm such an idiot!'

I open the box and saw a fire shaped necklace and a letter. I read it and it says,

Dear Natsu,
Happy 3rd Anniversary! Wow, I can't believe its been long since we've become lovers.  To celebrate that, I made you a necklace. This isn't some necklace my dear, It protects you and increases your magic by 20 percent! Pretty cool huh? I hope you like it. This shows how much I love you. Anyways, again, Happy Anniversary my fire dragon! I love you!

'Y/N...'  I gripped the paper and started to cry. I wear it and I can feel its protection and its power.

Lucy's POV
'Papers?' I look at the pages and they seem familiar. So I read it.

The princess is tired of waiting, waiting of someone to rescue her from the dragon. So she thinks of a plan of escape.

She packed her things and thought of going at night, that's when the dragon sleeps. She tip-toed going down from her room. After she came down the stairs, she saw the dragon, sleeping. She saw it was peaceful. But she doesn't want to stay in the tower forever. So she continues her escape. 'I won't miss this tower and that creepy dragon.' She thought. But deep inside, she will miss the tower and the dragon.

After I read the short story, I saw a letter.

Hey Lucy! So, this is a small plot of the story that we have been working on. I'll have your ideas on this! Hope we can finish this story. Oh, and I think I have a great title of this,
"Adventures of the Strong Princess"
