THIRD PERSON POV

Amanda and Vivian have been waiting for this day for days! They both excited to see where Carmen and her sisters live their whole life. They only heard stories and rumors about their house. Now they get to see with their own eyes themselves. Larissa has been preparing her mother for the visit as well. Unfortunately her father can't join them because of his job. "Is it alright for me to go Larissa?" her mother asked her. "It's fine mom. She invited you too," Larissa smiled to her mother. Not long after that, a honk startled all of the Vincent's. "OUR RIDE IS HERE!" Amanda shouted excitedly. Larissa helped her mother to stand and asked Amanda to hold their mother other side. Vivian opened the door for them.

As they walked out of their little humble home, Vivian stopped mid-way and just stared. "What are you doing Viv?" Amanda asked her. Vivian pointed and they all looked at the direction she pointed and gawked at the sight. The Vincent's never even seen this type of car before. It's long, black and shiny. This is what the rich people called as a limousine. "Shiny..." Vivian said walking towards it. Vivian stopped when a man came out of the car and opened the door for her. "Miss, Madam, I will be your driver for today. You can call me Jeremy," the driver smiled at the Vincent's. They smiled back. Jeremy closed the door when the Vincent's are inside the huge limo. "Vivian! Don't touch anything!" Larissa warned her sister.

Jeremy opened the divider than connect the driver's seat to the back seat. "It's ok miss, this limo is kid friendly. It's what the Larove will used when they want to pick up a family. There's a mini fridge and all the beverages and snacks for you all. Enjoy the ride," he said and closed the divider. "Why are the Larove so nice to us?" Mrs. Vincent asked her daughters. "Probably because a certain someone takes a liking in someone," Amanda winked at her older sister. Larissa playfully hit her sister's shoulder. The drive was okay. They look around the neighborhood they never dream of seeing at all. It's what the town people call an elite side of town, where all the rich people live. Its either you worked for the elites or you are the elites to be here.

But the Vincent's are neither. They worried they will be in trouble. Vivian like always, being her happy little self, admiring the view she never seen in her life before. "There's a lot of castle here! I wonder if they're all princesses," she beamed. Mrs. Vincent chuckled at the sight of her little girl. The car stopped in front of a huge white gate. Larissa peeked outside and the scenery was beyond her wildest dreams. Jeremy smiled at the security guard and he opened the gate for him. Again he opened the divider. "Welcome to the Larove's Estate," he smiled. He began to drive the long road that stretched a mile away from the main gate. The Vincent's looked around the estate and gasped at the sight. They can't even believe they all in the Larove's Estate.

"Is this a dream? If so I really don't want to wake up, ever!" Amanda said breathlessly. Vivian is so happy. She finally gets to be in a fairy tale of her dreams. The surrounding was filled with gardens and ponds where the Larove spend most of their time to read or having a family time. The whole land of the estate is their very own private property where no one can even enter easily, even if you're the member of the elite. "Look at that..." Amanda pointed at the castle like mansion in front of them. Not even words can describe what they seen. The limo finally stopped in front of the huge mansion. It's the biggest among all mansions in town. It shows how rich the Larove's are. They didn't get the title the most influential family for nothing. Mrs. Vincent and Larissa get out of the car first when Jeremy opened the door for them.

Amanda and Vivian just stood there staring at the majestic sight when they step foot on the Larove's land. Amanda was thinking 'Nobody will ever believe I was actually here. I'm not sure I'm actually here. Man I wish I had a phone. I need pictures of this. Vivian on the other hand is thinking of how lucky she knows a royalty. 'Wow! I didn't know they lived in a castle!' While the two sisters were on their little fantasy world, Carmen, Catherine and Christina walked out of the mansion and greeted their guests. "Welcome! Don't just stand there, come in," Catherine beamed at her guest. Christina offered Larissa a hand and helped Mrs. Vincent up the stairs to their front door. "Carmen, wake them. I think they both lost in their own little world," Catherine amusingly said to her sister. Carmen smiled.

"Come on. Let's' go inside," Carmen offered. Vivian turned to Carmen and asked. "Princess Carmen? You never mentioned you live in a castle," A very confused Carmen looked at the little girl. "I'm not a princess Vivian," Carmen said and picked a very confused Vivian up.

Carmen turned around. "Amanda, let's go inside," Amanda nodded and followed Carmen inside. As Amanda put her foot on the marble floor, waves of excitement rush over her. Her eyes were threatening to explode out of its socket when she saw the most beautiful house she ever seen. Carmen put Vivian down and let her wander off. "Vivian! Don't go too far," Larissa screamed at her sister. But Vivian was too happy to listen. Vivian stopped in front of the twins. "Princesses!" she beamed when she saw the twin's dresses.

"We are not princesses Vivian," they both chuckled. Vivian again, confused. "But you live in a castle. Only a princess can live in a castle." Vivian explained in very matter of fact way. The Larove sisters laughed at the very confused Vivian. "This isn't a castle. It's just our house." Then Vivian leaned in and whispers to Amanda who was just seated beside her older sister. "Someone forgot to tell them they all princesses and lives in a castle." An embarrass Amanda covered Vivian's mouth in an attempt to quiet her. "Vivian, stop talking. I will explain later." Amanda gave the Laroves a nervous smiled. "I understand. I think you better tell Carmen and her sisters though," Vivian threw back at her. That earned a laugh out of the Laroves and Mrs. Vincent.

"Kids, let's go to the magical land of Disney," Catherine suddenly beamed and Vivian expression was priceless. "YAY! I FINALLY GET TO BE A PRINCESS!" she yelled out all of her excitement. "Viv! Manners," her frail mother tried to calm her little girl down. This will be one of an adventure for the Vincent's.

LARISSA'S POV

"Larissa, Mrs. Vincent, we would like you two to meet someone," Christina said to mom and I. Carmen stood up and offered a hand to help me hold mom's body. Christina led us to a huge brown door. "Don't worry, I trust Cath to look after the kids," she said and opened the door. "Mom, dad, meet The Vincent's," I looked up to see an aged man and woman sitting behind a large mahogany office like table. The woman, who look exactly like Christina smiled at us. The man, who look like Carmen, well they have the same hair color also smiled at us. Reality hit me like a brick; these two are William and Maya Larove! They both stood up and offered my mom their hand to shake. My mom actually looks like she's debating whether to touch them or not. "We don't bite," the soft voice said. It's Mrs. Larove. "Just call me Lara," Mom introduced herself. "I am Maya and this is my husband William," she introduced herself and her husband. "We know. You own the house we live in," my mom said. They both chuckled.

"Really?" the man asked my mom. "Yes, it's the cheapest in town," Mr. Larove gave out a loud laughed. It's that funny? I chuckled. "Daddy!" Christina warned her dad. Mr. Larove stopped laughing and looked at us. "Sorry. We try to help the community as much as we can," mom smiled. "Please, have a seat," Mrs. Larove offered us. "Really?" mom asked. "Come now Lara, we're both human. We don't judge people from where they come from, we judge them from their action and heart." Mrs. Larove said and goes to my mom's side and helped her. "Thank you Madam," I said. "Don't mention it," Mrs. Larove smiled. Now I know where Carmen mesmerizing smiled came from. Christina and Carmen sat on the couch next to the bookshelves behind us. "So ..." Mrs. Larove started. "Carmen told us what my father did. For that I apologize," she looked at us with concerned eyes. Did I hear it right? The Queen of this town just apologizes to us? "Oh no, it's our fault that we borrow his money," my mom said.

"No, what my father did was illegal. And for that I feel guilty. Carmen told me his men hit you and your daughter. I am truly sorry for that," she stood up and reached out for my mom's hand. "I am truly sorry." My mom and I are truly speechless of what's happening now. "Ma'am, don't be. Woman like you should never touch a person like me," my mom said lowly. Mrs. Larove expression change to confuse. "What do you mean?" "What I mean is I am poor, dirty to your eyes," Mrs. Larove stopped my mom from talking even further. "Nonsense! I am human as well same like you. No one should be label. Besides, like I said before, I judge people by their action and heart, not status," she smiled at my mom, released her hand from my moms and walked to her chair. "We are aware of your condition. And our daughter, Carmen said she want to pay for your treatment," Mr. Larove started and motioned Carmen to his side. Now that Carmen stood next to her father, I can see the resemblance.

The hair, the nose, but the only thing resemblance her mother was her eyes. Those deep ocean blue eyes just made me want to swim in them. "We want you to sign these papers. It will be the proof that we agreed to pay for it. You can present it at the hospital," he finished and handed the papers to my mom. My mom hesitates to sign them. I mean, it's a good thing but this is all too much. "I feel really guilty about this," Mrs. Larove smiled at her. "It's ok. It will be Carmen who pays them all. Not us. She said something about helping a cru....." she didn't get to finish her sentence when Carmen flee to her and closed her mouth. Mr. Larove and Christina just chuckled. "What I'm trying to say was she wants to help fellow friend," she finished. Mom just smiled and looked at me and Carmen back. "I understand," Mom said and sign the papers. Mr. Larove took the signed papers and smiled. "Now that it's all done, let's eat lunch," Mr. Larove said. Mom nodded. We waited for Mr. and Mrs. Larove to walk out and we followed. Carmen helped me with mom.

I looked at her and she smiled at me. She suddenly stopped. "You know what, it's easier and faster this way," she said and pick my mom up bridal style. My mom yelped a little. "Carmen! What are you doing!" she just ignored me and walked towards the kitchen. Well, I never dream to say this but I want her to pick me up like that! ... I smiled at the sight.
