"i can't do this anymore," i said out loud, though there was no one around. i proceeded to knock my head against the table. bonk.

i was in the common room doing homework. i thought that the others would be here, but i guess i was wrong. so for the past hour, it was just me, myself, and my stupid homework.

just as i was having a crisis over my work, someone walked in. they seemed to have placed something on the table. i looked up. lo and behold, my saviour yaoyorozu.

"hey, y/n, you seem quite stressed, so i brought us some tea." she continues, "do you need any help?"

sitting up straight, i stared at her, stars in my eyes. i nodded my head, proceeding to point out every corner i needed help in. yaoyorozu, initially, was slightly startled by my sudden enthusiasm, but she calmly guided me through my problems. in no time, we breezed through two papers, in an hour or so.

while the black-haired female continued on to explain the next question, i realised that we've forgotten about something. i look towards the tray she brought in. the tea she brewed! it's gone cold. honestly, i didn't really mind, so i picked up one of the cups.

i brought it near my nose, inhaling.

"mmm, smells nice for lukewarm tea," i thought. i brought it towards my lips, taking a sip. wow.

words can't describe how amazing the tea tasted. let's just say, i finished the whole pot she brought.

yaoyorozu was going to fill up our cups again, when she noticed the empty pot. i sheepishly apologised for drinking everything. oops.

she just smiled. she stood up, picking up the tray, telling me that she was going to brew another pot.

when she left the room, the sound of something hitting the windows slowly intensified. it was raining. it was becoming colder too. i don't think turning on the air-conditioner was a good idea. i shivered.

i grabbed all the blankets and pillows i could find, surrounding the area i sat. when yaoyorozu finally came back, she was met with a pillow fort. i think its kind of amazing that i managed to pull off a pillow fort made for 2 in ten minutes.

she laughed, setting down the tray. she crawled in. i looked at her grinning. i also noticed that her hair was down today. i've never really seen her without her hair tied up, so it's a first.

"you look really pretty," i blurted out. my face heated up when i said it out loud. yaoyorozu only blushed.

i lied down, covering my face with a blanket. i guess i'll give up on my other homework for today.

i felt her warm presence beside mine, so i guessed that she was lying down too. i slowly uncovered my face, glancing to the side. her eyes were closed. i closed my eyes too, deciding to go to sleep.

when the others came awhile later, they joined us in our tiny pillow fort. it became an impromptu sleepover.

wow, what a nice day.
