What happens when you touch the ground and even people plants start to grow where you touched (Hands and feet mostly)

Depending on your mood they can also sprout from you

It is fairly powerful when under control

The down side of your quirk is that you easily get dehydrated and if not taken care of you can faint or even die so you have be careful not to use it to much
