"Your hair is big enough for me to put it in a struggle bun. Bwoy sit still" I demanded wrapping my legs around Kaine as I combed out his hair. He was scrunching up his face and groaning as I tried to make it perfect. I took a scrunchy from my hair before pulling his hair into the small bun and showed him the picture on my phone.

"When it's just us you go back to doing weird shit. I'm taking it out" Kaine mumbled attempting to reach his arm up and I slapped it back down before snaking my arms around him and rubbing the front of his chest before moving down to his stomach as he squinted from the sunlight.

Kaine stood up and I admired his toned body and the way his swim trunks hung low on his hips and showed off his V line. When he picked up my orange juice he sipped it through the straw causing his dimples to appear as he looked around the nice scenery.

"Come get in the water with me" Kaine said attempting to pull me up and I slowly obliged. Before we could get to the water I was caught off guard by a woman who was running on the beach naked. Kaine's eyes followed her before he caught onto the look I was giving him and looked elsewhere before another woman ran passed as well.

I walked to the edge of the water and allowed the small waves to hit my feet and when I turned around to say something to Kaine I realized he had the camera out and was preparing to snap a picture of me.

"Pose" he demanded squinting from the sun and I did a playful model pose as he snapped the picture. A woman appeared behind him seeming caught off guard and Kaine slowly turned around feeling eyes on him before the girl covered her mouth.

"Oh my god Kaine? What are the odds of us both being here?" She questioned rushing over and hugging him tightly. She wrapped her arms around his neck and continued to freak out while Kaine stood still but didn't exactly push her off.

"How are you?" He asked and she slowly looked up at his face. They stared at each other for awhile before she let go of him and continued to smile like a school gyal with a crush.

"You both seem friendly, how do you both know each other?" I questioned snapping the gyal out of her daze. She looked from me to Kaine before her small faltered some when she noticed my curious gaze.

"He's my ex husband, who are you?" She questioned with a hint of laughter as she hugged him again. I grew a look of confusion and shock as I stared at Kaine who quickly looked back at me.

"His current wife who had no idea he was married before" I said glaring at him. I wanted to fucking drown him on the inside but I kept my composure and smiled off the anger I felt.

"Wife? You said you'd wait for me" She said growing shocked. An older guy approached asking was everything okay as the gyal took a step backwards feeling an ounce of hurt.

"Ajani it's really not what you think, when I tell you this story you're going to laugh. You're going to laugh really hard" Kaine said nervously. The woman hugged him again tightly and glared at me as the older man who approached looked at my gaze.

"Annalise let go of him right now!" The mans voice boomed. The gyal hesitated before she did as told remaining close to Kaine like she didn't want him out of her sight.

"I married her so she could get a green card, it wasn't a real wedding. We didn't even stay in the same place, I did it as a favor to him, her father" Kaine explained pointing towards the man who confirmed his story.

"So you didn't say you'd wait for her?" I questioned and he avoided my gaze and glanced towards the woman who continued to grab onto him like she had to have some type of contact with his body as if she had a reason to be possessive.

"You gotta be respectful, this is my wife" Kaine told her slowly and she glared at me before looking back at Kaine.

"No" she replied simply as I bent down and grabbed my beach stuff. I turned and walked away as Kaine spoke to her father trying to explain things before eventually following staying a few steps behind me.

"Did you promise her you'd wait for her? I'm beginning to think maybe I don't even know you at all" I shrugged going into our room through the slide glass door.

Kaine attempted to grab me and I slapped his hand away from me. He stood in front of me seeming hurt and I rolled my eyes.

"Yes, but only because the bitch is mental. She's the type to threaten to harm herself because some nigga don't want her and I wasn't trying to get on her fathers bad side. I really did wait for you" Kaine explained and I laughed.

"Bwoy than be honest. You don't think this is something that I'd want to know? First I find out about Jenny and you playing fadda to her baby and having her thinking you were so in love with her. Then I find out about you being married to someone else, so what's next? Do you have a secret child out there somewhere that's going to pop up in the next few years? What else are you hiding Kaine?!" I questioned pinching the bridge of my nose.

"I use to mess with another woman back when I was with Jenny and she was struggling to open up her salon so I funded it. I also put another woman through school because I liked her, I think they're both married now. I've kissed a lot of women and I've had oral sex a lot too and I lied to you so you wouldn't do what I was doing because I wanted the best of both worlds" He said simply as he stared at me.

I looked around the nice room before opening the curtains revealing the beach from our room and the nice pond that separated it. Kaine kept his eyes on me as if I was going to pull out a knife and stab him.

I went to walk passed him again and he grabbed my arm and forced me to sit down on the bed and so I pulled out of his grip and took a seat as he sat down next to me.

"Why are we fighting?  The marriage didn't mean anything, she just has a crush on me. I don't want to be mean to her because I know her father personally and that's bad for business. He said he'd talk to her about the situation but she's not right in the head I'm not over exaggerating she's real deal crazy" Kaine responded as he leaned forward.

"You sure you don't have any baby mamas I should know about?" I questioned folding my legs on the bed and Kaine placed his hand over my stomach.

"I'm positive, nobody else is going to pop up. The drug world gossips a lot and if I was cheating you'd know about it" he responded as I pushed his hand off of my stomach.

"Since you were honest I'll be honest, when I was away in Jamaica I had a crush on Kemba. Nothing really happened though he just worked under Khan and my fadda but I did like him a lot" I admitted with a simple shrug.

Kaine was quiet for a moment as he leaned over some and looked at me. I returned his gaze knowing he had an attitude.

"I also went skinny dipping with some other bwoy when I was seventeen. I remember because he had a big dick and Yoli came up with a bunch of nicknames for him. He also took me out dancing once" I said remembering.

"He saw you naked?" Kaine asked and I thought about it briefly before giving a simple shrug and he clenched his jaw.

"When I jumped into the water I had my boobs covered and he was standing further behind me so he saw my ass mostly. But when other gyals were sucking on your dick I'm sure you didn't mind showing them your privates, did you?" I questioned and Kaine tensed up as he rubbed his jaw.

"Do I know who the nigga was at least? You don't still talk to him do you?" Kaine inquired as I stood up and walked over to my suitcase.

"I see him almost everyday, Carter is a nice person" I responded and Kaine clenched his jaw and stood up.

"His bitch ass is going back to Jamaica. No wonder he's always staring at you, giving these niggas a reason to laugh at me!" He snapped sounding like Yvette from 'Baby Boy' and I rolled my eyes.

"I mean you just admitted you were having oral sex with a bunch of randoms. What does me going skinny dipping with friends compare to that?" I questioned and he realized I was right and grew quiet.

"I'm not daddy as fuck right now am I?" He questioned and I looked at my nails and shook my head no. Kaine grabbed my arm and pulled me up from my spot and I looked at him before at the tattoo of my name.

"Remember when we first kissed? I wrapped my arms around you like this and pulled you close" Kaine flirted and I rolled my eyes.

"That's a lie. I'm pretty sure you pecked my lips and I grabbed your face and kissed you" I remind. He leaned in attempting to kiss me and I turned my head some allowing him to kiss my cheek before he bit it.

"Let's go back outside, maybe you can strip down for me too" Kaine said slapping my ass. I stared at him before moving his hand from my butt.

"You lost the privilege to touch my ass for a few hours" I said as I walked over and grabbed the cover up being sure to pull it on. Kaine opened the sliding glass door as the man from the beach approached him and asked if he could apologize.

"You have to excuse my daughter she has this thing where she thinks that everything in the world belongs to her just because she wants it. When I met Kaine and Angelo they were young and she originally like Angelo which is why I had Kaine do this favor for me. The relationship wasn't romantic and didn't even live in the same place. I had the marriage erased from his record so please just consider this strictly a business deal and not a betrayal" the man said looking directly at me.

I smiled politely as I stepped into my sandals and he said goodbye to Kaine. My husband turned around and looked at me before he extended his hand wanting me to take it.

I hesitated before placing my hand in his and he clasped out fingers together. We locked the door back with the key before we proceeded to walk together hand in hand. Kaine pulled me in front of him.

He stood four inches taller than me and wore a normal expression and a pair of glasses on his face that I thought made him look so attractive. My eyes roamed to his dick print that was barely visible and he used his hand to cover his crotch to keep me from looking.

"Bwoy, I can look if I want to" I said playfully as I let go of his hand and gave him a nudge with my arm. Kaine adjusted his swim trunks and before we could go the way of the beach I grabbed his arm pulling him in a different direction.

There was a bunch of cabanas near the pool and the hot tub. Kaine caught on to what I wanted as he went to the bar to get me another orange juice and something for himself.

One of the members of the staff motioned for me to come into the cabana she just cleaned out. I took a seat on the bed and rubbed my stomach gently feeling a little pain.

I leaned over on my right side some continuing to rub the area where it hurt. Kaine came in a few moments later and sat down my orange juice before he squatted down.

"Are you okay? Do you want to go to the hospital?" He asked and I shook my head no. He continued to stare at me before instructing me to lay back on the bed as he pulled me legs onto his lap.

"It's just cramps, I'm not bleeding or anything. This happened with Knox too" I assured and he continued to look at me seeming unsure.

"If it gets worse we're going to the hospital, it's better to be safe than sorry" he reminded and I nodded my head agreeing.

He placed his hand on my stomach gently and felt around. I stared at his large hand before I began to laugh.

"Remember when your hands were small? I called them small and you got mad because you thought I was picking at you?" I questioned and he laughed.

"I showed you my dick before I was even done with puberty and you showed me your chest" he reminded and I laughed.

"You wouldn't even look at it, I don't know what my problem was. I don't even know why I did that, I have second hand embarrassment" Kaine laughed.

I picked up his hand and held it not being so upset with him anymore. I remembered when he got me flowers because my feelings were hurt and I remembered when he would come to my house after school because everyone was so mean to him and he didn't have any friends.

"I wanted to be your friend before that and you said that you didn't want to be my friend and that you only came over my house because you were desperate" I reminded and he laughed.

"I came over because I liked you and I thought you were beautiful. I was a weird lil nigga though, hopefully I outgrew the type of person I was back then and matured now that I'm twenty four and a father" He said and I thought about it.

"You still have some growing to do just like I do but I think you're perfect and I love you" I said quietly. Kaine smiled and leaned down kissing my lips as I wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him closer.

"I'm not perfect, you know that" Kaine laughed not taking the compliment as someone brought us warm towels incase we wanted to get into the pool.

"I need to make a phone call, I'll be back" Kaine said kissing my forehead. He stood up and left out as I removed my phone from the pocket of my coverup.

I called my mother on FaceTime and when she answered I was caught off guard by Knox laying next to her and attempting to sing the theme song to Wonder Pets as he touched her face.

"Its dinner time there? I forgot about the time difference. How is he? Is he asking for me?" I questioned and she preceded to laugh.

"Nope" she said and I frowned and looked at my son who seemed to be having the time of his life.

"Knox already ate dinner and he's winding down for bed, why'd you really call?" She questioned as I groaned and rubbed my stomach.

"I think I might need to make a quick trip to the emergency room. My stomach is making me paranoid and it hurts a little" I said and she seemed to grow concerned.

"What have you eaten today?" She questioned and I thought about it before telling her about the simple breakfast I'd ate earlier.

"Try eating something and drinking some water. If it still hurts than go" she said and I agreed. She turned the camera so Knox could see me and told him to say bye but my son placed his hand in the camera and I laughed.

"Bambino you don't love me anymore?" I questioned as my mom moved his hand. Knox covered his face and giggled as he climbed down from the couch.

I exchanged I love you's with my mom before hanging up. Kaine came back talking on the phone and I stood up and giving my phone to Kaine so he could put it into his pocket.

I jumped up on him wrapping my legs around his waist as he talked on the phone ignoring me. Kaine wrapped his arm around me instinctively to keep me from sliding down. I kissed his cheek before moving to his neck and he groaned and grabbed my ass.

"What are you doing?" He laughed lowly and I unwrapped my legs from around him standing up. He leaned down and kissed me again as he hung up the phone and I took a hold of his hand.

"Let's go get something to eat for lunch and see how I feel after " I said and he nodded with his grip tightening on my hand as he pulled me out of the cabana growing serious.

"Are you okay?" Kaine questioned cupping my face and I nodded my head. Everything was fine with the baby and the doctor said it was okay to be nervous but everything looked good so we could finally relax.

Kaine squatted down and put my sandals on my feet even though I insisted I could do it by myself. By the time we'd left the hospital the sky was getting darker and Kaine was smiling to himself even though our first day had been spent in a hospital mostly.

"I think that when you grow older birthdays really aren't about the presents or that important. I'm just grateful to see another year and I'm grateful that our unborn is okay and I can relax, I'm grateful that we can afford to come to beautiful places like this" He said picking up on me observing him.

I looked at the nice watch he wore and stopped walking as a feeling of familiarity crossed over me. Kaine looked down at his wrist as well and I grabbed his arm and undid the watch before looking up close at it.

"Is this the watch I got you for your sixteenth birthday?" I asked and he looked at it before he nodded and shrugged his shoulder not seeing it as being a big deal.

"You still kept the charm bracelet I gave you. What makes this different?" He asked pulling me in front of him as he wrapped his arms around my waist and we walked to the rented car.

"Nothing, I don't even know why I'm surprised. It seems kinda stupid now that I think about it" I said smiling small.

Kaine opened the car door for me when I heard a gun click. Kaine pushed me back gently before he removed the gun from his pants and opened fire shooting a man in the face. The bullet from the mans gun discharged but it hit the pavement and bounced hitting a jeep in the parking lot.

"Get in the car" Kaine said quickly as he looked around.  I did as told as he jogged to the other side and got into the car immediately starting it up.

"Who the fuck was that?" I questioned turning my head as Kaine pulled off. When he pulled onto the road I couldn't help but continue to look in the rearview mirror wondering if someone would follow.

"I didn't get a good look at his face, I just heard the gun" Kaine responded. It was only one guy which led me to believe it was a hit and I knew there was only person who we'd recently had a run into here that could've sent it and I knew Kaine caught on to what I was thinking by the way he clenched his jaw.

"Calm down, it's okay. I'm going to fix it" Kaine tried to assure me but I gave him an unsure look before glancing out of the window.

Every time I'd see headlights on the road it'd make me wonder if was it someone else. I pulled out my phone and sent a text message to Kemba who had went off to explore on his own earlier.

When we got back to the hotel Kaine quickly pulled me back to our room and told me to get comfortable. As he picked up his luggage and placed it on top of the bed as he pulled off his tank top and pulled on another shirt.

"Maybe we should just cut the vacation short, it's going to be impossible to relax now" I warned pulling my sandals off.

"Listen, everything is fine I'm going to handle it. Just relax" Kaine said lowly. He kissed my lips and I grabbed his arm stopping him from going.

"Kaine don't, you don't know what he could do or if someone else is out there. Just stay we'll stay in and figure this out in the morning. Please don't make me be vulnerable" I begged and he sighed and looked at me.

I slowly let go of his arm and he walked to the sliding glass door and looked at. A few families with their kids were hanging out and running around the pond that separated the rooms.

Kaine looked back at me before he shut the door and locked it closing the curtains as well. He pulled out his phone and went into the bathroom closing the door as I sighed.

There was a knock on the glass and I slowly stood up and pulled the curtain opened. Khan stood there in swim trunks and motioned for me to unlock the door.

"Where were you?" I questioned as he stepped inside. He turned around and looked at me with an obvious look of shame.

"With a gyal. I shouldn't of listened to you, I should've stuck around especially since you were going to the hospital" he explained and I shook my head.

"It's fine, I'm more worried about if we can even stay here. It's like nowhere is safe these days, the bwoy just killed someone and he's a little to relaxed
