Jax walked into the front door not wanting to tell Harlow the news about the arraignment today and how long they had before it was time to serve she wanted to go with Jax today but when she woke up this morning she felt like crap and started throwing up so Jax brought Piper with him so Harlow could rest, finding her in the bedroom laying down on Jax's side of the bed. Jax walked over and sat on the bed, hating to break the news to her that in just two days Jax and the entire club will be shipped away in just two short days. Jax was able to get one of the crow eaters to watch Piper for a few hours so he could spend some time with Harlow

"Babe" Jax whispered

"I knew you were here, whats wrong baby?" Harlow asked knowing that Jax's silence meant he was thinking

"Two days" Jax said quietly

Harlow sat up "For how long?"

"Twenty months, that was the lowest we could get i am sorry babe and I understand if you dont want to wait for me" Jax said looking away

"What kind of old lady would I be to take away a child from its father?" Harlow asked

Jax looked at Harlow "Legally babe she isnt mine" Jax said

"I wasnt talking about Piper" Harlow smiled

The smile that was plastered across Jax's face fell quickly, learning Harlow was pregnant was amazing news but the thought of him not being here for the birth of his first child really upset Jax tears coming to his eyes as he leaned down and kissed Harlow.

"I'm going to miss everything" Jax said leaning his forehead against hers

"You will be here for everything else, and I will come visit you" Harlow said

"I wish clay would of listened then we wouldn't be facing time and I would be here" Jax said

"Things happen baby, especially the life you live in. I never said I would object to more after" Harlow teased

"I know things happen but I really wanted to be there, especially to my first and i don't want you to be alone" Jax said

"I was all alone with Piper. Stan was passed out drunk when my water broke" Harlow said

"That's worse then being behind bars I'm sorry babe" Jax said resting his hand on Harlow's flat stomach

"My son is in there" Jax said

"So you think, could be another girl" Harlow smiled

"Only if shes as beautiful as her mother" Jax said looking up at Harlow

Moving up on the bed Jax pulled Harlow into his arms, he wanted to hold her. Hold her for as long as he could before it would be ripped away from him for nearly two years. Jax never wanted any of this with Tara. Kids and marriage never crossed Jax's mind when he was with Tara. It was like Harlow was meant to be saved for him, like once he looked into her eyes he knew that one day he was going to make her his wife. Harlow wasn't like any of the other old ladies who just did what they were told and Jax some what admired that about her, that she was content with just going with the flow and doing whatever she wanted to but with some restrictions.

"I think i am going to miss this the most" Harlow said trying to scoot closer to Jax

"Babe I'm going to miss waking up to you every day and making sure that Piper is tucked into her bed before i head to bed" Jax said biting the inside of his cheek as tears began to form. Jax hated crying but the fear of leaving Harlow unprotected for that long terrified him

"We will be fine baby, you have nothing to worry about. We will be right here waiting for you when you get home all three of us" Harlow said looking at Jax

"I've never loved anyone like you Harlow and i am afraid that I am going to lose you while i am on the inside. Women get lonely when their man is on the inside" Jax said

"Jax if you for once think that i am going to cheat on you, you are dead wrong. You are my old man and it is my job to stand by you and that is exactly what i am going to do. I promise i will be here waiting" Harlow said touching Jax's cheek

Two days came faster then any of them expected, most of everyone hung over from the night before as Gemma and Harlow stood in the kitchen at the clubhouse cooking breakfast for all of the guys before they turned themselves in. Jax and Harlow hadn't yet shared the news with everyone about being pregnant and they planned on doing it this morning during breakfast.

Jax snuck up behind Harlow as she was flipping pancakes "I am going to miss these" Jax said as he grabbed a pancake from the stack and shoving it in his mouth

"Don't you worry baby there will be plently when you come home" harlow said

"I think we are done in here, Harlow you ready with the pancakes?" Gemma asked looking over Harlow's shoulder

"Sure am lets go" Harlow said grabbing the platter nearly over flowing with Chocolate chip pancakes

As everyone was eating Jax used his fork to clink it against his beer bottle

"Everyone!! I have something i want to share with you" Jax said, his eyes scanning and locating Happy, so he knew if there was an object about fly toward him

"Harlow and I have some news to brighten this day before we turn ourselves in" Jax began looking at Harlow who was smiling at him

"Harlow is pregnant!" Jax yelled his eyes never leaving Happy's

Happy stood up and walked over to Jax and Harlow "Congrats guys but you know what that means right?"

Jax nodded his head remembering exactly what Jax had told Happy

"Harlow, when i first met you I literally couldn't breathe you intoxicated me in a way i didn't want to quit and i didn't and i am glad because i wouldnt have you or Piper in my life, and now that you are pregnant I need to do the right thing" Jax said getting down on one knee and showing Harlow a silver band "Will you marry me?"

Harlow looked down at the band and then back at Jax a smile forming over her face. When Stan proposed it was in a bar and he didn't even give her a ring, and the fact that Jax was willing to take on Piper as his own she couldn't of asked for a better man to spend the rest of her life with

"Yes" Harlow smiled as Jax slid the band on her ring finger, standing up and kissing Harlow

Once the call was made that the club was going to turn themselves in everyone stood outside waiting for the cruisers and the bus to arrive

"Daddy I'm going to miss you, I want to come see you all the time" Piper said as Jax held her in his arms

"Princess you can come see me whenever you want. I am going to miss you soo much Piper, I want you to help mommy okay?" Jax said leaning his head against Piper's

"I will daddy. I love you" Piper said kissing Jax on the nose

"I love you too Princess" Jax said returning the kiss

As they were loaded up Piper began to cry and scream, hearing her cries for him it nearly tore Jax in half that he was leaving her. Looking over his shoulder he saw Harlow try and console Piper as she had her own set of tears running down her face.
