Eve's pov

His shaking wasn't as bad, but he threw up a load, but what scared me, was that it was blood.

I gasp, and he groans "we need to treat it now, Kaden, tools" Kade vanished, and returned with scalpels, bandages, tweezers, and disinfectants.

Jax used the fabric scissors, and cut off his trousers, and left him in his black boxers. I avert my eyes, and look at his face, softly stroking his boiling cheek.

"I want to help" I say. Jax nods "I need you, and Kaden to hold him down". I nod, and pin Calex's arm down, and Kaden takes his legs.

I watched in sorrow as Jax made a incision in Calex's bite wounds, black liquids leaking out.

He was growling, and struggling. He was in pain. I place my head on his, and he was whispering my name, asking me to stay.

"I'm never going to leave" he was panting, growls emitting every now and then.

I watch Jax pour stuff over it, then a bottle of water. I see smoke slowly leave the area, and he rubs herbs on top. He wraps a bandage around, and he whispers "that's all I can do for him...".

I was sobbing, he started shaking, and groaning. "What's happening?" I cry out, Kade sits beside me, and whispers "he is going into a mini fit, but it won't do anything. He needs to cool down, and only you can do that".

"How? I'll do it!" Jax looked at me, and whispers "contact, but it has to be skin. The more the better chance...".

I carefully cut open Calex's shirt, seeing his sculptured chest. He was built like a god, I have never seen anything like him before. He had an eight pack with defined abs.

I quickly shake my head, and mentally slap myself. I strip of my clothes, leaving me in my black bra, and pants.

I carefully climb on top of him, so I'm straddling him. My legs lay on each side of him. My stomach and chest on his. My face in the crook of his neck, while his lays by my shoulder.

His skin was boiling, hotter than normal. He sighs, and wraps his arms around my waist, holding me to him.

I smile, and whisper "I'm here". He sighs, and keeps his hold on me. I focused on him, and heard Jax whisper to Kade

"He has a slim chance of making it... No one has ever made it...". My eyes widen, and I turn a little, only for Calex to pull me down on his chest weakly, so I lay down.

I turn my head, and and say "What do you mean? He can't be..." I look at Calex, and then Jax "no! He can't! I won't let him!".

He pants "thirsty..." Kade rushes off to get water, and comes back with a plastic cup, handing it me.

I held his head up a little, and pour some in, seeing his teeth had lengthened.

He drank, and I smile. He lays down, then vomited blood everywhere.

"Calex!" I cry. He was groaning, and kept grumbling how thirsty he was. He couldn't drink the water.

"He can't drink the water! How do we give him it?" Kade says, worried.

"Maybe we missed some toxins?" Jax checked, but nothing else would come out.

"We have done all we can... We just have to wait" Jax sighs. "Fight a bit more brother..." He whispers, sadness in his voice.

He was their brother too?...

"No! I won't give up! I'm not going to let him die!".

"Thirsty... Mate..." He started a coughing fit, and I couldn't help the flow of my tears.

Wait...

I look at him, and lift his lip up his canines... They were still canines, but with a sharper point.

"No matter what guys, how bad it gets... Don't do anything, promise?"

They looked confused "what-" I look them in the eye "promise me" they nod, saying they promise.

I look beside us, and see the scalpel, and grab it, I hear a gasp, and make a small cut on the side of my neck.

I drop it, and place my skin beside his face, pulling him closer.

"Come on Calex..." I whisper. He groans "not... You". I kiss his cheek "do it, it will be ok".

He was hesitant, but then his grip on my waist became secure, and he weakly pulled me to him.

I follow his lead, and felt his warm breath on my skin "sure?..." I hum, and hold him. He sank his teeth in as gently as he could.

I groan, and he mimics me. His hold slowly strengthened, and his moved one hand up to my hair, holding me even closer.

He was growling, and drank heavily, purring. He shot up into a sitting position, making me gasp. He growls, and moves me against him.

I wrap my arms around his neck, threading my fingers through his hair.

"Well done... Calex" he drinks more, softly growling. "Calex, that's enough" Jax growls lowly.

"No... He's ok. He knows when to stop" I say in response. "But-" I cut him off.

"Trust me..." He stays quiet. My head drops on to Calex's shoulder, and he slowly pulls his teeth out.

He shifts me, so I can look at him. He had blood on the side of his mouth, and his eyes were brighter.

I smile, and wipe his lip, and he sucks my thumb. My eyes felt heavy "thank you, Eve my love" I smile, and slowly fall asleep....

Jax's pov

She fell asleep. I watched as he sealed her bite mark, and pulled away, stroking her cheek.

All of a sudden, he collapsed beside her. Me and Kaden rush to the side, and I see him holding her hand.

"We better get them up in the guest room" he nods, and scoops Eve up in his arms. Looking at her adoringly.

I smile, and then haul Calex on to my shoulder. We carry them to the room, and I set him on the bed.

Kaden places Eve beside him, and wraps the quilt over them. He smiles at me, and we leave "they will be ok" he says with a big smile.

"I know... I can't believe he made it..." Kade chuckles "he's a strong one" I nod.

At least everything's ok now....
