Epilogue  *5 months later* P.S I'm terrible at explaining so there's her dress, his suit, and the bridesmaids and groomsmen outfits.

*Slightly Edited*

"Lucas what on earth do you think you're doing?" Lisa pestered.

"No, give it to me I know you're going to find a way to ruin it." Maggie stole the platter from his hands and walked into the kitchen.

With a perplexed look on his face, Lucas made his way over to me on his mother's couch watching everything unfold.

"You're enjoying this aren't you." He accused me with a slight smile on his face while taking a seat next to me. "Everyone bossing me around from the second we stepped into the house."

"Of course I am, why wouldn't I take immense pleasure in this moment. It's kind of funny to see you like this." I lean my head on his shoulder.

"Well enjoy it while you can, I won't be seeing you for the rest of the night." Lucas says with a pout. Tomorrow being the wedding we aren't going to see each other until I'm walking down the aisle.

The kids and I are staying at Lisa and John's with Lisa, Maggie, my mom and sister Jasmine, Adriana who got here a week ago, and Melissa who has yet to show up. While Lucas will be at the penthouse with Brian, John, a few buddies from work, and oddly enough my father.

I lift my head as Adriana come strutting into the room with a twin on each hip and Jake waddling close behind.

"Best friend, best friends baby daddy." She greets looking at us with our respective titles.

"You can't really call me that anymore ya know, we are getting married tomorrow." Lucas raises an eyebrow at her as she sits on a sofa across from us.

"Did you or did you not get my best friend pregnant, because if not then I don't know who's children I'm holding right now."

Just as they're about to get into it the front door opens.

"Knock, knock..." A familiar voice I haven't heard in person in a long time speaks. My suspicions are true as Melissa turns the corner and drops her bags at the door with a small smile on her face.

Though I know she's happy to see everyone in person again, her smiles don't quite reach her eyes.

"Ahh Melissa I'm glad you're finally here!" I push Lucas' arm off my shoulders and run to hug her.

"Hey girl, it's so good to finally see you in person and not on my laptop." I pull away slightly to look at her. "My gosh you are glowing."

"Yeah that California sun and heat does wonders." She says with a glint in her eyes that I can't recognize before it's gone. I finally release her to allow the others in the room to have their moment, by that I mean Lucas.

"Hey big brother,"

That's all it takes for him to rush over and engulf her in a hug.

"I swear if you leave like that again I will fly to California and drag you back myself." He mumbles into her hair.

"I'm sorry, really and truly. I promise to visit this time around." Mel pulls away slightly and looks up at Lucas.

"You better, things really went to s-h-i-t without you around here." He spells it out due to the little ears around us.

I introduce Adri and Mel before taking her to finally meet her niece and nephew who had no problems being cuddled in her arms due to the many video chats I've had with them around.

"Lucas would you be able to tell me where mom is?" She asks timidly.

"Uh she should be in the kitchen with John."

Once those words leave his mouth she is on her way.

It's now late and well past midnight, I should be asleep in preparation for tomorrow like everyone else but I just can't seem to sleep without that extra warmth. Just as I'm about give up on sleep all together my phone start to vibrate on the bed side table.

Lucas <3 : You up?

Jess : Yeah...

Lucas <3 is calling...

"Hi," I whisper into the speaker.

"Can't sleep huh." He states in a raspy voice.

"You sound like you were sleeping why'd you call?"

"Because you best friend happened to get up for water and saw your light on and called me demanding I help you fall asleep because she was too tired to do it."

"Hmm that sounds like her." I lay back on my pillows that are feeling softer by the minute.

"She wanted me to tell you to 'stop thinking and get some damned sleep' and I agree." He laughs slightly.

"Cut a girl some slack it's been a while since I've slept by myself."

"I can't wait to see you tomorrow, I bet you'll look like an angel in white walking down the aisle. I  am so excited to finally call you my wife." I close my eyes and listen to his words with a smile on my face.

"And I, can't wait to see you looking so handsome in a suit and finally call you my husband." I say slowly as sleep begins to take over my body.

"Get some sleep Jess I'll see you tomorrow; look for me I'll be the one trying not to cry."

"Only if you look for me too; I'll be the one blubbering down the aisle."

"I love you so much babe."

"I love you more." I whisper as his steady breaths lull me to sleep.

***

The whole day has been complete and utter madness put things lightly.

We misplaced the clothes for the kids, my half-siblings, Liz's son and daughter, and my sisters included, Jake woke up with a sore throat, Toby was feeling fussy, the hair and makeup stylists went to the wrong house,  and the limo driver was given the wrong time.

Thankfully mama Mary and Lisa came to rescue and tangled everything as if nothing had ever happened. Now I was sitting in a back room of the chapel with finishing touches being made to my hair and setting my makeup because I know I'm going to cry.

Due to my forever bleeding heart I decided to have all the children of the family somehow involved in the wedding.

With my three seeing that two couldn't walk, are going to be pulled in a wagon by my half-sister Julie along with Jasmine's 11 month old girl Jamie in the wagon. Jake will be our ring bearer as we made it into a bracelet so there's no chance of them getting lost.

Liz's twin boys Cameron and Danny are going to walk with Jake just in case he needs the help or loses interest.

My half-brother Matthew and nephew Jason are 'groomsmen' seeing that they're the oldest of the bunch and I had more bridesmaids than Lucas had groomsmen.

My nerves started to kick up at the music began to play and everyone started filing out on command. Before her turn Adriana, the ever doting maid of honour, turned to me with words of encouragement and tissues to stuff in my dress.

"Babes you look great and I'm so proud of you. Also if you trip just blame your dad." She winked at the man standing next to me and fixed her pastel pink dress before taking her turn walking through the doors.

"And we're a go on Jessica." Our wedding planner says into her headset.

My dad sticks out his arms and I put mine through it linking them.

"Time to start the rest of your life."

"Thanks dad." I smile before taking a deep breath and walking towards my forever.

Words can't even really describe how I'm feeling in this moment.

One drunken night, my demand, and three kids later we are finally married. As predicted Lucas started to cry as I walked down the aisle which in return made me cry a little.

Now we were sitting in his mother's backyard where we decided to hold the reception.

"You have no idea how happy I am that Adriana dragged me into your club and I met you." I say to Lucas as the dinner was being served.

"You have no idea how glad I am you meeting Maggie at the pharmacy led you to me." Lucas kisses my hands our plates of steaming food are put infant of us

"I was so skeptical when she told me my baby daddy was possibly her billionaire cousin. Good thing about small towns huh, anywhere else I might not have walked into that pharmacy." I cut a piece of my chicken and stuff it in my mouth.

"We really should thank the two of them or we might not have ever met and had this beautiful family."

"Well if I had to have any billionaire baby daddy, I'm glad it ended up being you."

"Me too Jess, me too." I rest my head on his shoulder and continue eating.

"Well if you ask me, I think I would've made an amazing baby daddy." Brian pipes up after hearing the last bit of our conversation.

"With your track record I wouldn't be surprised if you already are one." Lucas bites back and we all laugh.

I just might be the luckiest girl in the world.
