After I made sure Lily was with Angelica I headed towards the meeting room knocking before opening the door and entering.

"How is she?" Bullet asked and everyone turned towards me.

"She says she's okay," I shrugged. "Right now she's with Angelica and Teddy. Nervous mostly."

"Back to the meeting," he said. "As we have found out recently that Devil's Blood and Devil's Death have started working together so we are going on lock down for a while so no one goes anywhere without telling someone first. Your families will need to have someone with them if they leave your houses and if they get any closer to town then we go on full lock down here at the compound. Any questions?"

"What happened to the guy that hurt Lily?" One of the newest members asked.

"He will no longer be a problem," Colt said looking at me and I nodded. "Any other questions?"

"Alright good," Bullet nodded. "Meeting dismissed, everyone enjoy the cookout."

I was watching Lily smile and talk with her Uncle and friends who had shown up while I was in church.

"You love her," Macy said walking up to me. "You need to tell her."

"I can't," I sighed setting my drink down. "Besides she'll want nothing to do with me when she finds out that the guy that ruined her life was my brother. It's better if I just leave her alone."

"You know," Macy said after slapping the back of my head. "When Millie died I hated you, wished you had left my daughter alone, when I realized that her death had broken you I realized you weren't the reason. You've been broken since her death and Lily has been broken since her parents death, and you want to know what I think."

"What?" I asked rubbing where she hit me.

"Both of you have been broken for so long it took the two of you meeting to realize that you need that kind of close love. Don't be an idiot and let her go because your scared of losing her," Macy said walking off.

"I'm scared of hurting her," I said to myself as I watched Lily start to rub her arm. Looking down when I felt something rub against my leg, "Prince, what are you doing?"

"Figured she'd feel better if I brought them here instead of just dropping them off at your place," Monster said handing Cookie to me.

"She'll like that," I nodded rubbing Cookie's ear. "Thanks man."

"Later," he chuckled walking off. Suddenly Cookie started barking and wiggling around before jumping to the ground and running off.

"Hey," I yelled causing everyone to turn in my direction. Silently cursing I picked Prince up and followed after cookie who had ran right up to Lily.

"Cookie," she giggled picking him up. "Oh I missed you baby girl. Where's your brother?"

"Right here," I smiled setting Prince in her lap. "Happy?"

"Very," she giggled as Cookie started licking her neck. "Thank you."

"Thank Monster," I smiled pointing behind me. "He decided to bring them here for you."

"Oh," Lily mumbled staring in Monster's direction. "Um...Maybe in a minute."

"He won't hurt you," Doc said rubbing her shoulder. "I've got a shift at the hospital so I'll talk to you sometime tomorrow."

"Okay," she smiled hugging him. "I need to stop by at one point and see how the projects doing."

"Don't rush," he said. "Your still healing so take your time. Your friends are taking care of everything."

"But..."

"Don't make me ground you young lady," he scolded her.

"Fine," she whined playfully glaring at him. "Love you Uncle."

"Same my little Lily," he chuckled walking off.

"You look tired," I said. "Wanna head to the house?"

"Yeah," she nodded handing me Cookie and Prince. "Can you take them to the truck, I have to use the restroom."

"Sure," I nodded. "Down the hall third door on the left."

"Right," she smiled. "Give me five."

Chuckling I carried them to the truck and waited for Lily to come out. Leaning my head back I sighed thinking of what to do about my feelings for Lily until I heard a small familiar click.

"Hello Cowboy," a female voice sounded. "It's been a long time."

"Ashlyn," I said glaring at the devil woman. "What are you doing here?"

"Checking in on that stupid girl that Kayden wanted," she shrugged. "But you are exactly what I need."

"For what?" I asked slowly pulling my pocket knife out and opening it.

"Just a little job," she smirked. "Your going to tell Bullet that his enemy said hello."

"What enemy," I said slowly. "He has a few."

"Oh, just a few biker gangs ready for revenge." Ashlyn smirked cocking that gun, "Can you also say hello to Kayden since you'll be joining him in hell."

"Why don't you," I said flicking my wrist sending my knife into her leg and lunging for the gun only to dodge as she got a shot off after screaming.

"Don't," she said wincing. "You just screwed up. I was going to let you live but now not so much."

"Hey," someone yelled and she turned.

"No," Ashlyn whispered. "Your dead."

"No yet," he smirked and Ashlyn ran. "You good man?"

"Nomad," I chuckled. "Man is it good to see you."

"The same," he chuckled "What the hell have I missed out on?"

"A lot," I smiled. "You back for a while?"

"Yeah, you leaving?" Nomad asked grabbing a bag from the trunk of a sweet looking classic car.

"Gotta take Lily home," I said.

"Lily?"

"My neighbor," I smiled. "She's inside, you should meet her."

"Sure," he shrugged and we headed back in the clubhouse.

"Nomad!" Someone yelled and he chuckled.

"Razer," he said shoving the man back.

"Cade," Lily said walking up. "Sorry, someone was in there so I had to find another one."

"It's fine flower," I smiled.

"Little rose?" Nomad asked.

"Dee?" Lily gasped staring wide eyed at him before throwing her water bottle at him hitting him in the face. "Stupid jerk."

Everyone froze when she said that and Nomad glared down at her.
