*Cade*
(This is memories of Cade's past. They will change abruptly.)

Cade at twenty-six:

"Kaden, where are you?" I yelled through the coms, "Boss said fall back."

"We can end them," Kaden said. "Take down the biggest terrorist group out there. We'd be legions."

"There are kids in there," I said. "You kill them, you'll end up in prison as a murderer."

"What if I am a killer?" Kaden chuckled, "Kill or be killed, right brother."

"Kaden," I warned slightly panicking. "Don't do it."

"Sorry brother but you can't stop me," Kaden laughed before the ground shook and I saw smoke coming from the the warehouse. "It's done."

Cade at thirty-one:

"Hey cowboy," Millie said. "How's you side of the world?"

"Hot," I chuckled. "How about you?"

"Cold," she giggled. "I miss you, when are you coming home?"

"Soon," I smiled. "It just depends on if the rest of this mission goes according to the plan."

"Okay," she huffed. "Just be careful, or when you get home I'm locking you in the basement and Bullet can find someone else to do all this dirty work."

"Got it," I laughed just as someone touched my shoulder. "Mill i got to go, talk to you soon. Love you."

"Love you too." she yelled as I shut the phone off.

"Ready to go home to our girls?" Colt asked and I nodded. "I'm going to take Ari on a week long road trip."

"I'm sure she'll like it," I smiled following him over to Bullet. "Let's get this over with."

Cade at thirty-two:

"Cade Stark," someone said and I looked up to see a uniformed commanding officer. "You need to come with me."

"Why?" I asked confused.

"Sir, this isn't the place to talk about this."

"I'm not going anywhere until you tell what's going on," I said.

"I'm sorry to inform you," he sighed looking at me sadly. "That yesterday at thirteen-hundred Millie Stark died in a head on collision."

"No," I whispered stumbling back before collapsing.
---
Groaning I shoved my head into my pillow only for it to giggle and move around, raising my head I saw Lily smiling at me.

"Are you finally awake?" she asked sitting up.

"No," I grumbled dropping my head back into her lap. "Your comfy."

"You've said that for the past two weeks," Lily said and I jerked my head up.

"What?" I asked confused.

"You've been having withdraw for the last two weeks," she said. "I called my uncle and he came by to check on you a few times."

Sitting up I sat on the side of the bed staring at the ground before signing, "You should go."

"Um, okay." Lily said standing up, "Uncle said you need to stay home for a few more days then you can go back to work. I can stop by later tonight and bring you some dinner."

"No," I said staring at her. "You need to stay away from me before you get hurt."

"What are you talking about?" She asked confused, "You won't hurt me, if you did you would have already."

"Get out and leave me alone," I growled glaring at her before heading towards the bathroom. I heard Lily moving around in the bedroom before everything was quiet again.
---

"Your free to go back to work," Doc said. "Although, I think it would be a good idea for you to start going to meetings again."

"I'll think about it," I sighed getting up. "Thanks."

I walked out of his office and headed towards the elevator texting Colt that I was coming into work.

"Those go in that room there," someone said and I jerked my head up.

"Lily," I whispered and she jerked her head in my direction and gasped before ducking into a room.

"Don't," Doc said from beside me. "I told you she has a hard time trusting people and you broke her trust in you. Unless your going to fix it leave my girl alone."

Nodding I sent one last at the room Lily was in before hurrying to the elevator.

"What," I sighed answering my phone.

"Hello brother."
