Trigger warning

The house was finally quiet, after days of commotion. Between Carter getting ready to leave, and me trying to figure my life out–very quickly.

I thought I was the only one home. I sat in my room with the door ajar, reading through my acceptance letters. I had soft music playing, but I wasn't focused on that. I had decisions to make–quickly. Decisions that affected my baby and Xavier, too.

My head pounded with anxiety. My thoughts clouded my peace. All I could think of is everything I could mess up. What if I made the wrong choice and couldn't give my baby a good life?

I was brought out of my wandering mind by a thud. I thought I was just hearing things, because I was pretty sure that I was alone in the house.

I continued reading the letter in my hand until I heard another series of thuds, that sounded like angry footsteps. They got louder, seemingly approaching my room. When they stopped, I looked up to my doorway, instantly locking my eyes with two angry pairs.

They looked at me as if I was their prey, and they were hunting me. Colton looked to be the leader, while Grayson fell in line behind. Both, though, held vicious looks in their eyes.

I felt my stomach drop at the situation. One I was way too familiar with. I looked around frantically, trying to find a way out. There was nothing. I spotted my phone beside me and went to lung for it, desperate to get help. Before I could reach it, Colton snatched it and passed it behind him to Grayson who pocketed it.

I felt tears brim my eyes because of how scared I was. I knew they hated me, but I didn't know how far they'd go.

"P-please let me go," I begged.

They both chuckled. Not a funny one. A malicious laugh that taunted me.

I jumped high in the air when I felt a rough hand clamp onto my shoulder. My heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest. My breathing was coming out erratically. I tried to calm down so that I didn't hurt the baby, but everything was overwhelming.

The hands on my shoulders obviously belonged to Grayson because Colton was now towering over my small frame in front of me.

I felt Graysons hands pull me to my feet, and Coltons reach for the large tshirt I was wearing. I panicked, trying to swat their prying hands away. Everyone was coming back to me. The feels of that night.

"Come on boys, let's have us a treat."
Gavin grinned evilly.

A sharp shudder ran through my body as I flailed around, trying to break free of their harsh grip. They both outweighed me by a lot, especially combined. So I knew it was a losing battle, but I wasn't going down without a fight.

I screamed as loudly as I could, hoping to alert somebody. I hand clamped over my mouth from behind. Grayson.

I felt another rough hand enter my panties. I swung my arms around trying to get him to stop. But, Grayson held my arms harshly with his other hand.

"Be quiet, princess. Wouldn't want anyone to disturb us, would you?" Grayson whispered in my ear.

I felt Colton's slimy finger enter me roughly. I muffled a cry into Graysons hand.

I was mostly worried about my baby. I couldn't let anything happen to my baby. I felt as blood trickled down my legs. That was when I truly panicked.

I slammed my foot onto Graysons leg sending him back a few inches. It want much but with the space I was able to swing my knee into Colton's jewel. He moaned in pain and bent over. His hand left my panties to cradle his dick.

I took the opportunity to dark past him, Grayson on my heels.

I skidded down the hallway. My blood was racing. I ignored the pain I felt down below, more worried about what happened from here. I needed to get outside and call someone.

I stopped at the stairs, looking back to find where Grayson was. I turned into a firm chest. Craning my neck up, I locked eyes with a very angry Grayson. He looked ready to kill.

I didn't even get why they want to hurt me. Maya'd been dead. At this point, they were just borderline insane.

"P-please. I'm pregnant," I stuttered our defensively, trying to get him to leave me alone. I kept a protective hand over my belly when his eyes traced my figure.

He just grinned.

"Not for long," I heard him whisper. I didn't think I was supposed to hear that, but I did.

He just stared at me. I snuck my phone out of his pocket while he was busy staring. I held it tightly, as if my life depended on it.

Well, it sort of did.

All of the sudden my world turned sideways. I felt all the air leave my lungs.

I hit each stair with a painful thud. My body ached with each bump. I curled into a ball around my stomach, desperate to protect the innocent life that Xavier and I had created.

I felt my leg twist awkwardly and my head throbbed. By the time I reached the bottom of the long flight of stairs, I was covered in bruises and broke bones. I couldn't tell where. All I knew was that my stomach was cramping intensely. It was like a period pain times one hundred.

I cried out as a wave of pain crushed me. I curled into a ball even further.

The voices of the twins faded away from me and I heard the front door slam shut at their departure. I was left in a ball.

I cried for the loss of something deep within me, hoping it wasn't true. But when I reached my hand down to examine, my hand came back covered in blood.

I reached down with shaking hands and pulled my phone off the floor. It was also covered in my blood and had a slightly shattered screen.

I dialed the number I knew could help.

"Hello?"

"H-help"

And then darkness consumed me.
