Amari

I quietly tip toed back into the hotel room. It was around 10 o'clock and I assumed everyone had cried about their parents and went to sleep. The room was dark except for the bluish light illuminating from the tv that played quietly. Someone was asleep on the couch and I didn't want to wake them. I walked into the bedroom area of the hotel room and saw that it was empty. They must've both been sleeping on the couch. I sat my bag on the bed and went to grab some pajamas.

"You're still up?" Tyler asked walking into the room.

"Yeah." I nodded. "I just got in. I thought that was you on the couch."

"No." Tyler shook his head. "I just came from my parent's room. I thought that was you and Hunter."

"Me and Hunter?" I asked kicking my shoes off.

"Yeah. It looked like two people were sleeping on the couch." Tyler yawned.

I shrugged.

"I'm showering first." Tyler said grabbing his underwear and some basketball shorts.

"No. I was here first." I argued standing up and pulling my hair back into a ponytail.

"So? Come shower with me." He smirked and held his hand out for me.

"Tempting, but no." I laughed. "Hunter's right out there."

"And? He's gonna find out someday." Tyler shrugged.

"I don't want him to find out right after he finds out about your parents." I shook my head.

"Find our about my parents? They didn't tell him." Tyler scoffed. "Changed their minds."

I nodded and wiped off my lip gloss.

"I'll be quick. I promise." Tyler said and before I could protest, he was in the bathroom.

I groaned and finished getting unready and ready for a shower. I walked into the sitting area of the room and saw just how odd Hunter looked sleeping. I gently pulled the cover off of him only to reveal Hunter and Angel both asleep holding onto one another. When did this happen? A smile spread across my face and I held back a squeal as I covered them back up and rushed back into the bedroom. What was going on? Does Hunter like Angel? It's only been two days! How would this play out after Tomorrow? Would this be it? This couldn't be it. I had fallen in love with the thought of those two being in love!

"Amari calm down." I spoke to myself. "This doesn't mean they're together or that they like each other. This could be a big misunderstanding and they probably don't even know that they're cuddling. Just calm down. If Hunter likes him, he can have him with no problems. He's a Brooks man for crying out loud and Angel already likes him. Just let them handle it."

"Why're you talking to yourself?" Tyler laughed walking out of the bathroom drying his hair with a towel.

"How much of that did you hear?" I asked.

"Nothing, really. I just heard your voice." He shrugged.

"Did you use all of the hot water?" I asked.

"No. I was fast." He said walking over to me. "Just like I promised."

He leaned down to kiss me and I pecked his lips before stepping away. I really wanted to pounce on him right now, but good things come to those who wait. Plus I was too busy thinking about Hunter and Angel! I grabbed my pajamas and went to shower.

Hunter

Inhaling the scent that invaded my nose bought me comfort. Whatever cleaning supplies this hotel uses on the couches, we needed to get some for home or my bedroom, at least. I flipped onto my other side and felt someone breath on my neck. If this was a demon, I was not ready to go. I was still a Virgin!

"Lord, if you're listening, I'm really sorry about everything I've done. If this is payback for me stealing Tyler's laptop and replacing it with my broken one, I really think this is a bit too far. Death by Demon?" I whispered quietly.

I heard someone clear their throat and I sat up and looked at the person who had been sleeping beside me. Angel. Of course it was Angel! My stomach tingled and I ran a hand through my hair. I shook him awake.

"What time is it?" Angel asked sitting up.

"Around 11." I shrugged.

"I should get going." He jumped up and slipped on his shoes before grabbing his jacket.

"Or you could stay here for the night." I cleared my throat standing up. "I mean, not in a weird way. I just think it's safer if you stayed. You could share my bed. Or stay there yourself and I'll sleep on the couch. Tyler usually sleeps with Amari, anyway."

Angel stared at me for a moment.

"Only if you want." I added. "I don't want my only friend here to get hurt or anything."

A smile spread across Angel's face and he nodded.

"I'll stay, but I need a toothbrush." Angel said.

"A complimentary one in the bathroom." I said quickly. "You can even borrow some of my pajamas."

"Fine. I'm convinced." He shrugged and we walked into the room that held the beds.

Tyler was laying in bed on his phone and I could hear the shower running and Amari singing loudly.

"Hey..." Tyler trailed off sitting up. "Angus is here."

Angel laughed under his breath and nodded.

"He's staying over." I said. "It's too late for him to drive home."

I threw a pair of pants to Angel before grabbing some for myself. We waited until Amari came out of the bathroom before we took turns going in and changing. We all got into our beds and attempted to sleep.

Strangely enough, it didn't feel weird sleeping beside Angel like it had sleeping beside my friends back home. It's kind of scary.

Must be the British thing.

Amari

Tyler's legs and arms were thrown anywhere. Why was he such a wild sleeper? And he had the audacity to be a deep sleeper too. I groaned and flipped onto my stomach to stare at nothing.

"Tyler." I whispered nudging him.

He didn't react. I did it again, still no reaction. I went to do it again, but my phone buzzed on the nightstand and I grabbed it. It was Lana.

Lana:
Hurry and come back so you can play wingman please.
Being single is boring.

Amari:
What's wrong?
What about Chase?

Lana:
Chase was nice and all, but he's not for me.
We didn't vibe.

Amari:
Vibe? Ew.

Lana:
I think it's a pretty word.
Vibe.
Anyway, cheer me up. How's you and Jakey Pooh Bear?

Amari:
Jakey Pooh Bear? Double ew.
And I haven't talked to him since the Cabins. We aren't exactly living in the same time zone at the moment.

Lana:
Oh yeah. I forgot about the London thing.
So you and Tyler?

Amari:
Same old. Nothing interesting.

Lana:
I don't get you. Two hot guys are competing for your attention and you haven't hooked up with either of them.
You must really be fighting for that spot in Heaven, huh?

Amari:
Hell is a bit more accurate....
