Hey ! Sorry for not updating yesterday .I had too many things to do. good news ! I will be doing a double -update today ! Celebrate !

I was tired and one of the most tried and tested examples of vengefulness of fate . First fate ,and then Riley ,none of them could see a gentle smile on my face for too long .

Riley had done one more thing to disturb my peaceful slumber . She had taken away Alec's and mine after school time . She had reasoned that I had Alexis to me all weekend and the only time they got was in college . And Alexis agreed ! Obviously he will ,that witch had a way with words and he fell for her them just as classically.

I have now being assigned as the editor-in -cheif of the school newspaper and was extremely elated ,that neither I will have to see the PDA session in Alec's car and nor I will have spend my afternoons alone feeling all lonely and left out,because I will have to wait after school to work . Yay !

I wasn't so happy to hear that Alexis had agreed and hadn't seen the real truth behind her vengeful lie . The truth was that Riley didn't want Alexis to spend so much time with me . I tried putting my point forward but it was all in vain. I couldn't help but pray that Alexis got his brain back sooner. Alexis is too tied up in this tangled mess . So I let go. Like I always did.

Now I used to drive myself to school and drive back home myself . Despite ,Alec's pleas to go and return together went in vain as I didn't budge ,I didn't want to see PDA sessions and get my heart coldly murdered everyday after all. So with a pleasant smile that I always wear now faker than ever ,I declined his numerous offers .

Another thing I had to admit was that our Saturday nights didn't have the same spark anymore. Most of the time Alexis was busy attending calls from Riley or replying to her texts. I now knew that the breaking point wasn't too far. One or two more blows and this will be over . Thanks to Alexis my life has turned upside down and had become a sitcom.

In times of loneliness all did was go in flashback , reminisce about our good times and best memories . About  the things that a Riley less Alexis did for me. About my Riley less life. The times when I smiled more than cried and was lot more happier and lot less lonely.

Blythe's  birthday - flashback

I was so elated . It was finally my long awaited birthday. The morning had turned out to be the best in so long and moreover it was my birthday today and my day had started just the way I wasn't expecting it too !

It was 5 in the morning and Alexis was sitting right on top of me blabbering away the birthday song, ignoring my agitated yells about him being way too heavy and me wanting my back till I die because I was pretty sure I was going to die anytime now.

And then , thank god my brother came to my room to wish me and made him get up from me and ranted at him for wanting me in one piece till tomorrow or at least till he doesn't wish me, and then I am all his and promises Alec to help him slay me with a wink. Always with a wink, he would let me get a scratch forget being murdered.

When I came down for breakfast I was hurried back to my room to wear something casual as Alexis was taking me somewhere out. Now I was giddy with excitement. I was busy making guesses, and one guess that came to my mind was one direction's concert but no that wasn't a possibility because they were in Berkeley today. And Yorkshire and Berkeley had a fair lot of distance. Like only air routes distance. And Alexis hated one direction to the core just like he hated airplanes.

Alexis had taken  me to the airport after having breakfast at my favorite restaurant. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Berkeley printed in capitals on my boarding pass.

" Alec! "
" hmm "
" are you taking me to one direction's concert in Berkeley ? " I asked giddy with excitement. Never had I dreamed I will see them because yorkshire was a really small town and 1d won't come here.

" how do you know? "
" one direction  is playing in Berkeley tonight! And we are going there. "

" are you their personal secretary ?"
" I wish, but no I am just a fan. "

That night he gave me another surprise, he had booked the backstage passes for me and we were stood in the front row!

I so wanted to tell what my heart felt to him, my ears have been thirsty to hear the same from him,for so long now.... But alas I backed off.
