A mother and her son were trying to escape from their apartment inside a burning building, but as they were about to reach the door, a burning piece of debris blocked their path.

The family of two stopped in their tracks, but right as they did, another piece of debris fell, this one right above them, the mother grabbed her son and attempted to shield him with her body, willing to lay her life down if it meant her son could live.

But the impact never reached them. Opening her eyes she saw a man made out of fire and magma, standing above them, was Ben as Heatblast.

"Don't worry! I'm here to help!"

After safely tossing away the debris, he absorbs the fire around him to lead the small family to escape. After superheating a wall, he cut an opening allowing the duo to escape.

But after helping them out, something caught Ben's eye, from a store nearby, an ultra-rare, Golden Sumo Slammer Card.

This was Ben's first time seeing one, it was also one of the only ones he was missing, along with the other three golden cards. After getting Gwen hooked on the show, and Jackson on the comics. After getting them into Sumo Slammers, he enlisted their help in getting all the cards. Jackson had found a few rare variations of cards and Gwen had gotten the cards he was missing.
Seeing the Golden Card on display in the store triggered Ben's more childish side, he immediately went to the store window to gaze upon the card.

"Wow, a Golden Sumo Slammers card!"

It wasn't until Gwen had called his name that he snapped out of it.

"Hey! Heat doofus! The fire was a distraction, the criminals are trying to rob a bank, and Ooze is on their heels!"

Ben snapped out of daze cause of his cousins yelling and turned to see the robbers were indeed making a getaway, with a yellowish green alien made out of slime holding on to the back of the car

Ben finally caught up with criminals and Ooze who they sent flying into a wall with reckless driving.

The alien hero duo walked into the bank, cornering the criminals.

"Alright bad guys! Hands against the wall and don't-"

Before Ben could finish his sentence, he timed out.

"move?"

The criminals seeing the kid started laughing, completely forgetting about Ooze. allowing him to launch some slime at them, trapping them onto the wall. No, later than when he did this, the police burst in.

"They're all your officers." Ben said gesturing for them to take the criminals away.

"Out of the way kid, this isn't time for jokes." The first officer, dismissing Ben entirly.

The policeman had begun to walk towards the trapped criminals but Ooze had stopped them.

"Actually officers, this boy was brave enough to not only show me where these would-be robbers went but also to distract them long enough for me to get the drop on them and capture them."

Both officers stopped and looked at the slime alien, then at Ben, then back at Ooze.  They blinked once, then twice. Both were gobsmacked that this young boy had helped this alien hero thing capture these criminals. The officers quickly stutter out a thank you to Ben before going over to arrest the men trapped in Ooze's, well, ooze.

Ooze quickly scooped up Ben and fled back towards the Rustbucket, but not before dipping into an alleyway and transforming back into Jackson.

The following day, the Tennysons plus a sleepy Jackson walked into the local supermarket to stock up on food. Ben wanted to get some cereal, Gwen wanted to see if they had any books, Max wanted to get new ingredients and some stuff to help alien-proof the RV, such as fireproof seats, and finally, Jackson just wanted a bit of candy and and then go back  to the rv to return  to sleep.

While looking through the cereal, something caught his eye, a Sumo Slammers Cereal box, with it advertising the chance of obtaining the uber-rare golden Sumo Slammers card. Ben raced to get Jackson, who was the next aisle over.

After getting his best friend, the two began to grab a few boxes, although Ben was extremely tempted to use the Omnitrix to cheat his way to the card, Jackson smacked him on the back of his head and reprimed the boy, with the two agreeing to get a total of six boxes, two plain, two cinnamon, one apple and one vanilla. But much to the boys' dismay, the last box of vanilla was just out of their reach, but they came up with a plan, crouching down, Jackson had Ben climb onto his shoulders, the boy's combined height allowed the two to reach it, unfortunately, Jackson tripped on his own feet, causing the two to fall over, with Ben knocking down a bunch of cereal boxes onto the ground, both around and on top of the two.

The commotion caused a staff member to rush over along with Gwen and Max to see what happened. When they all arrived, they saw Ben and Jackson surrounded and covered by Sumo Slammer, with Ben even landing on some boxes, damaging them. After getting the two boys up and making sure they were ok, the staff member gave them some bad news.

"Unfortunately sir, I have to inform you we have a 'you damage it, you buy it' policy, but I'll talk to my manager to see if you folks can get a discount."

After the clerk left, the small group began to pick up all the cereal, with Jackson grabbing another cart to put them all in.

Ben grumbled slightly about the lack of a golden card from any of the various cards strung across the floor. But right as they all finish putting any damaged boxes in their carts and any intake back on the shelf. The shelves began to rumble, knocking further cereal onto the floor which caused the young Biotrix boy to get agitated, which unbeknownst to anyone but an eagle-eyed Max, caused the boy to let out a cold breath.

Within the minute, giant mutated animals barged in through a wall, knocking over multiple shelves, this ruckus caused Ben and Jackson to quickly transform into Fourarms and Prism respectably.

Fourarms began to fight off a mutant frog.

Prism went to go help Fourarms but was intercepted by a mutated hamster.

The Hampster tossed Prism across the store, knocking him into some shelves. The hamster went to go charge at Prism, only to be hit by a rainbow colour laser beam that hit it right between its eyes, this time sending it into the mutant frog that Fourarms was holding above his head ready to toss aside.

Just outside the supermarket, Doctor Animo was watching.

"Excellent my pets, go forth and wreck havoc, that noble prize should've been mine!"

Animo's monologue gained Prism's attention, who fired a beam at Animo, who ducked out of the way and called his mutated parrot to flee the scene.

The two frogs and the hamster reverted to normal once Animo was out of range.

Fourarms launched Prism at Animo, hoping to catch him or at least slow him down. But unfortunately, Animo heard Prism coming and ordered another bird to knock him away.

"Foolish Rock Man! I will turn Washington B.C. into Washington D.C.!"

As Prism crashed into the street, the second mutated parrot pinned him down allowing Animo to escape.

The group was now racing to Washington to find and defeat Animo before he could do anything drastic. As Max was driving Jackson suddenly had an idea, after writing down the idea, he whispered to Ben who after thinking, agreed.

"Just like the good old days." Max absently said.

This caught Jackson's attention.

"What kind of plumber were you Max?"

"A darn good one." The old man replied nevoursly.

Jackson raised an eyebrow and was about to question Max until Gwen got everyone's attention. Max pulled to the side of the road and walked over to Gwen's right, Ben was on her left and Jackson was leaning over her shoulder causing a faint blush to appear on her cheeks.

"Okay. Five years ago, Animo was a promising veterinarian researcher. But it was later discovered that he was experimenting on animals."

At these words, Jackson's face turned into one of pure disgust and anger.

"And when he didn't win a prize called the "varieties" prize, he flipped out.

After Gwen finished reading the article, they saw Animo through the front window. Max ran back to the driver's seat to drive after him, but after a while, he lost him. But Ben had an idea.

"I think I know where he's going!"

Team Tennyson where now standing in front of the National History Museum, which had a hole big enough to fit two Rustbuckets in it.

"Good guess dude!" Jackson complamented his friend. 

"I guess even a doofus can have good ideas." Came Gwen's snarky reply.

As Ben and Jackson raced in to fight off Animo, Gwen and Max helped anyone who was still in the museum.

In a bright flash of green and yellow light, stood Fourarms and Neuron.

The two found Animo within seconds who was in front of a mammoth skeleton.

"You four-arm-man-thing again. You're persistent. I hate persistent... And is that a Mutated Crab?

When Animo said this, a creepy smile crossed his face causing both Four Arms and Neuron to gain a look of disgust."

"I am not a mutated crustation you call a crab you Bill Nye wanna-be." 

This caused Four Arms to chuckle and angered Animo. But Neuron wasn't done quite yet.

"You're like a failed experiment, Animo. The only thing you've achieved is becoming a sorry excuse for a collection of atoms!"

This caused Four Arms to burst out laughing as Animo's face seemed to change to puce.

"I AM AN EVOLUTIONIST! AND SOON I SHALL AFTER I GATHER THE REMAINING COMPONENTS TO FURTHER MY GLORIOUS WORK! BEHOLD THE REANIMATION OF DORMANT CELLS!"

"Does this guy have subtitles?" Four-Arms aked his partner

"He's going to revive the dead."

 "Oh. WE GOTTA STOP HIM!"

Animo revived the mammoth causing it to charge into Four Arms, knocking him away. Neuron lifted the shell on top of his head, revealing his brain, this caused electricity to start to be produced. Neuron was about to fire the electricity at the mammoth until Four Arms yelled at him.

"Don't worry about me! I can handle the mammoth!"

Giving a curt nod, Neuron whipped around and sent an electric shock at Animo, catching him off guard and sending him to the ground and the device across the ground, Neuron and Animo raced towards the remote until Four Arms and the mammoth intercepted them. Animo took this opportunity to trip Neuron and bolt toward his mutation device, but before he could, a spear hit it, destroying it. When Animo looked up, he only saw Gwen standing above him, with the said spear in hand.

"NO! YOU FOOLS! WE COULD'VE HAD A BREAKTHROUGH IN SCIENCE! YOU F-"

But before could continue his rant, he was punched in the face and knocked out by Max, not allowing the kids to hear a swear word before high school, who had the police following him.

As team Tennyson was about to leave, Jackson noticed something, on the ground was a Golden Sumo Slammers card. Although it wasn't the one Ben originally found, it was of his favourite Slammer, Ishiyama. Jackson quickly picked it up along with Animo's mutation device before running off to catch up with his second family.

As the group entered the Rust Bucket. Jackson tapped Ben's shoulder to get his attention. Ben turned around curious about what his best friend wanted.

"I happened to find this on the ground after we beat Animo, I think you would love this."

As Ben looked slightly confused about what Jackson found in some dusty museum, Ben raised an eyebrow and was about to question him, until he saw what Jackson had. A Golden Sumo Slammer Card of Ishiyama. Taking the card, Ben yelled in absolute delight, as Max chuckled and Jackson and Gwen covered their ears.

The scene changes to the group, asleep at a pit stop. The camera zooms in on Jackson, who was asleep with his notepad by his side. Jackson rolls over and accidentally turns into Fleetway, knocking his notepad over. It opens to a page, depicting a sketch of an Omnitrix, but instead of what Jackson's or Ben's looks like, its dial is more ovalish with two small triangles on it and a diamond instead of an hourglass symbol.

The works written next to it revealed what it was.

"Omntrix for Gwen."

"Name ideas"

"OmniWatch?"

"Luckitrix? - Gwen's Herosona"

"DNAtrix?"

Under it was a list of materials that can be found on earth to help construct the watch.

So, this chapter took a while, sorry about that. I ended up getting swamped with three final assignments and two surprise exams. But I did manage to make something. Hope you all enjoyed the chapter!
