Almost 2.0 k reads. Whew, um...I don't think words exist to tell you all how much I appreciate it. Well anyway, due to summer, family stuff and my week long camping trip this will be my last upload for a while. But don't worry! It will be back before the school year. Thank you all so much for your love and support and all I can say now is, get ready and...here we go.

---------------

I wake up to the sun just barely coming up making it still somewhat dark. I get up anyway and turn off my alarm in advance. I dress in some thick jeans that act like leggings and stretch out a bit. I put on an army green t-shirt under my original black hoodie, the one with '97' written in white on the back and is peeling off slowly. I slide on my dirty white converse.

I go over to my vanity and turn on the fairy lights that hang over it, it lights up and I look in the mirror as I brush through my tangled hair. I slide on a hair tie around my wrist so I can put my hair up for gym class.

I grab a first aid kit and take off the band-aids that once covered my side, stomach, and back. They are healing alright but bruised nonetheless and a few of the cuts are bigger then I remember them being. I drop my shirt and hoodie back over it as I look back in the mirror.

This might be the last time I will see myself without blood and scars all over my face. I know to all of you it seems like I'm being overdramatic, I am over thinking what they might do to me. But you don't know all the things they have done to me. Beating up is as far as they will go but they have given me broken arms and legs over stuff like talking back.

With what I have done lately and them not being here yesterday, I know for a fact I will end up with a few broken bones and a torn up face and back. Cause that's just who they are. I get up sighing, knowing if I try to avoid them it will be worse.

I grab my bag as it feels slightly heavier but I don't mind it as I make my way downstairs. The sun starts to come up and I finish making scrambled eggs as they all come downstairs.

"Hey Beth, you alright?" Asher says looking to me as I hand him a plate.

"Yeah, I'm good. Go eat, we gotta leave soon," I say smiling at him.

He walks over to the table and Rain and Leo soon come down. I hand a plate to each of them as I didn't make any for me.

And we soon all head out. I decided to walk today though, not fighting and not moving around as much gets to me and makes me feel antsy so I walk.

I soon make it to the school and meet up with the guys in the parking lot as I plaster a smile on my face. Can't lie but I can act.

They all smile at me with puzzled looks as I walk over to them and see Willow with them.

"No bike?" Gray asks raising an eyebrow.

"No, decided to walk today."

We all head in and go to our classes. I finish art and the bell soon rings for us to head out to the halls for the break. There is construction outside so we all stay inside. Becky left before last period.

I get ready to walk to my next class but as I do a hear a deafening roar. It comes in bits and pieces and I recognize it.

"Gunshots." I breathe out quietly.

This can't be happening. Screams and cries sound as I rush to the nearest room. Surveillance room. I quickly lock the door and look at the cameras. Luckily this room is hidden and has no windows.

My eyes scan over them as I watch kids running and screaming. Some on the floor, begging and pleading on their knees not to be shot while others lay there. I put my hand over my mouth and hang onto the table as I feel dizzy and tears surface to my eyes.

I look into those camera's, scared. I turn up the volume on camera five where a cheerleader is begging for her life.

"Please! I'm sorry! Please, let me live!"

"Don't worry, your gonna survive this." The masked figure says with a huge gun in his hands.

I watch a pleading smile about to cross her lips as tears stream down her face. But a gunshot soon sounds making me jump as he shoots her and laughs. He laughs. I watch blood pool from her head.

I look over for the guys and turn a camera to see two lines of students tied up. All mouths are duct taped while hands are tied around and to the chairs. I look at them and my breath stops. It's the guys and Willow along with a lot of other students. I turn up the volume for that camera.

He soon speaks up.

"Look here, we came for six people and six people only! If these people don't come out, we are gonna start shooting your friends here, and it won't be a fast death! We want Cody Fuller, Alex Harvey, Jackson Write, Ian Flecher, Beth Jones and Tori the girl that is a street fighter. You have five minutes to show before we start executing."

My breath catches. I look to my bag. My boxing clothes! I quickly change into them and slide on the shoes. I put my hair into my beanie and my hood over it. Fine. Do they want Tori? I'll give them Tori.

I unlock the door and look around. Students lay there in the halls, some hiding behind their near-dead friends and in corners. They have all been shot. I can't leave them like this.

I head over to one of them cowering and crying as she holds her shoulder and the boy who is just hanging on.

"No, please. Please don't kill me." She begs as she sobs.

"I'm Tori, I'm gonna help all of you I can hang in there. Follow me."

She nods and I help up the guy who is holding his chest to keep it from bleeding much more. I bring them to the surveillance room.

"My phone is in my bag, call the police quietly, there is a first aid kit in there too," I say pointing to it.

I tremble as my mind is a battleground. My life isn't worth twenty innocent ones. But I don't want to die either. But I don't have enough time to see which side wins so I decide to suck it up and I carry more students into the room.

I soon filled the entire room with students so that many are sitting under and on top of desks. Some are helping each other from bleeding out while others try to help themselves. I ask around and end up gathering two pocket knives from the students.

"Alright, Beth, Tori, you're the only ones not here. You have one minute before we start executing."

"Use whatever you can inside my bag to help yourselves. I have to go."

"Wait, who are you really?"

"Classified," I say as I rush down the hall till I reach the cafeteria.

I walk in through the doors. Taking pride in every step and trying to gather every ounce of courage and strength I can. All the hostages are on the stage while the guys who were called out to be here are tied up and beaten up worse than everyone else.

I walk behind them, passing off two pocket knives as I walk behind them to Gray and L.J. and place it in their hands as walking to the other side of them.

They all turn to me as I am fuming. I try to focus on everything these guys have done to me. The girls all wearing light up masks while the guys are wearing ski masks.

"Well look who it is, where's Beth, Tori?" Henry says, taking off his ski mask.

The rest do the same. Henry, David, Jace, Jacob, Lela, Courtney, and Britney all stand there. But the last one removes his mask and I see Gage standing there now as well.

I cross my arms.

"Left before all this, you gotta deal with me now," I say in my normal voice.

"Is that so?"

"You gonna toss me my own gun or are we gonna fist fight this? But I promise you my aim is as straight as my punch."

"This girl for real?" Gage says stepping up to me.

He holsters his gun and I glance to the guys before looking back to him. He walks up to me and as he goes to throw a punch, I catch it like Gray had done when I met him.

I quickly twist it and break his arm so that it dangles off to the side and I grab his gun as he screams and I punch him, knocking him out.

I sigh and rotate my shoulders trying to stop my hands from shaking. I quickly turn off the safety and aim it at Henry.

"So quick to place blame, last time I checked you were asking for it." He says smirking at me.

I scoff and aim at them. But they all quickly raise their guns to point at the guys and smile at me.

I lower my gun and they do the same.

"Fine, drop your guns and let's go."

"Nah, I think after all you have done, I deserve something for letting just one of your guys live." He says eyeing me up and down.

He stares at certain parts of me making chills go up my spine.

"Fine."

Yeah, he thinks I will cooperate.

I slide off my hoodie and toss it to the side, keeping my hat on. I see the guys looking away, expecting me to do something other than killing this guy.

I walk over to him as he points his gun at me. I drop mine off to the side. I see them all watching me intensely.

I can't mess this up.

But I was always better at acting then lying.

I quickly wrap my arms around him and push my lips against his and I feel his grip on his gun loosen as he grabs my hips. I quickly grab it and shove it into his side, pulling the trigger and a gunshot sounds.

He pulls off of me and looks down at his now bleeding side and back to me.

"F&^% off a$$&*^%," I say as he falls.

I quickly turn and fire the gun, aiming for nothing deadly. Courtney, Jacob and Britney fall as I run out of bullets. I toss it to the side and run at David who is aiming a shotgun at me. I grab onto the end and wrestle him over it till a gunshot sounds and my gut stings and burns as warm liquid flows down and soaks my bloody shirt. I quickly are able to knee him.

I knee him as hard as I can where it will hurt most and he goes out from the pain.

Lela grabs my hat and pulls it off. My hair falls down my back and my face is revealed. I quickly punch her in the face and she spits blood as she falls and as I go to turn, a gunshot sounds.

I suddenly feel cold as blood comes from my throat and I have a hard time breathing. I look to Jace who has just shot me. My legs feel weak and I grab onto a cafeteria table, trying to stand but I fall.

He quickly turns and exhales as tears flood my eyes. I look over and see a gun laying on the floor.

Jace is cursing a rainbow about what is going on.

I crawl over to it on my elbows and grab it with a bloody hand. Aiming for Jace's abdomen as my hand shakes and fire.

He turns to me and drops quickly. I drop the gun and rest my head back onto the blood covered floor and I hear sirens. I tremble as I hold my neck.

"Beth!" I soon hear.

I watch as Gray rushes over to me and L.J. unties the rest of them quickly.

They all rush over to me and Gray holds one hand on my stomach which continues to bleed and holds my hand and I hold onto my neck with my other hand.

"You just couldn't not come could you?" He says chuckling,

I smile at him as Alan and Willow soon rush to my side.

"You better not go out on me, I was supposed to die first," Willow says smiling as she kneels beside my head and puts her hand on my shoulder.

Alan grabs my other hand, Willow holding onto my neck and the rest of the guys surround me as well as the other students.

"Su-Sur-" I try to talk but only croak out bits and pieces.

"Surveillance," I croak out but it sounds more like a bunch of noises that just sound like that.

I can't actually speak.

"Surveillance?" One of the students asks me.

I nod my head.

"She's talking about the Surveillance room," Willow says.

One of the students jumps up. "I'll go check it out."

He quickly runs out.

"So you are Tori?" A asks as I lay there.

I nod my head.

"She's one of those girls," Willow says, chuckling through her tears as she nudges me.

"So you can lie," Gray says with a smirk.

I smile back at them as tears fall from my face. They drop into the blood that covers the floor. My whole body is cold and my chest trembles the same as my breath when it tries to rise. The guys hold my hands tighter.

"Your gonna be alright," Alan says as I lay there almost in a daze.

"Hang in there," Mason says as I attempt to blink away my tears so that I can better see.

I see all their eyes, red. As if they could cry any moment and I try to hold their hands tighter.

The doors to the cafeteria soon open and sirens sound. My hands feel cold and so does the rest of my body. My grip in my hands lessen and my eyes become heavy. The guys grip my hands tighter as I see paramedics push the others out of the way and come to my side.

"There are a bunch of injured student's in the surveillance room!" Someone shouts.

A bunch more paramedics come over to me.

"Alive, over here."

"Alive."

"Alive."

"Alive."

Alive."

"Alive."

"Alive."

"Hanging in there," the paramedic that is next to me says.

I struggle so much to keep my eyes open.

"Know this girl, she's been in recently, be careful."

"Honey, can you tell me your name?"

I struggle to try and make words but I can't force them out. I can hardly breathe as I choke on my own blood, coughing.

"You know where you are?"

I nod my head slightly as I try to cough the blood from my throat.

A stretcher is soon brought out next to me.

"On three."

"One, two, three."

I am quickly lifted onto the stretcher and I look to the guys and Willow along with other students as I am wheeled out to the ambulance.

The sun hits me and I can feel it's warmth consume me and as soon as the light flashes into my eyes. Its heat comes over me but chills cover my body. Darkness follows and my eyes close. And nothing comes but blackness and an unexplainable nothing...........
