Bear had talked to the boys when he had gone downstairs that morning while Haisley was showering. He asks Ink and Chains to gather a few prospects to clean out the room next to his. The night Haisley and Bear had talked about their past and Balake, he had waited until she had fallen asleep to get on his computer to order some new items for the baby.

Before he bought anything he did some research on what a 9-month-old baby would need. He bought a new crib, sippy cups, a few stuffed animals, some rubber fork, and spoon set to eat with, even some new toys.

Bear figured he would spoil both of them with anything and everything they wanted. The only thing left was getting stuff from the store, such as food, drink,  diapers, wipes, etc.

"Hey, baby. Do you want to stop by the store and get him some food and stuff? We don't have anything he would really eat at the compound" he asks with one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding hers gently.

Haisley nodded as she glances up at the mirror to look at Balake. "Sure. I think he's about to wake up anyway so we can take him in and shop together" she takes her eyes off the mirror and looks over at Bear.

Before Bear could say anything he was interrupted by the sound of Balake starting to cry softly.

Haisley gently releases Bear's hand and reach back to Balake. "It's okay, bubba. You're okay" Haisley reassures him as she runs her fingers through his light brown hair. His soft cry turns into little sniffles.

"We are almost there," Bear tells Haisley knowing she wanted to get back there to comfort Balake.

When he parked the truck, Haisley was the first one to get out and into the backseat. "Good afternoon, Monkey. Did you sleep well?" She speaks time him in a cute voice, making Bear chuckle.

Balake nodded softly before calling out to Haisley. "Mama!" He exclaims excitedly while giggling.

"Yes, monkey. It's Mama" Haisley starts to unbuckle him from the car seat. She lifts him up and into her lap. He sat on his knees facing her while snuggling into her chest.

"I think someone is still a little tired" she pats his bottom softly while resting her cheek on his head.

"Yes, you noticed" Bear acts as if she was talking to him which made her laugh.

"Not you, silly." She continued to giggle.

"Come here. I want you to officially meet him" she tells bear as she turns to face the opening of her door, letting her feet hang out the side.

"Bubba. I want you to meet someone. He's gonna take good care of Mama and you" she says as she moves him to face the opening of the door where Bear would stand. Balake just rested his back against her chest while playing with Haisley's long hair.

Bear had walked around to Haisley, taking slowly step when he reached them. "Hey, big guy," Bear says and Balake instantly turned his attention to Bear.

Balake reaches out for bear to hold him and that is exactly what Bear did. He held Balake close and smiled as the baby played with his hair and then his gold necklace.

"Let's get going before he gets hungry and cranky" she reached out and skims Balakes side with her finger making him squirm and laugh loudly. Bear held on, praying he wouldn't drop him but couldn't help by laugh when Balake repeated loudly as he laughed "no, mama. no"

"Okay, big guy. Mama is sorry" Haisley hops out of the truck and kisses his cheek making Balake place his hand on her cheeks before giving her slobber filled kiss.

"On my. Thank you, Balake." She cringes slightly while wiping it off her face.

Finally, they make their way into the store. She had placed Balake in the baby seat of the buggy. Thankfully she had pulled on some cute little pants that match his onesie so his legs wouldn't get cold.

Bear insisted on pushing the buggy while she shopped. Haisley said thank you then started to walk down the aisle for the baby food.

While she saw looking at all the soft food for Balake she could hear the sound of Balake giggling. She turned around to see what was making him laugh. The sight made her laugh as well. Bear was blowing raspberries in the crook of his neck.

Balake shook his head while holding onto Bear's face. He would even pull Bear back to do another. She was amazed at how Balake already liked Bear. He easily made friends with people but not like he has with Bear.

Haisley turned back around to the food and grabbed enough until they would go back. She walked over to the buggy and placed them in the bin.

"Are my boys having fun?" She asks with a smile.

Bear nodded happily. "He's gonna love the brothers. As mean as they look, they have a soft spot for kids"

"Oh so..just like you?" She asks with a smirk on her face. Bear just glared at her playfully before continuing to play with Balake.

As they moved down the aisle she picked up a few more packs of diapers and wipes along with some small snacks for Balake.

"I think I've got everything. Well, enough that I can pay for" Haisley says once she returned the buggy and placed the stuff in the bin.

Bear stopped what he was doing and looked over at Haisley. She didn't even need to look at him to know he was glaring at her.

"Babygirl. I have the money. I can pay for this" he says in a tone that left no room for argument, but of course, Haisley being stubborn she found a way to argue.

"Babe. You've already gave me and Balake a place to stay. Helped me move out of my apartment. Aided me when I got hurt.....I feel like you think I'm using you" she stared up at him with sad eyes making his heartache.

"Come here." He holds his hand out for her and pulls her into his chest.

"I know you would never use me, I just want to give you and Balake everything y'all every wanted." He sighs softly as he rests his chin on the top of her head while she snuggled into his chest.

"I want to spoil you both. You guys deserve the world, but since I can't give you that I want to give you happiness and support. Love and care. Everything and more. Do you understand me?" He pulls back so he could see her face.

"O-okay Bane. I understand. I'll still argue but I understand" she smirks softly at the last part making Bear groan and roll his eyes playfully.

"That okay, I like when you get all fiery" he winks at her making her face go red for the millionth time in the last few days.

"Shhh" she tried to quiet him before walking off to one of the registers. Bear shook his head with a smile as he follows her.
