*Jax's pov*
*RING, RING, RING*

"Ooo who's calling you Jax? your girlfriend?"

" Uh no... it's Mr Stark?" I said ignoring Mike's last comment.

"Hello, Mr. Stark?"

"Hey kid"

"So not to be rude but why did you call me?"

"Rebel's home"

"HOLY CRAP CAN I SEE HER?"

" Sure, maybe she will remember you..."

"What?"

"Mr. Stark?"

"Sir?"

Why does he always hang up on me?

I hung up the phone and told my foster parents I was 'going out', then I hopped on my bike and rode as fast I could to Rebel's. I stood at the front door and looked into the security camera so I could be let in, when I entered I was greeted by a happy looking Pepper.

"Hey Jax, I'm assuming you heard the good news?" She said smiling.

" Yup, I'm here to visit her actually" I said happily.

" Well I have to warn you she's a bit irritable and may snap at you but don't take it personally it's just the medication she's taking, oh and don't worry if she doesn't remember you she has been unconscious for awhile."

"Oh okay" I said a little bummed, I hoped she would be in a good for me at least.

Pepper lead me into the lab where Rebel was, it was like a smaller version of a hospital room. There was Rebel lying in her bed silently sleeping.

" Rebel has a visitor" Pepper informed Bruce

" Oh I don't- that may not be a good idea" he said, trying to not be impolite to Jax.

"Come Bruce he's her best friend" Pepper begged

"Alright...fine." Bruce says hesitantly.

Bruce went to walk up Rebel he lightly shakes her, she jolted up as if she was getting attacked. She looked around the room and then her eye's landed on me. Rebel and I awkwardly stared at each other for a minuet before I broke the silence.

" Hey Reb" I said trying to start a conversation.

I walked up to her bed side to give her a hug but when I went to put my arms around her she started freaking out,yelling and flailing her arms in the air. I quickly backed off almost scared that I hurt her.

"Oh my god Rebel I'm so sorry, did I hurt you?" I say, my voice full of worry

"I forgot to mention she's a bit easily startled" Banner chimed in from the back.

"What's wrong with her" I ask.

"JAX!" Pepper hits my arm

"Well honestly I'm not sure, she refuses to eat, she freaks out at human contact and, keeps demanding to know where some chick named 'Luna' is" Banner confesses.

" Does Tony know" Pepper asks.

" I haven't had the heart to tell him, he just got his daughter back and he's so happy" Bruce says sadly.

" Okay I think we should let Rebel rest" Pepper says, taking me back up stairs

I said my hellos and goodbyes to the team and I started to head home, my visit to rebel did not go as well as I hoped. "what if Rebel never gets better" "Did she even know who I was?" so many questions filled my head, I just wished things could go back to normal.
