Making Bar's and Clementine's story... it was frustrating and sad and happy and it gave me a whole new platform to enhance my writing skills! Thank you all who supported me along the way and who has loved my characters as much as I have.

So, without further ado, the sequel:

There are some heartbreaks in life that are a universal pain.

Nyx Red was a shattered soul with a good heart— and no one warned her about a whole other kind of heartbreak.

One she couldn't have prevented but should've seen coming.

At sixteen, Nyx found her best friend after he tried to commit suicide and on the way to the hospital, their ambulance flipped over, leaving the young teen with a permanent scar covering her features and a dead best friend.

Nyx thinks, just like her best friend, that she's destined for a grueling end.

Damien D'Silvetta has a messed up life. From an absentee mother, alcoholic older brother, to a rent that needs paying his list of problems just keeps growing.

And, newly added, one Nyx Red is at the top of that list.

Stuck together by a stupid arrangement set up by the principal? Annoyingly, yes.

Seeing each other everyday after school? Unfortunately.

Frustrating the other? Always.
