I used to advertise my loyalty and I don't believe there is a single person I loved that I didn't eventually betray. - Albert Camus, The Fall

Same Day...

Taylor Green...

After an 2 hour intense drive from the city to the woods, we finally arrived at the location. A big ass mansion is placed in the middle of the woods, and I knew this was it for a nigga. They bout to chop me up, and burry ass for food to the trees. The truck comes to a stop and two guards open the butterfly doors, helping Sirod out. Two guards that sit by the doors follow behind her. Then I exit with two guards behind me.

"Rule number one in the game boy, never go anywhere without security. Always have two in front and two in back standing in each corner of you. Known fact, bullets fly and the guards will drop like one before you do." Sirod chuckles. I swear she should of been rapper. Why her metaphors on point?

We enter her estate, and I look up at the 30 foot ceiling decorated with a chandelier a skylight. And let's not forget about the marble stilts, walls and floors.

We head straight to the back pass the living room, dining room heading down a long hall. We enter what I believe is her office. At least to me its decorated like one.

"Ok Stokes and Jean you can stay. Kirk, Bully, Floyd and Ray y'all got the rest of the house. Scrapp should be here soon."

"Yes ma'am." They say in unison. I watch as they walk out the office, closing the door behind them. Stokes and Jean grill me as I scratch the side of my neck uneasy because I really don't know what I'm in for.

"Sit." Sirod orders.

"And if I don't?" I scoff. She turns to me with a raise a brow as I hear knuckles crack. Let me sit my ass down.

"You drink?" She questions.

"Naw. Coach got me on a strict diet." I mummer. Sirod nods, bringing me a drink anyway. I sigh taking it.

"You play college football huh?" I nod, sitting the glass down on the miniature table that sits beside the chair. I don't know what's in that drink nor would I drink it.

"What are you majoring?"

"Accounting." She nods, taking a sip of the clear liquor in her glass.

"So when your not in school or studying what do you do?"

"Look I ain't no snitch aight." I defend. Sirod throws her head back in a fit of laughter.

"Taylor Green, MCU student, studying Accounting, age 22 lives on 142 BMore ave apartment 1b and you're first cousins with Omari." I chuckle, licking my lips.

"Sirod Banks, real name Sirod Dubois, legally married to the biggest Kingpin in Baltimore, Knight Dubois. Y'all had 6 kids, 1 boy and 5 girls. When you were pregnant with Zee, Knight got into some trouble with the government, so you had to take the kids to your father's to protect them. You faked a marriage with Dimitri Banks, so at least one parent can control the blocks and hold one another down. After a couple years things became difficult, the feds were on your heels. So you had to fake your death. Now that they're on Omari's radar, you've been forgotten but the streets know the truth." Sirod laughs, nodding in impression.

"Yea, you not the only that does your homework." I smirk.

"I see. Now if you're apart of Omari's crew, why are you trying to help my daughter?" She questions. I slouch down in my chair, sighing.

"I kinda have feeling for ol' girl. And I don't want to be apart of abducting and killing her no more. Ever since Omari started working for Dimitri, he was determined to kill her because That nigga promised half of $3.5 million to him if he killed her." Sirod furrows her eye brows.

"Dimitri was broke honey. He stayed broke. I can't tell you how many times that broke bastard asked for money from me. His ass stayed broke. Why was he trying to steal money from Zee?"

"When Xavier died, he left money to Zee and Tacara. $3.5 mill to be exact. Dimitri was upset, because his son didn't leave him anything. So he called Omari to do the dirty work, sad thing is Omari is the worst hit man alive. He was only doing it because his pop left him the mansion and the ranch."

"So even though Omari and Dimitri are dead, his crew is still after Zee. Why?"

"Because they think Zee is the one that killed them, but I know it was Tyrone and them. They was gone kill Zee too until they found out that she was Xavier's half sister. So they called it off." I shrugged.

"But you ain't no snitch." She scoffs in laughter, leaning on her desk. I shake my head, looking off in the distance. That's when I notice the family pictures on the wall. That's when her gate buzzed so it caught my attention.

"Are we done here?" I question a little irritated. Sirod chuckles, leaning on the back of her seat, nodding her head toward the direction behind me. I turn in my chair seeing Scrapp with his wife entering the office. He smirks at me and I knew this shit was about to do a whole 360.

"You work for us now nigga, the only way out is a bullet to ya head." I don't even answer. Maybe I should of just let them niggas kill Zee, but then I'd feel like shit because she does mean something to me. I'm too late though, that nigga wifed her before anybody got a chance. Damn.

The Next Day...

Zee...

Ever since the incident at the restaurant, Bricks won't let me out his sight. In fact he told me I have to stay in the house but I really want to go with Piper to this fashion show this weekend. It's out in New York but Bricks is being over protective. But I hate being in the house I'm not a home body.

"Bricks." I whine, throwing a fake tantrum.

"I said no." He replies flipping through channels. I sit up from the mattress, smacking my lips.

"Why not?" I whine. He gives me that you know why look. I turn over, pulling the pillow under my head as I curl up. I feel him rub on my ass so I swat his hand away. If I can't go out he gets no nookie.

"Come on b, we ain't have sex since our honeymoon." He groans. I shrug, snuggling up against my pillow.

"This is bullshit." He mumbles to himself.

"If you let me go to New York for the weekend, I'll give you what you want." I mumble.

"I don't want it that bad." He scoffs. I roll my eyes, shaking my head. My phone rings on the nightstand. I see its Piper so I answer it, heading to the bathroom.

"Hello?" I grouch.

"What he say boo?" Piper questions.

"No." She smacks her lips.

"He ain't your damn daddy girl! But I understand. He's looking out for you and those babies."

"Baby." I correct.

"No bitch you gone have twins. They run on both sides of the family, since you told me you got twin sisters."

"Shut up don't jinx it." I whine.

"Girl you know you want twins, stop fraudin'. You and Bricks are bad as hell so y'all gone make some pretty babies." Piper giggles. I blush shaking my head with a smile. Everybody use to say that Bricks and I would make a cute couple and make pretty babies but I didn't see that. I do now.

"Listen though. If he changes his mind let me know. It's 4:35 now, I gotta start my journey at 6. So I need to know before then." I tell her ok, hanging up after. I look through my contacts because I got an idea. I put the phone to my ear closing the door. I take a seat back on the closed toilet waiting by for them to answer.

"Hey baby girl." Tyrone speaks jolly through the phone.

"Hey." I speak sadly.

"What's wrong?" He questions sadly. I smirk, fake pouting again.

"My friend is having a fashion show out in New York this weekend, and Bricks won't let me go. He says it's for my safety, but you can get Connor and Cornelius to follow me or somebody in your crew to protect me right?" I question saddened.

"Yea. Let me call his ass right now." The phone beeps three times indicating the call is ended. Bricks phone rings, I get up cracking the door so I could hear.

"But— Pop you know— Aight man I'll let her go damn. Just make sure Connor and Cornelius watch out for her. If they don't I'm whooping ass!" I laugh leaving out the bathroom when I hear footsteps behind me. I run to the kitchen in a heap of laughter, stopping around the opposite side of the counter from Bricks.

"You called my pop on me b." He  says angrily.

"You wouldn't let me go." I whine. Bricks scowls running to the other side of the counter. I manage to keep us apart.

"You know that nigga be drawin heavy yo. And I still do what he says." He grits. I laugh and shrug, seeing a way to run waiting for a good time when Bricks isn't paying attention. I know he's not going to take his eyes off me, so I try to run for it getting caught up anyway. I laugh as he sits me up on the counter, kissing me roughly while ripping my clothes.

"You think the shit is funny?" He questions assertively, pulling me to the edge of the marble counter top. I moan shaking my head no, gasping when he enters me slowly. My walls suck him in to a perfect fit and my legs automatically wrap around his waist.

"Fuck." He's hisses, shaking his head.

"What?" I question concerned.

"I'm scared to move b. You seem tighter then before and if I budge I-I just might nut." I tuck my lips in trying my hardest not to laugh. Knowing to calm him down, I kiss his bottom lip for entrance waiting for his response. He takes complete control sloppily, slowly rocking his hips into mine.

I pull back, digging my nails in his shoulders. I can hear every stroke which causes my spine chills. Bricks puts his hand behind my head, pulling it back by my hair. I choke on a gasp feeling his teeth sync on the spot of my neck.

"You leaving me for a whole weekend, I gotta make sure these niggas know you mine." He groans in my ear, speeding up. I bite my lip, feeling him lift me off the counter top. You could hear our skin smacking as he places my back against the wall post, holding me up with one arm around me and the other on the wall for support.

"Yes daddy, deeper. Shit." I moan to the rhythm of his thrust.

2 Hours Later...

After Piper picked me up, we drove around for 30 minutes just too find a gas station. Connor and Cornelius are behind us every step of the way. Piper wanted to find the cheapest place possible and WaWa was the place that holds reasonable pricing.

We pulled up to the pump and she parked. I was hungry for a second time so I was definitely getting me an Italian hoagie with the works. Bricks made me want one since we talked about them two weeks ago.

"Yo tell them fill up on pump 2." Piper says handing me the $100 bill. I nod, limping through the parking lot. Bricks put a hurting on me, but it felt too good to stop. I swear that man is going to the death of me. A burgundy Grand Marquis pulls up to the side of me, with gold rims and dark tints. The music muffled loudly through the closed doors and windows as I entered the store.

I felt eyes on me as soon as I headed to the back to order my food. I paid it no mind, even though my eye balls was itching to look. After ordering my hoagie, I went to the cash register telling the cashier fill up on pump two. I continued my shopping after, because that two hour ride is going to kill my ass.

I head to the Icee machine, mixing White Cherry, Blueberry and Cherry Coke. I pay for my stuff and the cashier gives me my change for both the gas and junk I brought. They then stamp the paid sticker on my ticket for the hoagie.

I travel to the back feeling the same eyes on me, checking to make sure my numbers matched the receipt. I bag my hoagie, putting the paid slip in the basket making my way to the door.

"Excuse me." I heard as I enter the parking lot. I roll my eyes, just another nigga trying to holler.

"Zee." The person calls. I stop in my tracks, turning around and when I see who it is, I almost drop my food. Almost...

"Kyle?" I furrow my eyebrows while smiling. He laughs, walking to me with open arms as I hug him rocking us side to side. We both share laughter.

"Oh my gosh I haven't seen you in so long. I could cry, how have you been?" I question as we pull back. He laughs, taking a sip of his drink.

"Good, how about you. I ain't seen you since like kindergarten days.— "

"When we use to steal Mrs. Keebler's money out her purse." We say in unison laughing.

"Damn, but I've been good. You kno—" Piper cuts me off honking her horn, with the twins flashing their high beam lights. I sigh shaking my head. Damn I can't even talk to an old friend.

"Seems like you gotta go. Why don't we exchange numbers." Kyle suggests. I nod, we exchange phones storing the numbers.

"You still live here out in BMore?" He questions as we exchange phones back.

"Yep, married and shit. Where you been though?" I smile.

"Around, in the streets like always. You know that's all I know. And damn somebody snatched you up before I could?" He chuckles. I laugh and nod sipping my Icee as Piper honks again causing a migraine.

"He's cute but you got a man lets go!" She hollers out the window. I face palm myself, feeling my cheeks in heat while Kyle laughs. I can't lie though, Piper keeps my ass in check unlike other friends who want you to cheat on a good man. Plus Bricks is crazy as fuck, If I say hi to a nigga he ready to bust a cap in some ones ass. He is his father's child.

"Aight well Ima let you go. Ima hit you up later though." I nod as we hug saying our goodbyes and then depart. I see him head to the Grand Marquis as one of his boys hopped out the car.

"Damn, she bad as shit cuz." His loud ass echoes.

"Bleek get cho ugly ass back in the car." Kyle demands. I laugh shaking my head as I got in the car with Piper who just grills me. I roll my eyes, taking a sip of my Icee basically ignoring her.

"Who was that?" She questions.

"Old friend." I respond.

"Mmm. I wonder what Bricks would think about this friend." She sasses to herself. After that, the ride is silent between us. Piper can be annoying sometimes, but I know she's only like that to make sure I keep the good man I got.

Sometimes I have to watch her ass. She be looking out for Bricks way to strong. Got me thinking Ima have to keep an eye out for her. My mom always told me watch your friends not your enemies. That's why I don't have much now. Bitches are sneaky.
