Emily's POV

"So," Jack started as we got out of his car. The school day had ended and Jack had driven us back to our place. "Are you planning to come to the party?"

"I don't know." I shrugged. I wasn't much of a party girl.

"And why wouldn't you come?"

"Because.." We stepped in to the elevator. "I don't go to parties usually."

"Are you crazy?" Jack looked at me. "You have to come."

"We'll see."

The elevator's doors were just closing, but someone' foot stopped it.

A blonde haired boy stepped in and smiled to us. He looked like he would be the same age as us.

"This looks like a great place to live." He spoke.

I glanced at Jack before answering, "Yeah, are you new here?" I smiled.

"Yep," He said, popping the p, "I just moved here. I still have some things to carry."

"Really? That's really nice!"

He was cute.

The elevator stopped at the third floor and the boy left. Well, he lived just a floor below us then. We heard him saying "Oh, and my name is Lucas by the way!" before the doors closed again.

"He was really nice." I said and waited for our floor to come.

"I guess." Jack mumbled.

"Maybe we could help him move." I suggested.

"I guess."

Okay there was clearly something off. As soon as I opened the front door, Jack passed me and went quickly to his room, shutting his door.

The stubborn girl that I was, I followed him and opened the door, only finding him laying on his bed.

"What do you want?" He asked, not bothering to turn around so he could face me.

I just stood there quietly. I didn't know what I wanted. Maybe the normal Jack? And not this weird, annoying Jack.

"Emily?" Jack turned his head towards me.

"What's wrong?" I asked worriedly.

"Nothing?"

"Jack.." I knew something was bothering him.

"Yes, that's my name Emily."

Sigh.

"Why don't you call me Em?" I chuckled, realising he wasn't using my nickname, like he usually did.

"What?"

"You said Emily." I jumped on the bed.

"Because it's your name." Jack said, clearly annoyed.

"Can we watch a movie?" I was really bored and acting like a child.

"No, you are annoying me."

"Am I?" I smirked. I knew what to do next.

"Yes you a-" Jack couldn't finish what he was saying before I kissed him. He eagerly kissed me back, but I had other plans in my mind.

I separated our lips and said "Well that's too bad then."

Jack's face was hilarious.

"Are you serious?" Jack breathed.

"What?" I pretended to be stupid and got up from the bed.

"Come back here."

"No, I don't want to annoy you." I smiled. "I'm gonna watch a movie." I said and left the room.

That's how you do it girls.

I was watching Toy Story 2 when Jack came out from his room. I just looked at the screen, and pretended to not see him, as he sat down next to me.

"Toy Story huh?" Jack chuckled and rested his arm behing my head.

"Yeah, my favorite one."

We sat couple of minutes there. Both of us were so quiet I couldn't hear neither of us breathing.

Awkward..

"I'm hungry." I sighed and got up.

"Do you want anything to eat?" I asked, "I can make sandwiches."

Jack just stared at me.

Okay..? How could he turn down food..

"Fine, I won't make a sandwich for you." But before I even started walking, Jack grabbed my wrist and pulled me down to his lap.

Without a warning, he locked our lips and immediately our tongues found each other. Damn he was a good kisser. Jack let out a groan while our bodies got even closer. I let my fingers travel to his soft hair.

"You are.." Jack breathed after pulling away.

"Pretty amazing huh?" I continued smiling.

"Yeah." He smirked and began to kiss my neck.

"I thought you were annoyed by me?"

"Shh.." Jack lifted me up and carried me to his bedroom.

Oh God were we gonna do it? I wasn't sure if I was ready.

Jack must have seen the worried look on my face because he said, "Em, we don't have to do anything you aren't comfortable with."

As soon as we were both laying on his bed I kissed him eagerly, I couldn't get enough of him.

Ringg.. Ringggg.
But of course someone had to interrupt us.

"Oh for God's sake." Jack groaned and took a look at his phone, "It's not my phone ringing." He looked at me.

I took my phone out of my pocket and saw Alisha's name flashing on the screen.

"It's Alisha.." I sighed, and so did Jack.

"Answer, the mood is gone anyways." He huffed.

"Hi, what's up?"

"Em!" Alisha sounded excited. "Daniel told me about this party! It's tonight!"

"Yeah I know." I chuckled.

"Oh you do? Well I was just calling to ask if you are coming?"

"I don't know.. Is Pauline going with you?" I asked.

"Yeah of course."

"Okay, well I'm not sure yet but I'll let you know if I'm coming."

"Em you have to come.." Alisha said with her pleading voice.

"Bye Alisha." I chuckled and ended the call.

"What was so important she had to interrupt us?" Jack scoffed.

"She was just asking if I'm coming to that party tonight." I grinned, "Daniel had told her."

"Are they like a thing or something?" He chuckled.

"I guess. They hang out with each other pretty much all the time nowadays." I shrugged. It would be awesome if my best friend got a boyfriend.

"So are you coming?" Jack approached me with a cocky grin, "Is there anything I can do to make you come to the party with me?"

Oh. Well I mean..

"Just kiss me?" I smiled.

"Damn right I will." He smirked and kissed me passionately.

"Maybe I should come?" I said between the kisses.

"I knew this would work." Jack winked and I playfully hit his shoulder.

"Ouch, no need to get violent." He rubbed his shoulder.

"So what time are we leaving?"

He checked what time it was, "Um, around 7? Soo we have like four hours."

"Okay, can we watch the movie now?" I chirped.

"Fine." Jack patted my head and messed up my hair.

We had watched the movie about twenty minutes, and again, we got interrupted. This time someone rang our doorbell.

"I'll go." I got up and opened the front door.

Our new neighbour Lucas was standing there.

"Hi?" What was he doing here. And how the hell did he even know what door was ours.

"Oh, hey." He smiled shyly, "So, the idiot I am, I left my keys to my other jacket's pocket. And now I can't get in so I have to wait for the janitor to come and open the door for me." He looked a bit embarrassed.

"Okay?" I chuckled.

"So I've asked almost every person in my floor if I can wait in their place." He streched his neck.
"So here I am, asking again if I could hang out with you until the janitor comes?"

I was about to answer but Jack interrupted me, coming to see who had rang the bell.

"Who's there?" He asked before he actually saw Lucas. "Oh, you."

Lucas was as confused as Jack. "You both live here? I thought you both had your own places."

"Yes, we both live here." Jack rolled his eyes.

"Oh, I think I got it now, you two are dating?" Lukas tried.

I laughed, "No we are not dating, and we are not siblings, we just live here both."

"Alright." Lucas laughed with me.

"Dude what are you doing here?" Jack asked.

"Lucas is going to hang out with us until the janitor arrives and opens his door." I explained quickly.

"If it's okay to both of you." Lucas added, looking at Jack.

I turned to face Jack and gave him a "just say ok" look.

"Yeah sure, come in." Jack shrugged.

Lucas nodded and walked in.

"Wow your place is so nice!" He looked around. "And so bright!"

He was really kind.

"We were just watching Toy Story, is it okay to you?" I sat down on the sofa.

"Yeah of course. I love it, especially Toy Story 2." Lucas smiled and sat down aswell.

"What a coincidence, we are just watching it." Jack chuckled.

"Thank you so much for letting me come in." Lucas said after reading a text message from the janitor, saying that he was two minutes away from here. We had been getting to him for the last hour and he seemed nice.

"No problem man, you're cooler than I thought." Jack admitted.

Lucas chuckled and said, "I would invite you both to see my place but I'm going to a party tonight, so maybe tomorrow?"

Jack glanced at me, "We're going to a party tonight aswell."

"Really? It's my friend Ava's party." Lucas told us and I raised my brows.

"No way, you know Ava?" Jack stared at him.

"Of course I know." Lucas grinned, "Wait you know her too?"

"Yea yea, we go to the same school!"

"You go to the same school as her? What the heck man, that means I'll go to the same school as you two." Lucas said excitedly.

I was confused..

And so was Jack.

He must have noticed our confused faces because he started explaining, "Ava is just a family friend. My family lives in Colorado, but since I moved here, I'm gonna start going to your school, which Ava's parents suggested. I've already talked to the principal and he said I could start there soon."

Oh.

"That's so weird." I spoke.

"I know right." Lucas was as blown away as I was.

"But dude you know Ava! She's so hot." Jack nudged him.

"Oh believe me I know. But she's like a sister to me." The boy chuckled,"But now I have to hurry, I'll see you at the party then?" Lucas said and waved good bye, before shutting the front door.

"He's nice." Jack said and went to the kitchen.

I followed him, "So Ava huh?"

"What about her?" Jack took a glass of water.

"She's so hot!" I said imitating his voice.

"You're hotter don't worry." Jack said and kissed the top of my head, "But now we need to start getting ready."

"Do I look okay?" I asked as I walked to the living room.

I had straightened my brown hair, and I was wearing a black tight dress, which wasn't too short, but not too long either. And my ass looked good in it, which was always a plus.

Jack's mouth was hanging wide open as soon as he caught a sight of me, "Do you look okay?" Jack breathed. "You look so sexy, come here."

I blushed. It wasn't everyday when a guy complimented me like this.

"Damn, you are so beautiful." Jack pecked me. "So hot."

"You too."

"We should get going. Nick and Ethan are gonna come with us."

"Nick?" I questioned.

"Yeah, we're okay now."

"Oh, I'm glad to hear that." I smiled.

- - -

"Wow she lives in a huge house!" I said as we rang the doorbell. The music was so loud we could here it outside.

"It's more like a mansion." Ethan chuckled.

A girl came to open the door to us. She was really pretty and had a long blonde hair, and
her dress flattered her curvy body.

"Ava, hey!" Jack hugged the girl.

Oh, so this was Ava.

After hugging Nick and Ethan aswell, she turned to me and hugged me.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you, I'm Ava." She smiled.

"I'm Emily, it's nice to meet you too." I smiled back.

Ava seemed like a very kind girl.

"Come on in guys, you probably know where the drinks are, so go get yourself one." She chuckled but her face changed in to a worried one, as soon as we heard a shattering voice.
"Oh my God, that's my mother's favorite vase!" And like that, she was gone.

"Come on, let's get us drinks." Ethan led the way.

"You want one?" Jack asked while taking a sip from his drink.

"Yes please." I answered and Jack gave me a red cup.

"You're going to drink tonight?"

"I guess I might as well." I shrugged.

"Hi there!" A familiar voice shouted behind us.

We turned around and saw Lucas walking to us.

"Wow Emily you look pretty." Lucas said, his eyes travelling shamelessly all over my body. His breath smelled a bit like vodka already.

"Aw thank you." I blushed.

Jack was chatting to his friends, which reminded me of Pauline and Alisha. I had totally forgot to call Alisha.

"I have to call my friend, excuse me." I took my phone out and dialed her number.

"Em?" Alisha's voice boomed in to my ear, "Where are you?"

"I'm here, at the party, where are you?" I shouted over the music. I hoped she could hear me.

"You're here?! Oh now I see you." And the line went dead.

"Emily, I told you to call me if you are coming!" Alisha said as she approached me.

"I know, I'm sorry." I sighed.

"What ever, the main point is that we're all here, so let's party!" Pauline shouted, almost dropping her cup.

"It's her third cup." Alisha explained.

"We're going to play beer pong, come here if you wanna join!" Some random guy shouted from the living room.

"Should we go?" I asked the girls.

"Hell yea!"

"Okay so if you are going to play, you need to have a pair." The guy instructed.

"Daniel, be my pair!" Alisha went to get Daniel.

"Hey, you will get the honor to be my pair." Pauline said to a guy who replied with a smirk, "Gladly."

Shoot, who was gonna be my pair? I didn't see Jack anywhere. Where did he go?

"Do you already have a pair?" Lucas was suddenly beside me.

"No I don't." I was still looking for Jack.

"I can be your pair?" He suggested.

"Really?" I raised my brows, "Let's go then!"

After two rounds of beer bong we both were quite drunk. We had won two rounds and lost one. I didn't have a clue where Jack was, and I was getting worried.

"Shoul we play anotherrr round?" Lucas slurred in to my ear.

"I think we've had enough drinks." I chuckled and helped him to sit down.

Alisha and Daniel were all over each other and Pauline was talking to her beer pong partner.

Still no sign of Jack.

"You're so kind Emily." He stared at me with his light blue eyes. "Come sit with me." He tried to put his hands around my waist.

"I think I need to find my friend." I said quickly and took my phone out. No calls, not even a single text from Jack.

I spotted Ethan and hurried to him.

"Hi Em." He hugged me.

"Oh so this is Em?" I heard behind me.

I turned around and saw a brown haired guy who looked like a huge fuck boy. A smirk was plastered on his face while he let his eyes travel up and down my body.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked quite rudely.

Wow, the alcohol really got me talking.

"Feisty, I like that." He winked and put his hand behind my back. "You know, there's bedrooms upstairs, and it.."

I elbowed him before he could say another word. Ethan laughed, "Em, don't worry about Weston, he's always like that."

"Have you seen Jack?" I changed the topic.

Ethan turned weird, "No, um, no I haven't." His eyes didn't meet mine. "Why?"

"I was just wondering where is he." I shrugged.

"Oh right, you're the girl living with Jack!" Some other guy realised.

"Yes I am, how the hell do you all know me?!" I was super confused.

Weston chuckled, "He told us that some hot chick had moved in with him."

"It's temporary." I rolled my eyes.

"Let's dance." Weston suggested out of nowhere.

I looked him like crazy, "I'm not going to dance with you."

"Please, I swear I will behave."

"You should go Em, he's a funny guy." Ethan said, and took a sip of his drink.

"Fine." I rolled my eyes. It wasn't like I had anything better to do, since nobody knew where Jack was. He was the one who wanted me to come, so why would he just ditch me..

The floor was really packed, so Weston and I had to dance really close to each other.

"So, tell me something about you?" Weston asked while swaying us to the sound of the music.

"What do you want to know?"

He chuckled, "Well, you could tell me for example your favorite color?"

"Um, okay, my favorite color is blue."

Weston was holding his laugh, "That was a joke you know."
"I don't care what's your favorite whatever. Tell something more interesting. Like have you ever been arrested? When did you have your first kiss? Who do you admire?"

Wow.

We talked while dancing and I learnt so many things about him. Things I didn't even know about Jack. He told me he has two sisters and he loves them more than anything. He hates pizza and he has had two girlfriends. He has always wanted to go to Japan and he also loves to read.

"I don't know why everyone thinks I'm a player, that's not true at all." He shrugged and drank his drink.

"If I'm honest right now I thought you were a player as well." I grinned and took a sider from the table.

"Really?" He acted hurt.

"Yeah. But now that I've get to know you better... No, I still think you're player." I laughed and quickly kissed him on the cheek.

He turned to face me "What was that for?".

I shrugged, "I don't know. I just think you're a nice guy."

"You know, when I first saw you, I thought you were a suck up bitch." Weston said, "Well, I still think so."

I started to playfully hit him, until he took back what he had said, "Fine, I was joking! Stop it Emily!" He laughed and took a hold of my wrists so I would stop hitting him.

"Oh my God I love this song. After this we can go." I promised him when I heard "I don't wanna live forever" playing.

"Are you serious? Do you still wanna dance?"

I glanced at him and he stopped complaining.

He wrapped his hands around my waist and I rested my head on his shoulder. Weston smelled really good.

"I didn't think I would have this much fun." Weston whispered in my ear. "I usually don't have deep conversations in places like this."

"I was just thinking the same." I said smiling, even though he couldn't see that.

I was really enjoying the moment we were having.

"Finally! I thought you'd never get tired of dancing." Weston remarked.

"You probably know this house, so show me around?"

"Why does it feel like you just want to go to the bedroom with me." He wiggled his brows. "Not that I would complain."

"You said you would behave!" I nudged him playfully.

"Fine," He groaned, "Let's go upstairs, there's nothing to see here."

"I think Ava's brother's bedroom is in here." He opened the door but quickly closed it after seeing what was going on in there.

"Oops." He mumbled.

"There's two bathrooms." He pointed to two doors, "but there's probably just people puking."

"And here's Ava's room." He opened the door carefully.

And what did we see.

A group of guys, and few girls, sitting on the floor, smoking, drinking and talking.
I saw Lucas and waved at him. He seemed to be much sober than the last time I saw him.

I was ready to continue our house tour, until I laid my eyes on someone familiar.

Jack.

Jack was sitting there with a joint between his fingers. He gladly passed it to a boy next to him. And that wasn't the worst thing. The worst thing was that a girl that I recognized was sitting between his legs. Dana.

Actually, that wasn't the worst thing either. It was that I had
