It's been a week since my tour ended and me and Angus were finally on our way to Hawaii. The car pulled up to the airport and we thanked the driver before hopping out and grabbing our luggage from the trunk then taking off into the airport.

We printed out our tickets and took care of most of our luggage before standing in the TSA line for a while, after waiting we made our way to the gate, we sat in the corner isolated from everybody else and got comfy while we waited. I looked over at Angus who was already asleep.

But I didn't care.

"Angus." I punched him in the arm, "What?" He mumbles, barely awake.

"I'm bored."

"Leave me alone." He mutters and then started to snore once again.

I rolled my eyes then sat there scrolling through every social media app I had. I even started reading a book.

"The current time is 10:29 a.m. and we're now boarding first class to Kauai."

That surprisingly went by super quick, I shook Angus and stood up waiting for him to wake up. Once he finally did, we grabbed our carry ons and stood in line, we handed the gate agent our ticket and walked onto the plane, looking for our seats. The seats were set up so that you could see the person in front of you, gladly that person was Angus. Angus put our bags in the over carry and then sat down, getting settled in.

"This is your captain speaking, we should reach Kauai at 1:29 p.m."

"Six fucking hours." Angus grumbled, "I'm going the fuck to sleep." I chuckled.

Other than sleeping the majority of the time, me and Angus watched like two movies, played card games and just talked to each other. We finally landed and were preparing to get off the plane, and I can already say that the jet lag is real. Angus grabbed our stuff and walked over to baggage claim, after standing there for about ten minutes we got our bags and walked towards the entrance of the airport.

"I rented the car but the place ain't open right now."

"Fuck." I groaned, "Well, I'm sure they have some type of transportation."

As we were walking towards the transportation kiosk, we heard people screaming from outside, I looked over and saw a few fans waiting for us. I couldn't catch a break! How'd they even know we were here? I waved and shot them a fake smile, which made the crowd roar louder, I chuckled and walked to the kiosk.

"Any buses or cabs to the Villas at Poipu Kai?" I ask the man at the kiosk, "Yes. We'll call you a car and you can just wait over there." He smiles, pointing to some seats.

We thanked him and then went over there to sit down, I'm tired as fuck and the time zones did really mess me up. I put my legs on Angus's lap and he put his arms on my leg pulling me closer to him.

"I need a smoke." Angus sighs.

"No, you'll be fine for the next few days."

I never agreed with Angus smoking all that tobacco, that was something he started when we were teenagers. I introduced him to weed thinking it would help with the cigarettes and but now he just does both, which kind of upsets me because now I feel like I'm part of reason why he's a pothead but every time I mention it, he just says 'it was gonna happen eventually' or 'I was gonna start doing it anyways'.

"I'll try for you." He trails off, "Thanks." I smiled.

"Excuse me miss, your ride is here. I'll escort you out." The man who was the kiosk said.

Me and Angus walked out to the car and the crowd started to get loud again, I looked over to see that they had them blocked off. While Angus got in the car, I walked over to them and said hey, it was the least I could do. They've probably been standing out here for hours! I took some pictures and hugged a few before running back to the car, and the driver drove off.

"You too nice." Angus shakes his head.

"I try." I slightly laugh, "Plus, I just want everyone to be happy."

"Gotta make sure you're happy first, you come before anybody." He tells me, "Well that just sounds selfish." I roll my eyes.

"Self-care isn't selfish. Remember that."

The drive went by quick, and right now we're pulling up to the resort. It was so beautiful, even in the dark. The lights on the palm trees lit up the whole place and you could hear the waves crashing against each other from afar, the driver dropped us off at the resort office so we could check in and once we did somebody on a golf court dropped us off at our villa that we'd be staying at.

"Damn how much you pay for this?" Angus gasps at the villa, "None of your business." I laugh as we walked in.

Angus turned on the light and it revealed a beautifully decorated room, there were flowers everywhere, a perfect view of the ocean, a pool out back and a dock that lead to the ocean. As we continued to walk in, we saw the kitchen and living room area, we walked around some more and found the bedroom, which there was only one...with one bed. Of course.

"Well it's not like we haven't slept in the same bed before." I shrugged.

"Right." He chuckles, "Well, I'm going to sleep."

"Gross. I'm getting in the shower." I say walking over to the bathroom and the scenery shocked me, there was a frosted glass shower and a big ass tub in the middle of the bathroom with a window behind it. The sinks had marble counters and gold mirrors, I loved it here.

I quickly took a shower and did what i had to do, I was probably in the bathroom for a good hour. When I walked out, I saw Angus knocked on the bed, I straightened up the room a bit and then turned off the light. I crawled up into the bed and pulled the covers over us, before I could fall asleep my phone dinged signaling, I got a message.
