We been at zeus place for a minute, mostly speaking about what we gone do with Aism.

"How many times have this Pinky bitch been around?" He asked

"When Sunni had left she came around a few times" Jay said

"Who is Pinky"juicy asked

"She is Kai aunt. On her mothers side"

"Oh, why cant she visit?" I asked

"She helped set her mother up to be killed" he got up

"No fucking way?" I stated

"Yup, apparently she though thatbshe was sleeping with Aism at the time. Pinky and Aism dated for five years and some reason she believed she was pregnant by him, and it just went from there" he added

"Thats some fucked up shit" Max added

"Im telling you it be your own family that does shit to you" Juciy said

"Im sorry about that man, thats crazy" i told him

"Everyone can i speak to Sunni alone" Zeus said

Everyone just nodded, and started leaving out. I just hope this aint more sex talk about Kai again, that shit was weird. I laughed at my own thoughts

"Wassup?" I closed the door and went and took a seat

"Aism, killed your pops" he blurted out

"He..he told me it was cancer..he was supposed to be sick?"

"He lied...he had gotten shot twice and was in the hospital. The last time he talk to you, they came to the hospital and shot him again, and he knew he was going to die, thats why he said he was sick"

"Why the fuck you bring me all the fucking way down here in this bullshit. He was all i fucking had. My moma aint shit, that bitch could care the fuck less. I aint shit, at all. He was the only nigga in my life that always had my fucking back, no matter what i did" i walked up to him

"Sunday i understand where you pain is coming from, i brought you here to work for me, but also. Your father was my brother, he was like a fucking brother to me. He told me everything about you, how proud he was of you and everything. Im showing you hes not the only to have your back Sunni. I got your back. Whatever your father cant do now is why im here" he said

"Your father wanted you to be here, i told him no matter what you wouldnt be in prison for life, he didnt owe me shit. Im doing this because i need to he was my family" he yelled at me

"Look Sunday i apologize for yelling. I had to tell you what happened to him. You got people around you who can trust you. Now you need to know that them same people you can trust." He told me

He just sat in hia spot talking before he went home and i just needed to go out and get some air.

Diner 7:27 pm

I had got a call from one of my niggas saying Jasmine had broken into my house and trashed the entire fucking place. Im so sick of this bitch.

Ring ring

"Hello?"

"Where are you?" Kai asked

"Just gettimg some air"

"Are you okay?" She aksed as Crystal walked up

"Yeah im good" i said

"Hey Sunni" Crystal said giving me a hug as i stood up

"Who is that?" Kai asked

"Im just getting some food" i stated

"Oh, okay bye" she hung up

"Was i interrupting?" She sat down

"No" i said and put my phone up

"Can i get you guys something to drink?" The lady asked

"Ill have a water" i said

"Ill take a peach tea" crystal smiled

"Ill be right back"

"So, how are you. How are things on the outside?" She asked

"Things are okay. Just working, and umm yeah, what about you?"

"Just trying to get settled all in my new place and what not. I actually like houston"

"Its not bad, ya know. Why houston though?"

"Because the teaching job, is the highest i would have gotten, plus its hot" i said

"Yeah, well thats true" i laughed

We talked, and got out food. Jasmine said she told Crystal about Kai, but she hasn't made it clear if she did or didnt. Crystal honestly was never big on drama and shit. So im just wondering was Jasmine lying or not.

"I remember that too. Because i told you not to jump over the fence because that dog was there" she laughed

"And like a dummy my ass still went over the fence and took off from that dog" i laughed

"I was so scared you was about to die"

"I was too fast though" i smiled

"Yeah, i noticed that. I was like the love of my life about yo die" sbe smiled eating her food

"So, umm what you doing for Thanksgiving?" I aksed

"Im flying back to Miami in the morning then im gonna come back Friday night, and get ready for my new job" she said as the lady sat the bill down

"Oh no i got it" i said grabbing it out her hand

"Sami old Sunni tough onnthe outside but really a teddy bear on the inside"

"Yeah" i said, realizing i been out with her for like three hours, i sat the money on the table as we got up

"Ill walk you ro your car" i stated

"Why thank you" she grabbed my hand, kissed me as we got outside the diner

"Mhmm, hey Sunni" Brooke said

"Woah, Crystal" i moved her

"What?" She asked

"That. Why.."

"Whats wrong with that?"

"Too much...its not like that" i  told her

"Tell Kai i said hey" brooke added

"You shut up..." she went inside smiling

"Well excuse me, i thought you were giving me a vibe. My feelings are still there. Its not a big of...."

"I have a...i have a...im in a relationship " i told her

"Funny sunni"

"Im serious" i told her

"Oh..i see" she nodded her head

"See what?"

"After about basically four years plus holding you down, i was never good enough, but you beennout for what four months and got a girlfriend. Thats cute sunni"

"It just happened,  i didnt want a relationship, it just happened"

"So your in a relationship you dont want? Ok" she laughed

"Have a good Thanksgiving" she smiled and got in her car

She didnt have a reason to kiss me period. And i do want to be with Kai, i didnt want one but it happened and im fine with that.

House 11:12 pm

I walked in tired as hell. Ginger was sitting on the couch mugging me. For whatever reason. Just glad her stupid ass is speaking to me.

Jasmine - i hope Crystal fuck you up

Me - bitch im going to send max back to beat the fuck outta you. With your miserable ass

"I remember that" zeus said to Kai as they sat at the island eating Ice cream

"Hey sunni" he said

"Wassup zeus" i put my phone in my pocket

"Nothing just talking to Kai about nothing"

"Yeah" she just looked away from me

"Well, i have alot of cooking to do...sunni your friends can come by tomorrow,  yeah. Good night kids, dont do nothing i use to do with Kai moms" he smiled , leaving the kitchen

"Hes been drinking havent he?" I joked

"Yup" she said putting the dishes in the dishwasher

"Did you already take a bath?" I asked wanting to take one with her

"Considering im in a sports bra and my boxers yeah, have a good night" i grabbed her hand preventing her from walking past me

"Kai? Im sorry"

"For what?" She asked

"I shouldn't have been out to eat someone else. Or i should have told tou. It was just after i found out about my pops, i jjst wanted to clear my head thats all. And she really is just a friend" i added

"Thats cool, i really just believe we shouldn't be in a relationship. It like stupid shit already. So we done, dont worry about it" she said and snatched away from it

"Wait what? I do want to be...."

"I dont think you do, so we tried it just didnt work out" she said

"Kai" i said as she walked away

This is so fucking dumb bro, i should have never fucking came back her in the first fucking place. I should have stayed in little Haiti. I wouldn't be worrying about none of this bullshit. He should have fucking left me in prison, thats better.

I would honestly be doing life in prison then opening up to any bitch about my fucking past life, or trying to be in a so called relationship. 

Kai Pov

Home Thursday 2 am

Its Thanksgiving, blah. I laid in bed listening to my dad talking to Sunni in the hallway. I didn't  hear much, but then i walked out in the hall and looked out the window and Sunni was leaving.

I walked back into my room and laid back down. I didnt want to brake up with her, but i dont want to be plaged either or have my feelings hurt in the process.

Or force her into something she clearly dont want. I called her a few times anyways, and she just kept declining my calls.

Knock knock

"Come in" i said getting underneath the covers, i was now naked

"You was calling me?" Sunni walked in

"It was an accident. Lock the door on the way out" i lied

"Accidental calling me five times?" She asked closing the door

"Yes, now get the fuck out and lock my door" i snapped

She locked the door, but she didnt leave "no" she walked over to the bed

"I just showered, and im tired and i wanna fucking go to sleep" she said

"Well, you have a fucking room to yourself, go in there and leave me alone"

"I do, but i like laying next to my girl...you" she got in bed after taking her clothes off

"I dont want you in my room, let alone naked so get the fuc....fucking stop" i barked as she got under my covers

"Or what?" She asked

"Or what?" I slapped her

"Thats what" i got out of bed

"You know what Kai" she grabbed me by the hair as i walked into my bathroom

"Fucking let my hair go nigga" i swung on her, she lucky i missed

"I fucking tried, i dont know how to do this shit nigga, why you always so dramatic for. Huh" she yanked my head

"Im dramatic. Fuck you nigga because your oh so better than me"

"Im not better than anyone, thats the fucking problem. Im trying and doing shit that i never done. I told you i fucking loved you. I have never told no bitch that i loved them. I actually fucking care about you"

"I sleep naked only fucking because you like to, i hate that shit, i wear my hair out more because you like playing in it. I cook you fucking chicken even though i could fucking die from fixing the shit. And your always fucking hitting me, any other bitch i would have broken your fucking neck by now" she pushed me into the batheoom door baming it shut

"Get off of me" i said

"No, because im tired of you, always thinking of you. Your a fucking bitch Kailin and you barely eighteen. I let you touch me with out ....ugh...i swear to god if i fucking didnt love you kai i would.....fuck" she  screamed punching a hole in the wall

The punch was so hard that the wall vibrated aganist my head. She pulled her bleeding cut up hand from the wall, staring at me. She drew her hand back, and i just knew she was going to fucking hit me.

But she punched the wall making anothing hole.

"Sunni stop. Your going brake your hand"

"Fuck you kai. Its you who dont give a fuck about me but your fucking self" she said walking in a circle with her bloody hand

"Sunni you know thats is not fucking true. I wanted this..."

"Shut up talking to me" she said

She sat down on the floor, just shaking her head. I walked over to her and placed my robe, knowing she freezing on the floor.

"Kai, stop"

"I dont want to fight with you Sunday" i got a hot face towel

"I dont need you he...."

"Im sorry. Okay i don want to make this work" she said

"Im sorry" i told her as i placed the towel on her bleeding hand

I cleaned her hand up, and found some bandages for her. We kept the robe on, and got in the bed.

We didnt speak, i just laid down and stared at her and we went to sleep.

9:49 am

I could smell my dad cooking already. Its too early i thought but he likes to cook early and then relax, and chill out the rest of the day.

I was also woken up by Sunni phone going off, over and over. I looked over and she is still sleeping.

"Hello?" I picked up her phone rubbing my eyes

"Sunni?"

"No, who is this?" I asked sitting all the way up

"Who is this? Its sunni phone" she had an attitude

"Excuse me....im sunni gi...it dont matter, ill take a message?" I stated

"Show her that her ex called Cy okay" and she hung up

"I dont have time for this shit" i put her phone back

I got up and sunni grabbed me.

"Who was it?"

"Your ex Cy" i said

"I dont have an ex"

"I wonder why she would say that"

"I never been in a relationship to have an ex" she sat up

"Okay, i was just saying. I have to pee can you let me go?" I asked

"Yeah, sorry" she said sitting up

Everyone has an ex, a past whatever you wanna call it. But the chick aint have to be rude.

"Hey beautiful, happy Thanksgiving " my dad said as i walked in the kitchen

"Hey dad"

"Whats wrong?"

"Nothing, im tired and you got the music blasting throughout the house " i joked taking a carrot

"Got to get in the grove"

"Please dont dance" i covered my eyes

"Hater. And im glad your up watch the cerry pie in the oven inhave to tale care of something" he said

"On Thanksgiving?"

"Ill be gone about two hours okay, plus sunni is here" he said

"Is ginger here?" I asked

"Yeah, she leaves Saturday"

"Are you okay with me and sunni?"

"As long as she treats you right, i dont have a problem. Now watch the pie okay" he said picking up his things

"I will"

"Kai?"

"Yes?"

"Do not eat the pie" he warned me okay

Last year i ate the entire pie before noon. I just sat in the kitchen the whole time. Watching the pie and playing amd texting my niggas on the phone.

I felt a pair of hands wrap around me, and lips on my neck.

"Good morning " sunni said

"Hey" i said

"Why so affectionate all of a sudden?" I asked

"Because, thats how a relationship should be right?"

"You asking me the girl qho is barely eighteen?"

"Yes, i am. You been in a relationship before. Im just new, and learning so" she kissed my neck again

"Mhmmm, i guess"

"I mean unless you still dumped  me?" She turned me around on the island chair

"No" i smiled

"Well, then" she kissed me

"You just want some ass" i joked

"You just want me to eat your ass" she replied

" i didnt say that" i laughed

" you dont have to"

"Ive leanred your body Kai. I told you i was too experienced when it comes to sex" she smiled

"I am experienced too" i sated

"Maybe one day ill let you try something but nah" she smiled

"You know its kinda not fare" i poked her side

"Well, youll be fine. And i found that dildo" she whispered as jay walked in

"Ooh look at yall" he said

"Well, shut up Jay.." i said

"I just came to get some pie, and food because my family dead" he said

"Damn i aint know that" i said

"Its cool, they been dead" he said looking in the oven

"Every holiday im here for the food, that shit be good" he smiled sitting down

"What happened to your hand?" He asked

"I punched a wall, because Kai broke up with me" she said

"KAI  your like totally such a bitch" jay said in his white girl voice

"She totes is a bitch" Sunni copied him

"Fuck both of you niggad, i laughed as the door bell went off

"You can fuck Sunni" jay laughed

"Get the door Jay and fuck off" i gave him the finger

"He is funny" i got up

"Come here" she pulled me to her

"I want this to work out Kai?" She said

"It will, just let it flow okay" she said

"Okay, yall stop being nasty, and sunni your aunt is here" jay said

"Aunt?" I said

We turned and her mother was standimg there. Im sure if Jay knew it was her mother he wouldn't have let her in.

Sunni stood there as pissed as could be. This smile ran across her moms face which you could tell she was up to no good.
