Where am I? Naruto found himself walking through a black mist. The mist seemed to be flowing towards a point away from Naruto. Guess I should follow it. Naruto continued to follow the flow of the mist as it led him towards what looked like a large window. Woah, I've never seen this before. What is it? No sooner had he thought this, that images started to fill up the window.

Naruto looked on as he saw himself helping villages find provisions, helping people rebuild houses and plant crops, he was asking villagers about the war and keeping an eye on enemy territory. Oh I get it. These are the memories of the clones that I sent out. I never actually went through them because of the mission at Kannabi Bridge. Which means I'm unconscious right now. Great...

Naruto continued to watch the memories unfold. None of them were super important until one specific one caught his eye. That's Nagato. It was the memory of when his shadow clone met up with Nagato, Yahiko and Konan, and they all took down Hanzo together.

He had just entered the land where the Village Hidden in the Rain was located. He knew he had to hurry in order to find Hanzo before anything bad happened. Alright, I know Hanzo is super paranoid, so this is going to be difficult. Naruto was so distracted thinking up his next move that he didn't notice the people surrounding him.

"Who are you?" An orange haired man with gold eyes walked to the front of the group, he was followed by another man with red hair who had purple eyes with a ripple pattern and a woman with purple hair who also had golden eyes. They were all wearing the same black cloak with red lining.

No way! This is Yahiko, Nagato and Konan! Naruto was staring at the three in front of him.

"Hey, answer us, or you'll be sorry." The orange-haired man that Naruto assumed was Yahiko spoke up when didn't answer them.

"Oh, I'm, uh..." Naruto wasn't exactly sure what to say.

"Speak up now, or we'll be forced to use strength." The purple-haired girl, Konan as Naruto knew her, was the next one to speak up.

"I'm Naruto." He decided it was best to be as upfront with them as possible. He especially didn't want to get on Nagato's bad side. "I'm from the Leaf Village, and I'm here to track down Hanzo."

Yahiko looked at Nagato and Konan before turning back to Naruto. "Why are you here for Hanzo?"

Naruto took a deep breath before continuing. "I know Hanzo is the leader of your village, but I also know that he is corrupt and is hurting the village rather than helping it."

The three shinobi continued to look at Naruto while he was explaining. They didn't trust him, or his information.

"Look, I came here to deal with Hanzo before he can hurt anyone." Naruto stared resolutely at the three of them. "I know you don't trust me right now. But I promise, I just want to help your village finally find peace. That's all I care about."

They weren't totally satisfied, but if this boy was willing to help them bring peace, then they weren't going to send him away. They knew that they needed all the help they could get, especially against Hanzo of the Salamander.

"Alright. But you stay with us alright. We don't need you going off on your own and doing anything fishy." Yahiko spoke once more to Naruto.

"No problem!" Naruto gave the group a huge smile and thumbs up. At least now I'll be able to keep them safe while also getting info on where Hanzo is. This kills two birds with one stone.

Naruto followed the group as they made their way back to their hideout, taking in the sights around him. I know that I never knew them for that long, and I didn't know Yahiko at all, but I want to make their lives better. They should never have had to deal with the pain that they did. While thinking this, Naruto ran up and put his arms around Yahiko and Nagato. "We are going to be great friends ya know!" He had a huge smile on his face.

Yahiko and Nagato both looked surprised at the boy who they had barely known, hugging them with a smile, while Konan just let out a small giggle as she watched.

"We don't even know each other." Nagato spoke up for the first time since they had found Naruto. "What makes you think we'll be friends."

"Well because we're sibling students ya know! And we both want to find peace no matter what!"

Nagato stared at Naruto in awe. "You were trained by Jiraiya-sensei?"

"Well yeah!" Naruto kept the smile on his face as he spoke. He was happy to be speaking with the Nagato who hadn't already lost Yahiko. "And I believe in his teachings that true peace is possible."

"But how?" Nagato questioned Naruto on how he believed true peace to be possible. "I've been searching for that answer, but all I find is war."

"Well, I'm still working on that, ya know, but I believe part of the path to peace is that we must all come to understand each other. I have faith that day will come, and I will work everyday to get there."

Nagato was speechless at Naruto's declaration. He had never met someone who was as set on finding peace as he was. "You are truly a remarkable child."

"Hey! I'm not a child!"

Everyone started laughing at Naruto, breaking the awkwardness between the Rain ninja and Naruto.

It didn't take them much longer before they arrived at a cave entrance. "We will tell you all that we know about Hanzo. It'll be safe in here from any spies." Yahiko turned to look at Naruto as they walked into a large cavern.

"Thank you. I appreciate the help."

Over the next week Naruto with the help of Nagato, Yahiko and Konan shared and gathered all the information they could on Hanzo. They were getting close to finding his position. They found out that he moved around a lot and never stayed in one place for very long.

"Alright! I think I found something ya know!" Naruto exclaimed out loud as he turned towards the others.

"What is it?"

"What did you find?"

"Tell us what you found!"

Yahiko, Konan and Nagato all spoke at the same time as they rushed over to Naruto. Naruto began to explain to them the pattern he found in Hanzo's movement and together the four of them planned out where they would meet Hanzo and how they would take him down.

It was only two days later that they were waiting in a desolate area for Hanzo to show up. "I sense chakra signatures approaching." Naruto quietly spoke up. He was about to say more when he sensed an all too familiar chakra in the group. "No way..."

"Naruto, what is it?" Yahiko spoke up, worried by the tone in Naruto's voice.

"One of the chakras with Hanzo is Danzo from the Leaf..." Naruto's face turned into one of rage as he thought of Danzo. "Why that slimy bastard."

"We can't distract ourselves. We are here to deal with Hanzo." Yahiko once again spoke up to get Naruto back on track.

"Right." Naruto nodded, still fuming about Danzo but knowing he would have to deal with him later.

Once Hanzo was in sight it didn't take long for Naruto to race in using Kurama's chakra and bring him to Nagato, Yahiko and Konan like they had planned.

"What is going on?!" Hanzo was furious as he looked at the group in front of him. "You're those Akatsuki brats that keep taking down my men!"

"You are a plague to this land Hanzo." Yahiko walked to the front of the group as he spoke. "You only bring death to this land. We only search for peace." Nagato and Konan walked up and stood next to Yahiko as he spoke. "We will be the bridge that brings peace to this land."

Naruto watched as he let the other three handle Hanzo the way they wanted to. When they were finished, he walked to the entrance of the cave with them in silence. When they left the cave they were greeted with the warming sight of the eternal rain stopping and a blue sky above them filled with a rainbow.

"It's beautiful..." Konan looked up at the sky with a large smile. "I've never seen anything like it."

"Peace is possible, I know it is. This proves that." Naruto turned to face the other three. "You guys are going to do great things to this land ya know. I know you will make this village peaceful once again."

"Why does it sound like you're leaving?" Konan looked at Naruto sadly.

"I have more things I have to do. Now that Hanzo is taken care of I can move on to something else." Naruto glanced between the three of them. "But if you ever need help, I'll come if you call. I'll always be your friend, ya know!"

"We wish you luck on your journey Naruto. Thank you for assisting us." Yahiko shook Naruto's hand as he said his farewells.

"Goodbye Naruto. I believe you of all people can find the answer to peace." Nagato turned towards Naruto, a calm smile on his face.

"Thank you, all of you."

* * * * * *

Oh man, they were an interesting group to spend time with. Naruto thought this as he watched the memory fade. Sometimes they would laugh and play games just like any normal person, but other times they were so strict. I'm glad they are safe. I've gotta keep an eye on Danzo though. Who knows what kind of scheme he is cooking up right now.

Naruto continued to watch memories flow through the window. There were memories of clones hiding out and gathering information on the hidden villages, more of his clones helping out villages that had been hurt by the war and there were even some of his clones that had to help in some battles to rid villages in the Land of Fire of enemies.

Maybe now that the war is over, better relationships can start being formed between the five great nations, and in turn, the hidden villages. Then all this fighting can finally stop.

Naruto stopped again at another memory that caught his eye. Oh yeah... this one. Wasn't as interesting as I figured it would be, but at least some good things came from it.

Naruto watched as the memory unfolded...
