This chapter is dedicated to sprinkles-of-sugar for (in her own words) her awesomeness. Just awesomeness. Pure, complete aweso- okay.... you get the point. ;) Love you.

It took three bottles of butterbeer for James before he finally calmed down. All the while, Remus kept reading, Sirius and Ginny having silly conversations about various silly topics (whether Professor Flitwick shrunk himself by mistake or whether Filch and Madam Pince ever had sex) and Peter kept dozzing off at occasions only to wake up and make loose comments here and there, before dozzing off again. Sirius once or twice tried to flirt with Madam Rosmerta at Three Broomsticks. Then, after some failed attempt of waking Peter up, they left him to his beauty sleep and set out for Hog's Head. They had to get Ginny the firewhiskey according to the bet.

"Four bottles of Firewhiskey." Sirius ordered as they sat down down. The bartender (who Ginny recognized as Aberforth) gave them suspicious looks, but nevertheless handed them four dusty bottles of Firewhiskey in exchange of twelve sickles. Together, they sat down with one bottle each.

"Let's have a game of never-ever." Said James.

    "What's that?" Asked Ginny.

"We often play this game. One of us says something he has never done. Among the others, the person who've done that takes a sip from his glass." Explained Sirius. "It is fun!"

"Guys, I don't really fancy this idea. All the previous times, we played with Butterbeer, but this is Firewhiskey...." Remus's protests were blown to wind as the others agreed eagarly.

"I'll start." Said James. "I've never been able to make Evans friendly towards me."

"We know." Remus smirked as he and Ginny sipped on their Firewhiskey.

"I have never witnessed a death." Said Sirius. This time, only Ginny sipped on her drink. The Marauders gaped at her. "Who've you seen to die?"

"I rather not talk about it." Ginny said shortly. The others nodded. The game continued.

"I have never caught a snitch." Said Remus. James and Ginny sipped their drink.

By the time they had finished quite a few bottles, it was almost dusk. They were feeling really light-headed. The last thing Ginny remembered was the four of them going down the secret passage of Honeydukes to prevent Filch catching them in their utterly drunk state.

         *____________*

Next morning was a Sunday. Ginny woke up in a very uncomfortable position, her back and neck were sore. She had a severe headache from the hangover. Blinking once or twice, she tried to sit up, only to discover that she was lying horizontal on a single couch in the common room. Remus was occupying the single couch besides her's apparently still asleep. James and Sirius were cuddling up to each other on the floor.... wait, cuddling?!? Ginny's eyes darted back on them. Yes, her vision was alright. It was probably not more than 6:00 am, as no one else was awake. Thank god for that.

"Remus!" Slowly, Ginny poked him. "Remus wake up!" Remus squirmed in the couch, trying to get comfortable, but he didn't wake. Ginny poked him again. "Hmm.... Draught of Peace is on page 394." He muttered in his sleep.

"Remus, wake up!" Ginny hit him on the arm and his eyes flew open. "What the...." Ginny quickly put her hand on his mouth and motioned towards James and Sirius. Remus's eyes widened. As Ginny and Remus stifled a laugh, James cuddled up to Sirius more. "You are so beautiful Evans...." He murmured sleepily and kissed Sirius on the cheek who just hugged him back. Unable to control anymore, Remus and Ginny started laughing uncontrollably. Sirius and James's eyes shot open and unaware of their situation, they banged their foreheads to each other. This send Remus and Ginny into even larger waves of laughter. James and Sirius sprang away from each other, realising their positions. Their eyes became wide.

"Seriously guys, get a room." Remus said between laughs. "I am scarred for life!" Ginny added.

"What did we do exactly?" James demanded.

"Nothing much," said Remus. "You just cuddled upto each other and kissed." He added, leaving out details of the 'kiss'. James and Sirius turned the most delicate shade of scarlet.

"This should be between us...." Sirius narrowed his eyes at both of them. Remus was preparing a snappy retort when four of them saw a large tawny owl entering the common room.

"Letters at this time in the morning?" Remus said, extracting a small parchment from it's legs. The others looked at him expectantly. He flipped the parchment. Looking at it, his eyes widened and he paled considerably.
