Osiris watched Skylar drive through the suburban part of Philly. He took a look around and mugged up his face. He has never seen a community so perfect before. Each house had a two door garage and every lawn was filled with green grass.

Damn where the fuck she got me?, he thought.

She parked her car next to the curb in front of a dark blue house with four cars parked in the driveway. Three 2017 Mercedes Benz one black, the second one was red and the third one was silver that was parked next to a 2016 all white Lexus.

"Hopefully there won't be any drama today" she mumbled.

"You sure you want to do this?" He asked seeing how nervous she looked.

"Yeah I want to get it over it with them" she answered truthfully. Opening her door she hopped out right along with Osiris. Walking around the car she pressed the lock button on her keypad. She took a deep breath heading to the front door.

"I'm going to say this now before we enter...I'm sorry" she told him. She walked inside with Osiris right behind her. She put on a fake smile and entered the living room seeing her father, her mother, Princess and her boyfriend, Devin. A dark skin, tall, skinny young man with silver square frame that fit his long head.

"Hey" she said softly getting their attention. Everybody in the room looked over at her and returned the friend. "This is Osiris he's my boy-"

Camilla stood up from the couch and walked out of the living room. Skylar just rolled her eyes.

"Okay well you already know my father, that's my little sister Princess and her boyfriend Devin"

"Osiris how you doing?" Mr. Indigo greeted standing up giving him a handshake.

"I'm fine how you been?"

"I'm doing good have a seat get comfortable" Mr. Indigo told him sitting back down in his chair. Skylar guided him to the other couch where no one was sitting.

"Do you want something to drink?" Skylar asked him as he sat down.

"Yeah water is fine" he answered.

Skylar walked into the kitchen seeing Camilla getting ready to cook. "Look I know we always bump heads but I have something to tell everybody and hopefully it will change everything around" Skylar said. She waited for a respond but never got one. Opening the fridge she grabbed a water bottle and walked back to the living room.

"How's your uncle doing?" She heard her father asked him.

"He's good" Osiris answered seeing Skylar walking back into the room. "Thank you" he said taking the water bottle from him as she sat down next to him.

"So you are dating my daughter now?"

"Yeah

A few seconds later Camilla came and sat down on the other side of the room with a glass of red wine in her hand. "So um Oliver-"

"It's Osiris" Skylar said cutting her off.

Camilla cleared her throat, "What do you do for a living?"

"I'm a tattoo artist" he answered.

"Really? Where?" Princess questioned sitting up on the couch.

"Me and my cousins own Wicked Tattoos"

"Oh you own a business?" Camilla questioned twisting up her lips.

"Yeah and I also work for my uncle security company"

Camilla took a sip of her wine, "Mhmm"

Osiris felt Skylar leg shaking against his and he took a glance seeing her rolling her eyes. "Look I just came to tell you guys something"

"And what's that?" Camilla questioned.

Skylar looked at Osiris before back at her father. "I'm pregnant" she blurted out. "With twins"

"Oh my gosh congratulations" Princess gleamed. She stood up and practically ran to her older sister, giving her a hug. "I'm going to be the best aunt ever" she squealed with a smile on her face.

Mr. Indigo stood up, "Come here" he told Skylar. She stood up off the couch and walked over to him. He gently cuffed her face with both hands, "You happy?"

She nodded her head.

"You think you ready for this?"

"No but..." she looked back at Osiris before looking back at her father. "We got this"

Mr. Indigo smiled softly before kissing her on the forehead. "Welcome to the family man" he told Osiris. "Two grand babies?" He whispered. She nodded head.

"You know what I'm glad you came today" Camilla smiled.

"Are you?" Skylar asked turning around with a smile on face.

"Yeah I think today it's time to tell you the truth"

Skylar smiled quickly turned into a frown. "Truth?" She questioned. "Truth about what?"

"Are you going to tell her?" Camilla questioned looking at her husband. Skylar caught on and looked at her father before taking a step back.

"Mom I don't think-"

"Shut up Princess" Camilla spat. "Ron it's time to tell her"

"What's the truth?" Skylar asked looking at her father, who was pinching the bridge of his nose. "Dad!!"

"We should talk about this later-"

"Too late Ma already brought it up" Skylar said cutting him off hearing Camilla chuckle. "What's the truth?"

"Alright!!" He shouted looking over at his wife shaking his head. "Before you was born I was messing with a lot of women and I wasn't a faithful type of man" he told Skylar. "When I got with Camilla..." he continued. "You was dropped off to me at my door step when you was only one month old" He responded looking in his daughter eyes.

Skylar heart dropped as she squinted her eyes and tilted her head, "Dropped off?" She questioned. Mr. Indigo nodded his head. "So who's my mother?"

"I wish I can tell you baby girl but I don't know" he answered. "She left nothing but that that ring you wear"

Skylar looked at her golf diamond ring on her finger. "The one you gave me for my sixteenth birthday?"

"Yeah"

"This isn't making any sense" Skylar chuckled feeling tears building up in her eyes but she refused to let them fall. She wasn't going to let Camilla see her break. "You kept this from me for twenty three years and you allowed that bitch to treat me like shit all these years? Knowing she wasn't my mother!!"

Camilla couldn't help but chuckle lightly, her face had anger written all over it. Her lips with pressed tightly together as she sipped her wine. "Little girl..." she stood up from the couch. Osiris started to pull Skylar back as Camilla walked closer to her. "Listen I always wanted to tell you-"

"I believe it cause you ain't nothing but an old miserable jealous ass bitch!" Skylar spat in Camilla face before Osiris pulled her away heading to the foyer. He knew if he didn't get Skylar out of that house the situation would get worse.

"Jealous?" Camilla laughed lightly."You know why this hoodlum with you? Your damaged goods he feels sorry for you trust me there's nothing to be jealous of"

"Hey you don't know me alright?" Osiris said as they walked closer to the front door hand and hand.

"Camilla that's enough!!"

They heard Mr. Indigo shout once they made it to the door. Skylar knocking down Camilla favorite vase, shattering it into pieces all over the shiny dark brown hardwood floor. "Miserable ass bitch" she spat as Osiris chuckled and shook his head.

"You done? You wanna break anything else?" He smirked opening the door for her.

"Nah I'm good" she told him.

"I like seeing this side of you" he complimented slapping her ass. They walked out and headed to their car hand and hand.

The door open and they heard Camilla screaming coming out the house. "Really? My favorite piece in the house-"

"Go buy another one with his money broke hoe-"

"Give me your keys and get in the car" Osiris told her opening the car door. Skylar passed him her keys and hopping in the passenger seat ignoring Camilla shouting. He jogged to the other side and hopped in. He started the car and sped off heading straight to her place.

Ever since she walked through the door she asked Osiris to leave. She wanted to be alone. One he left to his shop to do a few tattoo appointment, she sat in her room for the rest of the day drawing up more designs for her line. Only thing she was missing was a glass of wine but she knew Osiris will kill her if he found out she was drinking.

She felt her phone vibrating next to her book and she looked down seeing her father calling. He was blowing up her phone ever since she left but she refused to answered. She had nothing to say to him. A few seconds later Princess was calling her and she looked up and rolled her eyes. She looked outside seeing night as falling and she decided to take a shower.

Osiris used his key and walked inside Skylar crib seeing all the lights was off. He kicked off his shoes and walked upstairs seeing the bathroom door open hearing the shower water running. As he took off his shirt he heard her sniffing.

"Skylar?" He called out walking in the bathroom.

"I be out in a minute" she sniffed.

He stripped out his clothes and stepped into the shower. He wrapped his right arm around her shoulder and kissed the side of her forehead. "I know tonight was a lot for you but I don't want you to stress yourself out over it" he told her.

"Am I really damaged goods?" She sniffed. "Are you with me because you feel bad for me?" She asked turning her head to face him. "Cause you don't have to be-"

"Stop....you let her get in your head too much" he said cutting her off. "You should talk to your father though"

"Are we still going to your grandmas tomorrow?" She asked him grabbing their rags changing the topic. She passed him his and grabbed the Dove body wash pouring it on both rags.

"You still want too?"

"Yeah" she sniffed.

"You sure?

She nodded her head as tears continued to fall. "Stop crying" he said pecking her cheek. "We have two babies on the way" he continued placing his hand on her stomach making her smile.

"I know I still can't believe it" she told him truthfully. But I think I'm ready, she thought.

"Skylar get up!!" Osiris shouted from downstairs.

"I'm up I'm up" she groaned cover her head with the pillow. She closed her eyes and fell back to sleep. Ever since she found out she was pregnant sleeping became one of her favorite things.

Osiris walked up the stairs eating a bowl of cereal seeing Skylar sleeping. He moved the blanket off her body and slapped her ass. "Oow" she whined.

"Get up come on"

She grabbed her phone checking the time seeing it was going on ten. "What time we supposed to go to your grandmas?"

"In like a couple of hours" he answered.

"What you eating?" She asked sitting up.

"Cereal" he answered.

"Can I have a bite?"

"Yeah" he chuckled passing her the bowl.

After a few hours flew by they were finally dressed for the day and out the door heading to his grandmothers. Osiris dressed in black jeans with a black t shirt with all red harraches.

Skylar wore a loose denim dress with a belt around her waist and a pair of white vans. Her hair was in a near high bun and she kept her face in its natural state.

Once he pulled up on his grandmothers block his phone started ringing and a random number popped up on the navigation screen catching Skylar eye. He pressed the declined button ending the call, sending the person to voicemail.

"Who was that?" She asked him.

He shrugged his shoulders, "Nobody, you ready?"

Osiris pulled up to his grandmothers house seeing cars parked out front. Skylar started to play with her ring for a few seconds letting out a deep breath. She bit her lips nervously and opened the door stepping out the same time Osiris did.

He walked around and grabbed her hand leading her to the front door. Her heart was bumping fast as she walked up the steps and into the house.

Skylar walked in seeing Kofi, June, Liberty and Dre sitting in the living room. "Wassup?" He greeted.

"Hi" Skylar smiled. Once she seen her best friend sitting there all her nerves started to calm down.

"Hey wassup?" Dre greeted.

"Wassgood?" Kofi said nodded his head.

"Wassup?" June greeted.

She looked at Liberty and smiled. "Where's grandma?" Osiris asked.

"Kitchen" June asked.

Osiris grabbed her hand again and lead her to the kitchen seeing his grandma taking seasoning out the cabinet. She looked over and smiled big making him smile.

"Hey grandma" he greeted.

"Hey baby how everything?" She said kissing his cheek.

"Good" he answered. "This is Skylar" he introduced.

"Hi" Skylar smiled. "Osiris told me so much about you" she continued.

"Ohh so your the girl who has my baby head going all crazy"

"Don't listen to her" he chuckled. She slapped him upside his head making Skylar laugh lightly.

"You can call me Grandma Mae or just grandma" she told her. "Now go ahead and make yourself comfortable I think June girlfriend uhh Liberty in there she's a sweet girl-"

"Yeah that's my best friend" Skylar told her and Mae could help but smile.

"We actually got something to tell you" Osiris said cutting in their conversation.

"Boy I already know ya together now get out my kitchen-"

"No uh that's not it" he said cutting her off. He passed her the sonogram picture and she slowly took it out his hand. She looked at it before putting on her glasses. She looked at it one more time before looking up at her grandson.

"Twins do run strong in the family" she smiled. "Put that on the fridge for me" she told Osiris. "Are you staying for dinner?" She asked. "Im making fresh collard greens, with baked mac and cheeses and baked bbq chicken"

"You wanna stay?" He asked her. She nodded her head. "Yeah"

"You ever made collard greens before?" She asked Skylar. Osiris couldn't help but chuckle. Once his grandma started asking their girlfriends to help them cook that means she like them.

"Uh once with liberty's mom but that was it"

"Wait grandma can we go tell everybody the news first?" Osiris chuckled.

"Ooh yeah go ahead but tell Liberty we cooking in thirty minutes" She said taking out fresh vegetables from the refrigerator.

"She likes you" he whispered to her.

After they told the rest of the crew, who seem very happy for them, Skylar and Liberty was in the kitchen helping Grandma Mae cook dinner. All three ladies got along great, building a friendship.

"You gotta meet our other friend Jenny" Skylar smiled as Liberty agreed.

"Bring her by next time I need some girl time I've been stuck with these boys after my daughter died" she told them. "This energy feels so nice"

"It does" Skylar agreed nodding her head. They heard the guys screaming from the living room and Grandma Mae couldn't help but shake her head.

"That's all the time with them" she chuckled.

Skylar looked over in the dining room see Osiris gambling with Dre, his cousins, their friends and his uncle.

"Nah nah roll that shit again bro" he told Kofi who sucked his teeth. She seen him reach into his pocket pulling out his phone. He quickly pressed the side button letting the person go to voicemail before placing it back in his pocket.

"Give me my money nigga" He said as Dre waving money in the air teasing Kofi.

Skylar shook the thoughts out of her head and continued to help cook dinner. After they ate dinner, they helped cleaned up and stayed a few extras hours before leaving.

"Next time I'll teach you how to make my famous honey bbq fried chicken that's one of Osiris' favorite" Grandma Mae said pulling Skylar into a hug.

"You ready?" Osiris asked once they broke apart.

"You don't see us saying bye?" Grandma Mae questioned putting her hand on her hip. She walked closer to him and brought his face down closer to her. She kissed his cheek, "I like her" she whispered.

"How this look?" Skylar questioned walking in front of Osiris who was laying on her bed. She had on a all black lace negligee, that she created herself. The breast part and the bottom trim had soft fur sewn on it with a lace matching thong.

"I like that shit ma" he complimented biting his bottom lip. "Come here" he continued using his fingers. She slowly crawled on the bed straddling his lap. She kissed his lips feeling his soft big hands roam her body.

His phone started ringing and he quickly broke the kiss. He picked it up off the night stand and pressed decline sending the person to voicemail.

"Why she keep calling you?" She asked him sitting up.

"I don't even know who that is" he answered kissing on her neck.

Osiris..." she pushed him down.

He looked up at her seeing how serious she was. He sucked his teeth, "Sky I don't even know the number it can anybody-"

"They been calling since this morning O!!"

"Okay..."

"Who is she?!"

"I told you I don't know-"

His phone started ringing again cutting him off, "That's her calling again ain't it?" She questioned reaching for his phone but he quickly grabbed it.

"Give me your phone" she told him.

"Nah"

"Give me your phone!!" She yelled trying to snatch it out his hand.

"Skylar chill man!!" He slowly got up forcing her to get off of him.

"Why you not giving me your phone?!" She asked with her knees on the bed.

"After everything this is how you act?!" He shouted back. "Over a phone call?!"

"It's one of your hoes ain't it?!"

"Man your so...urgh" He bit his bottom lip with anger before walking away, heading downstairs.

"So what? I'm so what? Don't walk away from me O!!"

"I don't need to hear this bullshit-"

"And I don't need to deal with this shit again"

He stopped walking and turned around seeing her standing in the middle of the steps with her arms folded across her chest.

"You overreacting right now!!" He shouted stepping closer.

"I don't care!! You got other bitches calling your phone!!" She shouted back.

Osiris felt his his self growing angry and he knew he was getting to that moment where he would explode, because she wasn't listening to him. Instead of going back and forth with her he went to the front door and put on his shoes.

"Bye!! I'll call you when the babies are born!!" She continued to run her mouth as she walked back up the stairs into her room. She heard the front door slam as she sat on her bed placing her back on the headboard. Tears came to her eye but she blinked them away.

"What the fuck?!" She cried throwing her pillow across the room. She put her knees to her chest and started to cry.

I'm falling to fast, she thought.
