It was a nice sunny day in Philly as the guys stood outside of their childhood best friend, Dre, barber shop watching people walk by and cars drive up and down the block.

"Damn Ma how you doing?" Kofi asked a thick light skin chick who was walking pass them with a small black bag in her hand. "Yoo hold up" he continued walking along with her making her smile.

Osiris shook his head at his crazy little cousin before turning his head seeing a couple of dudes he knew from around walking towards him.

"Yoo wassup O" one of them greeted. They all nodded their heads before heading into the barbershop. Once the door open Osiris took a glance inside seeing his cousin still in the chair getting his haircut by Dre.

"June still in that fucking chair" he snapped shaking his head. He looked up and down the streets few times but quickly put his head down seeing his ex, Amber walking up to him.

"Fuck" he whispered to himself placing his hand over his face.

"O!" She shouted. Once she stepped in front of him she placed her hand on her hip. Osiris dated Amber on and off for almost three years. Everything was good in the beginning but as time flew by and Osiris got to know Amber more he found out that she has a problem with commitment. She was cheating on him the whole time with multiple nigga in and out of town. But he knew he wasn't a angel either cause he was fucking around on her too.

"What you want man?"

"I hear you throwing a party why I didn't get the invite?" She said rolling her neck like a snake.

"Your not invited" Kofi butted in. "The last time you came you started a fight so no you can't come neither can your friends" he told her truthfully.

"Shut up Kofi" she snapped at him. "Man whatever I'm going to that party-"

"And your going to get kicked out" he shot back cutting her off. She rolled her eyes and flipped her thick curly hair over her shoulders.

"What you doing tonight?"

"Nah he busy tonight we got something to do" Kofi answered for his big cousin again.

"Damn Kofi can he speak?!"

"No your fucking poison I don't like you!" He shouted getting a couple of pedestrians attentions.

"Fuck you Kofi!!" She snapped back throwing up her middle finger. "You always got something to say this is between me and your cousin you wasn't fucking me"

"Nah but you was fucking niggas behind his back though-"

"Man fuck both of y'all I can't stand y'all I ain't got time for this-"

"What I do?" Osiris chuckled.

"You never stick up for me O!!" She shouted with tears in her eyes before walking away back to where she came from.

"She'll be alright" Kofi said waving her off leaning against the car. Shrugging his shoulders Osiris walked into the packed barbershop seeing all his childhood friends. YFN Lucci ft PNB Rock Everyday we Lit video was playing on the flatscreen that was placed on the wall.

"Wassup? Wassup?" He greeted everybody before looking in the mirror seeing his cousin staring at himself checking out his hair cut. "You ready?" He asked him.

"Yeah come on"

"Why y'all in a rush for?" Dre asked them.

"We have appointments in ten minutes 
we were supposed to open up twenty minutes ago" Osiris answered tapping his watch. They all hopped in June's car and headed straight to their business, Wicked Tattoos & Body Piercings.

Skylar circled her mannequin eyeing her two piece set she was making for herself for her fashion show she had coming up for her summer line. Kehlani Distraction blast loudly through her speakers keeping her mind focus. She was so excited cause this was her first runway show and she couldn't wait to show the world her clothes she has designed this year.

"Skylar!!" She heard her friend, Liberty shout over the music. "Hey!!!"

Turning around Skylar saw her friends Liberty and Jenny waving to her. She walked over to her desk and grabbed the controller to her speaker. She pressed paused hearing Liberty singing.

"Do you, do you, do you do you wanna be
A distraction baby?" She sung placing her bag down. "That's my song and that dress is popping" she complimented.

"Thank you I'm gonna add sequins to it when I'm all done"

"Is that for the fashion show?" Jenny asked.

"Yeah can ya two still model for me?"

"Yeah"

Liberty was Skylar best friend since they both started Private School together. They met in the principal office together at the time on the same day and been inseparable ever since. When you had a problem with one then you had a problem with both and everybody in their school knew that.

They met Jenny when she applied to work for Skylar as a coffee runner but once she saw her petite frame, she hired her as a model and they became close friends ever since.

"Are you coming out this weekend?" Jenny asked her playing in her fabric that was laying around.

"What's going on this weekend?" Skylar questioned going back to her dress.

"Liberty boo is throwing a party at club Loopy you wanna go?"

"Uh sure just let me talk to Bryan first-"

"Girl bye" Liberty scoffed playing with the colorful fabric her friend had laying around. "You and I both know he's gonna be working late" she continued rolling her eyes.

"I don't think so he's supposed to be off this weekend so I might bring him along" Skylar said defending her man.

"Girl..."

"Liberty leave that girl alone" Jenny said looking at some of the designs that was on the mannequin that Skylar made. "Yoo Sky this is apart of the show?" She questioned admiring the fit.

"No that's just something I made when I was bored why you like it?"

"Hell yeah girl this shit is fire"

"You can have it"

"Really? I'm about to wear this to the event this weekend" she said smiling thinking about how well she gonna pull this off.

"So whats the name of this guy Liberty?" Skylar questioned.

"June" she smiled from ear to ear.

"June? Like the month?" Skylar questioned raising her eyebrow.

"Yes and he's fine as hell and girl he got a twin and a older cousin that fine too" she answered winking her eye at her.

"You know I got Bryan-"

"I don't like his cheating ass-"

"He's not cheating on me can we stop talking about this-"

"I'm sorry I just want what's best for you"

One thing about Liberty was she never held her tongue even if it would get her trouble but she didn't care, she spoke her mind if you liked it or not.

"What time does the doors open?"

"Doors open at nine and doesn't end until four maybe five" Liberty answered.

"I'm leaving around two" Skylar mumbled.

"Me too girl" Jenny added as Liberty rolled her eyes.

"Guys.." she chuckled. "We are in our twenties this is the time we are supposed to party and turn up-"

"And work our asses off" Skylar stated with a smile on her face still working on her dress.

"Whatever" Liberty said waving them off. "Look I just know your ass better be popping out this weekend-"

"Don't I always" she winked making her laugh. "Bitches couldn't beat me on their best day"

"Yess bitch" Jenny said going through Skylar book, something she loves doing when she comes to her studio.

Skylar loved being around her girls. Most of the time she was alone something that she loved but since Bryan is always working and her mother and sister constantly puts her down she needed laughter. She was thinking about going to the party even if Bryan complained that it turns her into a different person, she needed a break. She needed to let go and be herself without anybody judging her.

"Oooh baby" Skylar moaned out feeling Bryan thrust inside her. Looking up at the ceiling she caressed his back feeling his lips pecking her shoulders. She spread her legs wider letting him go deeper but he still wasn't hitting her spot that she wanted him to hit.

At first the sex was great but as years went by she had to start faking it or going in the bathroom in the middle of the night to finish herself off, either with her hand or one of the toys she has hidden from him.

She laid her head on his chest hearing his heart beating, something that was really comforting to her. "So this weekend I'm going out with Liberty and Jenny-"

"Wait that might not be a good idea" he said cutting her off.

She frowned, "Why?" She questioned. It's been a few months since she enjoyed herself and he knew that.

"Your father sent me on a business trip to New York-"

"What that gotta do with me?"

"I would like to know that you are safe and sound in our home while I'm out in the big city" he answered. "Not out getting drunk with that one friend of yours that doesn't know when to calm down" he said mumbling the last part.

"I won't get drunk" she argued sitting up in the bed using the sheet to cover her naked body. "And if I do so what? I know how to handle myself"

"I know you do I just want you home so when I'm done with meetings" he started to say sitting up kissing on her shoulders. "We can do our late night Skype...calls like we....used to do" he continued between kisses making her smile as she thought about them.

"Fine" she giggled as he moved the kisses to her neck up to her lips. "You better call me too"

"You know I will" he chuckled as they fell back on the bed again. She climbed on top of him trying to go for round two but his phone started ringing on the dresser.

"Oh wait hold on babe" he said. Rolling her eyes, she climbed off and watched him hop out of bed going for his phone.

"Hello....yeah I can talk....for real..."

She heard him say excitedly before walking out the room. With a frown on her face she turned off the light that was on her night stand and covered her body before rolling on her side and closing her eyes.

Am I happy? , She thought to herself before falling into a deep sleep.
