Skylar woke up hearing her phone ringing on the night stand. She rolled over on her back and sat up grabbing her phone seeing Osiris calling.

"Yes O?" She answered.

"Get up Im coming up the elevator now"

"Seriously?" She questioned rolling her eyes.

"Yup" he answered before hanging up.

Today was her doctors appointment. She was happy but nervous at the same time. For the past few weeks she was partying, drinking, and smoking with her friends and Osiris before she found out the news.

I hope the baby will be okay, she thought. She slowly got up out of bed and went to the bathroom hearing him knocking on the door.

Skylar handled her business, washed her face and brushed her teeth before walking out heading down the stairs. She unlocked the door and opened it seeing Osiris standing there holding a brown paper bag.

"About time"

"I had to use the bathroom" she told him. "What you got in that bag?" She questioned walked into the kitchen as he followed.

"I brought you breakfast" he answered.

"Bagel from the corner store"

"Sky it's cool plus you not allowed to take food from a pregnant women anyway" he chuckled going into the bag grabbing the plain toasted bagel with cream cheese along with a bottle of water and orange juice.

He opened the orange juice and drunk some before placing it on the counter and sliding it to her. "I got you some juice too" he winked.

After they joked and ate breakfast together Skylar went upstairs to her room to change for the doctor appointment. Since she was going to work right after the appointment she threw on jean shorts with and oversized teal sweater and nude heels. "I'm ready"

"I like your hair" he complimented.

Osiris held the door open for Skylar allowing her to walk in first. "Thank you" she said heading to the front desk to sign herself in. Osiris took a seat on the light blue couch and took a look around seeing nothing but pregnant women and babies.

"McKenna stop it right now" he heard a white pregnant women say to her child who was knocking stuff off on the beige wood coffee table. "Get over here now" she continued.

"Skylar?" The nurse called out. They both stood up and followed the nurse to the back until they reached their room. "Can you pee in this cup for me please?" The nurse said passing her a small plastic cup. "The bathroom is straight ahead wipe first then pee and leave it in the cabinet and we will grab it immediately"

"Okay thank you" she passed Osiris her bag before leaving the room heading to the restroom. A few minutes went by and Skylar washed her hands and walked out seeing the nurse at the nurse station.

"Doctor Stevens will be in shortly" she gave her a friendly smile.

Skylar nodded her head and went back into the room seeing Osiris scrolling on his phone. She hopped back on the bed and took a deep breath playing with the ring on her finger.

Silence filled the room for a few minutes before the doctor walked wearing a white long jacket. She was a Italian women with shoulder length dark brown hair with blonde and red streaks. Her tan freckles face and high cheek bones went well with her oval shape dark brown eyes.

"Hello Skylar how are you?" Doctor Stevens greeted.

"I'm good and yourself?"

"I'm fine thank you" she smiled. "You must be the father I'm Doctor Stevens" she continued talking to Osiris holding out her hand.

"Osiris" he greeted with a smile shaking her hand.

"So your test came back positive" the doctor smiled looking at the chart. Skylar and Osiris looked at each other and smiled softly before laughing lightly at the same time. She took the ultra sound probe and placed it on top of jelly before moving around.

"Okay let's see what we have here" Doctor Stevens said going around her stomach. "It seems you are around seven weeks"

"They seem to be doing pretty good"

"They?" Osiris questioned sitting up in his chair getting Skylar attention.

"Yup you are having twins" Doctor Stevens answered. She pointed at the screen with her index and pinky finger showing the distance between the babies inside Skylar belly. "Congratulations"

"Twins?" Skylar whispered looking at the two grey dots on the screen.

"Yeah would you like some pictures printed out?"

"Yes please" Skylar answered nodding her head. After the doctor went over everything including the due date she finally cleaned everything up and left, giving them some privacy.

Osiris stood up from the chair and walked over to Skylar who was putting her shirt down. She looked up at him and smiled softly. Night quickly came and Osiris just finished up his last tattoo appointment. Right now he was sitting at the front desk waiting for Kofi and June to finish up.
