"By the way he looks at you, I am sure it's not going to be your last," the girl from the stall said and left.

The way he looks at me?

Tyler hugged me from behind and gave me my unicorn and some cotton candy.

"When did you get that?" I asked him confused.

"While you were talking to that girl, I went over there and bought it," he said, pointing at a man that was handing cotton candy to a little boy.

"That's sweet," I smiled and took a piece of it and put it in my mouth.

I moaned and licked my finger.

"Hey, you are supposed to share!" he laughed.

"Let me think about it..." I said tapping my chin. "Nope," I laughed and ran towards the ferris wheel.

Tyler chased behind me and caught me before I could go too far.

"Why do you always run away from me?"

"Because I want to see if you are going to follow me," I smiled.

"We should stop being so cheesy," he laughed and I nodded, laughing too.

"Wanna go to the ferris wheel?" he asked.

I shrugged, smiling. To be honest, I was dying to go to the ferris wheel, but I didn't want to act like a kid again.

"Let's go," he said and dragged me towards it.

When we reached the red wheel, the man who was responsible for it, opened a little door for us to go inside.

Most ferris wheels are red, but this one had something different. Maybe it was because of the colourful lights around it, that made it so beautiful.

"Are you having fun?" Tyler asked me.

"Yeah," I said, smiling at him. "Tyler..." I started.

"Yes?"

"Am I too easy to get?"

"What? Why do you say that?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Because... This is our first date, and we already kissed. Most girls don't kiss on the first date," I looked at my hands, that had been sitting on my lap.

"Hey," he said, taking my head in his hands. "You are not too easy to get. But anyway, you don't have to be like the other girls. You are special. Original. That's why I like you," he smiled.

"Y-You like me?" I stuttered.

"I like you," he nodded and took me closer to him. "But you don't have to say it back yet if you don't feel the same. I know it's hard to trust me."

I nodded, not saying anything.

After the ride ended, we decided to play some games around the fair.

"I bet I can score one hundred in the strength tester," Tyler bragged.

"No way," I laughed, shaking my head.

"If I win, I get to kiss you again," he pointed at me and took the hammer and beat the tester. The lights started going up and up, until a ring was heard.

"One hundred!" a voice cheered from inside the mechanism.

Tyler turned around, raising an eyebrow at me and smirked.

"Fine," I rolled my eyes and laughed.

He walked closer to me and placing a hand on my cheek and another behind my back, he kissed me.

The kiss was sweet. My lips were cold because of the chilly weather, but his were warm. He broke the kiss and hugged me close to him.

"Why didn't you tell me you were cold?" he whispered in my ear.

"I'm fine," I whispered back.

"Let's go," he said and we walked towards the exit of the funfair.

"Where are we going?"

"Do you like Chinese?" he asked me.

"Yeah," I answered, smiling at the memory of my family trying Chinese for the first time.

I was with my brothers at home and I was not in the mood to cook, so I suggested getting Chinese.

Turned out that only I liked it and the boys were left hungry for the rest of the day. We never ordered Chinese again.

The ride to the Chinese place wasn't long. We ordered and waited for our food. Tyler had insisted on taking sweet & sour chicken with fried rice, which turned out to be freaking amazing.

We finished our meal and after paying, we stood up to leave. A short woman run towards us, saying something in Chinese, that none of us understood.

She handed us two little packages and waved us goodbye.

"What's that?" I asked Tyler when we got in the car.

"Fortune cookies, silly," he said taking one from me. "Open it."

I took my cookie and broke it.

"You are heading in the right direction," Tyler read his paper out loud and smiled at me. "What does yours say?"

"About time I got out of that cookie," I read the piece of paper that was inside my cookie. "Hey! Not fair!" I pouted and Tyler laughed.
