Police raced past the truck going the opposite direction but I kept my attention facing forward !! I could feel Gee's eyes on me once again ..

"What Gee ?" I asked still staring at the road

"That was him ?"

"Yeap !!" I replied popping the P

Gee smirked "How you feel ?" He asked

"Nothing .. I'm hungry !!"

"I think you done been around me too long !!" He said with a smirk on his face

I smiled "I love you Gee .. I may be stubborn, dramatic, & hardheaded but Im only like that with you because I love you !! I'm sorry for not listening .. I guess you can say I learned my lesson !!"

"You didn't deserve that baby !! If I could kill that nigga again for you I would .."

"I know !!"

"Your folks though .. "

"What about em ?"

"What you wanna do ? Its up to you !!"

I smirked .. I missed my brother .. but as far as my mom went she was still with the coward so he obviously meant more to her than me .. and the way I felt about my dad was out there already !!

"I wonder will he die ?" I said

Gee looked at me "Some wrong wit you !!"

I laughed

"I want to see my brother .. and my mom .. but I have no intentions on staying .. I belong with you !!" I replied

Gee grabbed my hand and kissed it .. "You do !!"

"I kind of owe him a favor .. Giving me up was the best thing that could have happened to me" Gee smiled

When we pulled up to the house .. I got out with Gee following behind me .. The smell of food was in the air as we walked in & I just knew boo boo kitty was in the kitchen making a mess !! I headed to my room

"Hold up .. where you going ? Come eat !! And we need to talk !!"

"I'm not hungry and we did just talk !!"

"Baby you just said you was hungry in the car .. and we not done talking .. "

I rolled my eyes as I headed back downstairs and to the kitchen ..

Candice was over the stove when we walked in .. I sat down at the table as Gee walked his way over to her .. It was times like these when I wish I had a phone to distract me from this bullshit ..

Gee sat down across from me folding his hands out in front of him ..

"So you dont feel nothin ?"

"What am I supposed to feel ?"

"I dont know .. you a girl, a damn near 17 year old girl at that .. you just killed a mu'fucka and shot another in broad daylight !! You gotta feel somethin !!"

"Well I dont !! Can I go now ?"

Candice glance at me then started back cooking

Gee sighed "Let me in for once baby !!"

"Its nothing okay .. please .. let me take a nap !!"

Gee nodded letting me know I could get up .. I got up walking away then I stopped .. "You need to replace my door too !!" Gee smirked at me as I walked away "Let me know if the old bastard died or not" I tossed the peace sign up before disappearing around the corner then I heard Gee laugh ..

I stripped down to my bra and pantys and crawled into bed .. I had lied to Gee, I did feel something .. I felt relief, Pulling that trigger gave me a high and a satisfaction I couldn't even explain .. I just figured I was losing my mind ..

Not long afterwards I was sleeping .. When I woke up it was dark outside .. making me wonder just how long I had been out .. The house was silent so I figured Gee and boo boo kitty had left and went out somewhere .. I logged on to my Facebook account and typed in my brothers name .. after a couple searches I found him .. I didn't know whether or not to send him a request or not .. I knew he hated my dad just as much as I did, and I wondered how things were at home !! Seeing my mom with that black eye kind of gave me a hint that not much had changed ..

I sent him a friend request and only seconds later it was approved .. and he sent me a message .. I stared at the red notifications for what felt like forever before I actually pressed it and read it ....

"Tia, you alright ? Where you at ? Want me to come get you ?"

I replied ......

"Did I kill him ?"

"He in ICU, it's not lookin so good .. you aight ?"

"I'm fine, how are you ?"

"Better now that I know you ok and alive .. I thought you was dead !!"

"No, I'm okay .. I've been treated very good dont worry !!"

"So .. you live with Gee ?"

"Yeap"

"Oh, what was today about .. you do shit like that on a regular ?"

I sighed "No, that guy did something to me that I couldn't forgive .. my emotions took over .. but I dont regret it !!"

"What he do ?"

"I dont want to talk about it !!"

"When can I see you again ? Mama wanna see you too"

I cocked my head to the side and grabbed my diamond necklace Gee gave to me as I thought about what I should say back .. I didnt know how hard it would be to convince Gee to let me out ..

Then the next thing I knew he walked in my room .. I quickly shut my laptop

"Do you ever knock ?" I asked getting out of bed

"Put some damn clothes on !!"

"Get me a door we wouldn't have this problem .." I replied putting my tshirt on

"I need you to do me a favor .."

"What ?"

"I gotta shoot to Detroit real fast .. and Candice here out of town so .. could you play hostess for a couple days ?"

"No" I quickly replied

"Why not ?"

"I already dont like her !!"

"Why you dont like her ?"

I glared at Gee "I just don't !!"

"Mean ass .. do this for me baby !!"

"Take the bitch with you !!"

He laughed at me .. "You want to go ?"

"No .. I'll chill here"

"Positive ?"

"Positive !!" I replied

"Aight .. well .. Security gone be outside .. I'll be back in a couple days" he walked over to me and hugged me

"Alright"

"I love you baby"

"I love you more"

He walked out
