He loved how they were so delicate and soft in which you thought it was weird considering that after killing and fighting all the monsters your fingers would have scars or scabs. Peter sees past that and tells you that he loves them no matter in what condition they were.

He would kiss your hand like a gentleman when you're out in public or when you are at your house. He would rub your hands in the winter time so that you could stay warm. He loves your hands because they were delicate. Not to mention that you use your hands for something else ;)
