The gas was flowing in through the cracks and slits in the walls. We were surrounded and it wasn't by your friendly neighborhood cat lady. But by cold blooded killers who smelled blood. My bloodShaking Mathis's shoulder wasn't doing anything to wake him up "Mathis! Mathis wake up please!" I knew he was dead, the blue coming out of his nose was confirming my assumptions. The red dripped down my ribs and started to form a puddle on the floor as I crawl towards the gun in the corner. Going back over to Mathis I lean my back against the wall and aim the gun towards the door.
