A peek inside my mind. Understanding PTSD from my perspective. I'm not going to sugarcoat this.Not only does it affect the individual, it also affects everyone around them. I started writing this in hopes to reach out to help others,and I still do. However it's been very therapeutic for me to get the feelings out and put them into words.
