This story takes place in an alternate universe in which Minato Namikaze had a kekkei genkai laying dormant in his genes, which gives his only son another set of arms oddly enough. Naruto Uzumaki has the full Kyuubi sealed in him, and his parents still die in the sealing. The Kyuubi however has never been sealed before, causing a rift of unfamiliarity between it and its jailer. There is a lot of differences in this story planned, as I'm sure was obvious by the description.
