A thrumming lulled gently in his stupor. A voice was calling to him. Yearning for him. His eyes laid upon his ship - pulverized by the might of God. His eyes fluttered and for a moment he saw his crew mates awaiting his arrival into the arms of death. They had warned him against sailing in the storm; death was supposed to be his fate alone. Their pitiful bodies bobbed in the current, easing in and out of existence, drifting toward a place he couldn't imagine...…
