,, I've finished writing down your particulars, Here is you're Adventurer's guild card, " Katherine said as she gave (Y/n)  a card containing their particulars.

,, Ad astra abyssosque, Welcome to the Adventurer's Guild, (Y/n) " Katherine greeted as The child scanned their card.

After receiving Amber's Consent, (Y/n)  was able to join the Adventurer's Guild. It was mostly because it allows opportunities to discover ruins and potentially find evidence to Their theory of theirs. In addition,  The child  felt terrible after hearing that Bennett was alone in his Adventure team.

,, Is there anything else you wish to ask? "

,, Not really... Is their any ruins that i could check out? " (Y/n)  asked as Katherine slowly shook her head.

,, My apologies, most of the ruins are currently handled by other adventurers, " The receptionist told the Child before they left sulking

As (Y/n) walked through the gates of Mondstadt, the incident of the abyss mages still lingers in their mind. They pressed on their forehead with their hand as they sighed heavily. Be patient (Y/n)... soon you'll find out more about the abyss order, (Y/n)  told themself as they crossed the stone bridge to explore.

,, maybe i'll visit that Statue near that big tree at Windrise, " (Y/n)  mumbles as they scurried off to the statue of the seven.

Once They reached their destination, (Y/n)  looks up to the calm skylines  before looking at the statue under the protection of the tree's branches. The Child sat down right next to the statue as they watch peaceful scenery infront of them. They felt the strong wind brushing against their (platinum/obsidian)  hair as their (e/c) continued to stare at the horizon.

,, Hoshiko would love this view... " (Y/n)  says as a smile cracked on their face before laughing it off.

,,  Yeah... He'll sure do, " someone commented, making (Y/n)  flinch and shoot up from their seat.

The person with Dark blue hair gave the Child a childish smile before walking towards them.

,,  haha, You should've seen the look on your face! Anyway i apologize if i scared you," The person  assured (Y/n)  as a drip of sweat ran down their cheek.

,, O... Oh it's alright... " 

,, Anyway, Why is a beautiful lad here in Windrise? " The Person asked as he tilted his head.

,, Oh... I'm just here to organise my thoughts... That's all, "(Y/n)  told the person in green as they slightly frowned.

,, Hmm...?  And why is that the case? " The person raised a brow as the two sat down at the staircase which leads to the statue.

,, Well... It's just a long story. But i can assure you it's nothing big, " (Y/n)  reassured the person as their (e/c)  orbs gaze up to the sky.

,, I just want to learn a lot more about this world... But i don't really know where to begin with, " (Y/n)  said to the stranger.

That wasn't the reason why (Y/n)  was upset. If anyone were to know about the  Abyss Order, They may draw unwanted attention which they dislike the most. 

,, Oh! Since you're in Mondstadt, why not learn about Mondstadt's Archon Barbatos, " The person suggested as he grinned widely

,, Oh right, the archons... If i'm correct, the neighbouring nation of Mondstadt is Liyue, the land of the Geo Archon i presume? " (Y/n)  asked the Person who laughed heartily.

,, Looks like you did you're homework! "The Person exclaimed as he smiled at The Child.

(Y/n)  heaved a sigh of relief as a smile cracked on their face. They slowly got up from their seat as they extend their hand to the black-haired boy.His aqua-green eyes met their (e/c) ones in confusion.

,, My name's (Y/n), what's yours? " The Child asked cheerfully.

The person hesitated for a moment before accepting the gesture.

,, I'm Venti the bard. It's nice to be at your acquaintance,  (Y/n) " Venti introduced himself to the Child as he watch (Y/n) 's eyes sparkle.

Instantly, (Y/n) quickly latches onto Venti's wrist and starts dragging him alongside them. The two began to talk about traditions and some history of Mondstadt as they picked apples of the apple trees. However,  as Venti watch (Y/n) examining and picking out the apples, he lowers his head down as he slightly tugs on his aqua ombre braids. He let out a heavy, yet muted sigh whilst looking up to see the light-hearted Child in front of him.

,,  Their cheerful persona... It's really similar to of Hoshiko, " Venti mumbles to himself.

,,  And how they look like is similar to how Hoshiko described his beloved 'Akihiko' he wants to protect years ago. I wonder how he'll react when he finds out (Y/n) is here... " Venti frowns before quickly putting on his facade once he noticed The Child walking towards him.

,, Here you go, Venti! I tried to find the best looking apples i could find! " (Y/n)  told the bard before munching on their apple.

,, Do you know, It isn't always the appearance that makes it good! " Venti joked as he bites his portion.

,,  But jokes aside, apples in Mondstadt are really amazing! "

,,  I wonder how apples taste like Liyue..." (Y/n)  ponders as they tossed their apple to their other hand.

,, They're also great, there is no apple that doesn't rot! " Venti smiles as he munches on his apple.

,,  I should probably research more about it in the library, " (Y/n)  Mumbles as put a finger on their chin.

Venti glanced at the Child as he giggles at their words.

,, You sure are a glutton for knowledge! "

,, Of course! Teyvat is such a unique land, it reminds me such much of my home-" (Y/n)  abruptly stopped their sentence as they turned to their back to see a knight of favonius running towards Them and Venti.

The Child quickly stood up from their rock as they slowly walked towards the knight in confusion, with Venti trailing behind them. They noticed the knight's furrowed eyebrows as his eyes was filled with urgency.

,, Mr Guy? What are you doing here, i thought you were guading the gates, " (Y/n)  stated as they recognized the messy brown hair of the Knight.

,,  I was tasked to search for you by the Outrider... "Guy told the Child as Venti stared at him with his aqua green eyes.

,, There have been sights of a dragon which started to attack Mondstadt bearishly, The knight of Favonius managed to escort most of the citizens to safe shelter. However, We were unable to find you. Thus, the situation we are in right now, " Guy explained to (Y/n) as their eyes fell to the lush grass.

,, Then we should get going immediately, " (Y/n) clenched their fists tightly as they started to rush over to Mondstadt's bridge.

,, Allow me to escort you back as well," Guy gestures as he turns to Venti.

,, If there is a crime, you should go there in time. I'll be fine returning to the city on my own, You should be looking out for (Y/n) " Venti consoled as Guy nodded and chased after the Child.

In an instant, The bard's bright smile frowned as he looked up to the now chilling skies.

After weeks of waiting, i've finally uploaded this chapter ;-; I tried my best to imagined how the Stormterror attacks started before the traveller came into play. I didn't manage to find much information about it so i just went with what i think it would happen. I Hope you guys like this chapter :'D
