The movie is pretty good and intense. V links her fingers in mine and smiles over at me.

I try not to look at Sierrah and Cam but it looks like maybe they are holding hands too. I smirk to myself.

When the movie was over V and I took the candy and cookies upstairs and left them two in the theatre.

"I want to spy on them, Coop," V whispered.

"We can't do that. Give them privacy they may want to kiss and say goodbye." I said.

"Fine!" She stomps up the steps and in the kitchen putting the cookies down.

"Let's go into the living room," I said.

We sit down and watch tv and I wrap my arm around V and pull her close for a kiss. "I love you and I really appreciate you making Cam fit in and feel like family."

"It's because he is family Coop and I have a feeling at some point he will be married into the family." She said as she pulled me in for another kiss.

Sierrah stuck her head in the room. "Bye guys thanks for inviting me over."

"Bye Si! Love ya!" V said.

Cam followed her out the door and V jumped up and went over to the window to peek out.

"What are you doing?" I asked walking up behind her to look out the window. I see Cam standing in front of Sierrah and had her basically pinned by his body and her car.

Right as I went to pull V away from the window we saw them kiss. V looks back and me and smirks. "Oh, he's so gone." V laughs.

We wait for him to come back in and I know that V is going to cross-examine him like we do criminals.

When Cam walked into the room his face was flushed. "Why is your face so flushed Cam?" V asked.

He blushes harder. "V I saw you guys looking out the window." He laughed.

"Oops." She snorts.

"God I'm going to miss you guys and that snort." Cam laughed.

"So I've been thinking about the wedding do you think you will be able to come back in three months for sure for the wedding?"  V asked him.

"That's about as much time as I have left. I should be back but please don't plan your wedding around me if you want to go ahead." Cam said.

"Fuck no you are my best man. You have to be here." I said.

"Once I get back I'll look at dates for sure and text you ok?" Cam said.

"We will work it out, Cam. I'm going to have a lot of time on my hands when I get put on desk duty." V said.

"It's ok your growing a beautiful human Violet," Cam said.

We all snuggled under a blanket and watched tv until we fell asleep. Cam has to be up early for Coop to take him to the airport.

V's bladder wakes her up and when she comes back I am half awake. She whispers. "Come on let's get in bed."

I look at her and nod. "Just let me get Cam awake and up to bed."

"Cam come on man let's get in bed and make sure your alarm is set," I said.

"I set it earlier." He said getting up and following us upstairs.

As soon as V and I got in the bed we were out until the alarm on my phone went off.

I got up threw on some clothes and told V I was leaving.

"Wait I need to tell Cam bye." She said getting out of bed.

We walked downstairs and Cam was in the kitchen. Before we could say anything there was a knock at the door.

"Who is that this early?" I said opening the door.

Gray was standing on the other side. "Good morning guys. My crazy wife wanted me to drop Cam off some cookies to take with him."

"Oh Uncle Gray that is so sweet," V said.

"Yeah man, I appreciate that. I'll most definitely eat them. When I get back I'm going to have to do a bunch of exercises." Cam laughed.

"Well safe flight Cam I'm headed to bed I worked all night," Gray said.

"Thanks again for dropping them off," Cam said.

"No problem. Bye guys!" Gray said leaving.

"Good lord, how many cookies did Remi make me? All different flavors too." Cam laughed.

"Give me a hug and I apologize if I ugly cry but it's the hormones you know." V laughed.

Cam walks over and wraps his arms around V. "Thank you for letting me stay this week. I've enjoyed getting to know you and your family. Here is the info to my account find me a pretty blue truck." He said.

"Ooh, I'm so excited. I will pick a pretty one for you. Be careful over there and hurry back soon." V said hugging him again.

Cam kisses the top of V's head and grabs his cookies and walks out. I look at V. "He's not good with goodbyes. I'll be back soon V. Love you!" I said kissing her.

"Love you too Coop." She said kissing me one more time before I walk out the door.

I made it over to the truck and Cam was just looking off into another direction.

"Cam, you ready?" I ask.

"Yeah, I am." He said clearing his throat.

On the way to the airport, Cam looks over at me. "Violet is something else and it feels like she's my long lost sister."

"She's something else. You should see her working and how she is with criminals and how she gets them to talk it's something else." I laugh.

We pull up at the airport and I walk in with Cam until he has to get on the plane. He checked in and we sit and talked.

"Make sure to text and let me know when you make it back on base," I said as they called his plane.

"I will and thanks for everything Coop." We hug and I watch him walk to his boarding area.
