Randhir's pov

It felt like just as we slept after our passionate night,I was waked up again by the ringing of my phone from somewhere in the room. Frowning and cursing in my mind for the disturbance,I opened my eyes to find Ahana sprawled up on me completely with her hands on my chest and face in my neck. She wriggled slightly making me roam my fingers in her hair and muttering soft words to her,made her go back to sleep as I knew I made her hell tired.

With a sigh,I located my phone which was on the side table and carefully forwarding my hand,not to disturb my wife took the phone only to widen my eyes looking at the caller ID.

"Hello choti!"
I muttered rather softly and choti didn't waste a second before saying in what I assume was worry and irrigation.

"Bhaiiii! I am knocking on the door of your room from so long! Why aren't anyone of you opening? Just open the damn door already or I'll seriously barge in right now!"

Shit! No one knows that we are not at udaivilas but here from yesterday night and I closed my eyes in frustration. I looked down at Ahana sleeping like a baby making me kiss her head and concentrating back on the call replied
"Choti actually we're not in the room. I and Ahana thought to roam around the city so we came out without informing anyone!"

"What? It's seven in the morning and you guys decided to take a stroll around when we have a problem here?"
Choti asked pissed like no one but her last words caught my attention as I asked immediately in a serious tone

"Why? What happened choti? Is everything all right? Tell me now!"
She took deep breaths from the other side before answering

"Actually Ruhi bhabhi is taken to the hospital!"

"What?"
I asked worried like anything and she continued

"Yes actually she passed out while walking in the garden sometimes back with me. I panicked seeing her condition and called everyone. Sid bhai was so tensed as she wasn't waking up that he directly took her to the hospital. Everyone has gone there except me and Adith bhai. Mom ne kaha apko aur Ahana bhabhi ko sath leke aaye hospital!"
Oh god! I hope nothing serious happened to Ruhi. Sid would be literally so panicked right as she is his everything and no one knows how hurting it is to see the love of your life in such condition better than me. I've been through it and I never wish something like this even for my enemies.

"We'll be there really quick okay! Don't worry and stay with Adith."

"Bhaii!"
I heard her sob just as I was about to hang up. I sighed knowing very well that seeing Ruhi might have affected her a bit too much.

"Choti! Bacha rona hi hai,kuch nahi hoga! Hum abhi aa rahe hai. Do one thing send me the address of the hospital. We'll directly come there and you and Adith meet us there only okay?"
Getting her positive reply,I ended the call with a sigh. Pulling Ahana closer,I removed some piece of hair away from her face and whispered looking at her tired yet angelic face

"Jaan! Get up!"
And as usual, she didn't even wriggled a bit. Making her lie down straight on her back from my chest,I caressed her cheek trying again. This time a bit louder

"Ahana get up. Please uth jao jaan!"
She frowned fluttering her eyes and finally opened them to look at me. I smiled softly kissing her forehead and said

"Get up! We've to get going!"

"Randhir please. Sone dijiye,I am very tired!"
I almost melted looking at her pleading face which was looking like she would cry any moment but we had other things to deal with right now.

"I wish I could let you sleep but we've got a problem!"
My words make her scrunch her nose up in confusion and clearing which I said

"Ruhi has been taken to the hospital!"
As soon as she heard this,her eyes widened just like mine and mouth hunged open that left a gasp of shock.
I told her everything choti informed me and the only thing Ahana could say was

"I knew something was off with her but knew didn't it will be this serious to get landed in a hospital!"
I just agreed nodding my head and told her to get ready as we'll directly go to the hospital.

"But what are we supposed to wear? I mean we can't possibly wear yesterday clothes again since our family doesn't know where we exactly are!"
This was the question I voiced out but seems like my wife here came all prepared as she replied

"Actually I kept our casual clothes yesterday for being on the safer side. It's in the car trunk! We can wear that!"
Though I controlled myself but couldn't stop from saying

"Hell you did came all prepared!"

Her cheeks became red like cherry but without saying anything,she punched my arm as I said again

"You came all prepared to take advantage of your poor husband just because you couldn't control being away from me from so long right?"

"Randhir! Fuck you!"
Ahana cursed with a face so red and hot making her look so beautiful then ever while I laughed replying

"Well,you surely did!"
I winked and understanding the meaning of my words,she gasped cutely and ducked herself completely under the blanket and I laughed wholeheartedly.

"Get lost!"
She muttered from inside and chuckling,I wore my discarded clothes and going down took out the small duffle bag from the car trunk which consisted our clothes. Coming up,we both got ready as soon as possible and drove immediately to the hospital Ruhi was taken.

It took us ten to twelve minutes as we finally reached. The whole ride we both were quite yet Ahana had my hand in her grip while looking concious all the time. Asking the receptionist about Ruhi,we made our way to the sixth floor were she was in room number 339.

However as soon as we entered in the room,the scenario we saw wasn't something we anticipated on. Everyone, literally every freaking person in the room was grinning from ear to ear like a fool with Ruhi settled on the bed surrounded by them. What the actual hell is going on here?

"Aahmm!"
I fake coughed gaining there attention as everyone's eyes snapped in our direction. It seemed like seeing us made them more happy then they already were and everyone came and took us in a hug confusing us more than we poor souls were. I gave Ahana a look asking 'what is happening' while she made a face conveying 'how would I know'.

"Ummm would someone tell what happened and how is Ruhi?"
Finally I found my voice and raised the question to which this extra excited souls started chirping together while we didn't understand a single thing in hell.

"Guys stop!"
I whisper yelled putting a break on their continuous ranting and took a breath as they finally stopped.

"Aap log sab sath bolenge toh hume kaise samajh aayega? Aap log khush toh aise ho jaise duniya ka aathwa ajuba dekh liya ho!"
All smiled sheepishly finally looking calm and human at Ahana's words while Adith snickered and commented

"Aathwe ajube ka toh pata nahi but Sid ka pehla ajuba hai ye!"
Maa smacked his head for his choice of words while the others laughed. Sid gave Adith a murderous look while me and Ahana were still not able to grasp anything.

"You and Ahana are going to be chacha and chachi soon! Ruhi is pregnant!"
(Guys, Sid is Randhir's cousin elder brother which makes them uncle and aunty. If any doupt, then drop them down:-)
Swara dropped the bomb. No the shock. No the news and as soon as we processed this information,our mouth fell open and a large smile took over. Looking at each other,we ran hugging Sid and Ruhi making our family chuckle at our excitement. I gave Sid a tight hug patting his back because I know he dreamed of this always. For a family of his own and finally he was going to have one.

"Finally! Congratulations mere bhai!"
I said breaking the hug and he gave me the largest smile I've ever seen on him and it felt so good to see him this happy all because of Ruhi. Speaking of which I looked at her talking to my wife animatedly with a smile intact.

"This was the reason you were acting all weird from few days?"
Ahana asked Ruhi in a whisper however I heard it and lightly patting her cheek I said

"You had my wife all worried for you stupid!"

"Yeah! Well,I am sorry coz it isn't like you trouble her any less that even i added some to her misery!"
My mouth hung low on Ruhi's comeback while Ahana thought better to laugh it away. Shrugging I sat on the stool near the bed and said

"How is the unborn child going to cope up with your distinctive childish behaviour? Bhagwan ke liye usse apne jaisa matt bana dena!"
Ruhi gasped glaring at me and Ahana smacked my arm with an even sharp look. I surpassed my laugh when there was a knock on the door followed by the doctor coming in.

"Oh the whole family is here!"
He exclaimed with a smile making us all chuckle. Looking at the file in his hand,he called Sid saying

"Her reports are all normal Mr Malhotra. Because of stress she fainted as I said earlier but you have to take extra care of her now. No heavy work and no leniency in health. I have prescribed some vitamin tables for the time being and once you go back to mumbai, take your prenatal visits without any fail!"

Sid nodded thanking him and shaking hands, the doctor left.

"Haye waheguru ji ne meri sun li aur meri Ruhi ko maa banne ki khushi mil gyi. Ohhh mein dadi banne wali hu!"
We laughed at my mom's overexcited form when Adith stated with a lopsided grin

"Aap choti dadi bani ho aunty! Dadi banne ka sukh toh apko Randhir aur Ahana hi de sakte hai!"
My eyes widened at his comment and I glare at him who glared at me back. Everyone laughed shaking their heads while Ahana ducked her head down trying to hide the blush creeping up her cheeks making me smile biting my lips. Maybe soon. You know what I am talking about!

Soon we all left the hospital as today was mehendi ceremony and we had to start that too and see if everything is done for today or not. The way back home,both my and Ahana's mom were giving Ruhi instructions as what to do and what not to do making us smile.

"Ruhi, let's take you in the room. You should freshen up and have something to fill your stomach. The doctor said that you shouldn't do any recklessness with your health and after that sleep for sometime, your body will feel relaxed!"
Sid stated with all seriousness holding Ruhi's hand while we smiled at his care for her.

"Kya sleep for sometime? Aaj mehendi ceremony hai swara ki aur tum mujhe room mein band rehne ke liye keh rahe ho?"
Ruhi opposed pouting and glaring at Sid who in return glared at her replying

"For your kind information,you are not attending it. Bohot ache se janta hu tumhe. Ek pal bhi shanti se nhi rahogi aur uchal kud karti rahogi jisse tumhe aur mere baby ko hi taklif hogi. Toh no,you are not leaving the room at all!"
Ruhi whined snatching her hand from his hold and going towards mom made a crying face saying

"Ye koi baat hui? Shaadi attend karne aaye hai ki room mein rehne and no way in hell I am going to listen to you!"

"Ruhi! I don't want to argue on this okay?"
Sid deadpanned but Ruhi wasn't the one to take it.

"Not okay! Mom aap bolo na inhe aisa nhi karne! Mein bimaar thodi na hui hu and I want to enjoy all the functions!"
Ruhi held my mom's hand requesting her with her puppy eyes for help which she obviously got.

"Sid,she is right! Aise bimaar jaise treat nhi karna hai hame isse! Tum aise behave karoge toh isse irritation aur gussa aayega jo ki achi baat nhi hai. So let her do what she wants and let her enjoy every moment of this journey!"
Mom said making Sid understand while he sighed saying

"But maa....!"
Before he completes,my wife butted in immediately saying

"Relax Sid you don't have to worry so much. We'll all take care of her. She will just sit and enjoy without stressing herself and I'll make sure of that!"
I smiled at her words with the others and lastly Sid agreed. Finally we all moved to our rooms to get ready for the mehendi ceremony as already we are running behind time.

"Sid and Ruhi were looking so happy right?"
Ahana murmured holding my hand and looking into oblivion with a serene smile on her face once we were inside our room making me smile too. I moved facing her and slides my hands around her waist and nuzzling in her hair whispered

"Yes they were! Infact our whole family was looking so happy!"

"Hmmm! You know looking at them being this happy made me think what would their reaction be when they'll get to know about our child!"
As I heard her words,I stilled nuzzling in her neck and looking at her face, held her chin making her look at me in the eye,asking

"Are you...?"
Before I even complete, she shaked her head hitting my chest saying

"No of course not! I am talking about future! Jab bhi woh ye news sunenge toh kitne khush honge!"
I heaved a sigh shaking my head and again started peppering kisses on her face humming on everything as she talked.

"Sid was so worried for Ruhi and was taking care of her like she's a kid herself!"
She spoke adorably, wrapping her hands around my neck and caressing my hair while I hummed again

"Hmmm! Yes that she is!"
I moved my face on her left shoulder and sliding away the thin strap of the kurti she was wearing, started sucking the purple mark on her skin which was because of the bite from last night I gave.

"Issss! Randhir! Aap sun rahe hai meri baat?"
Ahana tried saying sternly but ended up moving close in my arms and holding me tight,taking deep breaths.

"Ji meri jaan,I am listening!"

I muttered actually not knowing a word she said and holding her waist by one hand,I pushed her left br**st upward from my other hand such that I could see the tattoo of my name spilling out of her kurti. Bending slightly,I kissed the tattoo on her heart tenderly before removing my tongue, licking and sucking it.

"Randhirrr!"
Ahana moaned threading her fingers in my hair and giving her br**st a squeeze and kissing it over the cloth,I faced her,who was giving a tough competition to cherries as she was all red. A chuckle left my mouth as I kissed her closed eyes making her open them immediately and she right away dashed in my arms, hiding her face in my neck. Smiling I held her close kissing her crown.

"Baby!"
I called as she still didn't leave me

"Hmm?"
She hummed asking me to go ahead as I said

"Is there any chance that we can have a bath together?"
She broke apart with a pout and whispered

"I wish I could say yes but you and I both know where it'll lead to and we can't afford being late right now for mehendi than we already are!"
I sighed knowing that she is right and nodded while she pecked my lips whispering

"Don't be sad please! I have an idea!"
I raised my eyebrows asking her to elaborate which she did saying

"How about after this day ends,in the night we have a warm bubble bath. You and me without any disturbance!"
Hearing her plan,my lips formed into a smirk and holding her flush against me stated

"Seems like my wife can't have enough of me huhh!"
Ahana smacked my chest flaring her nose with a whole red face.

"Itne bure hai na aap! Go to hell!"
Saying so she wriggled out of my arms and made her way to the bathroom while I shouted saying

"I will be waiting for tonight impatiently!"
And her reply made me laugh shaking my head.

"Impatiently wait karne se raat jaldi nhi aa jayegi!"

"Randhir woh Adith ke uncle aunty ko airport se pick karna tha toh koi gaya hai ya nahi?"
Sid asked coming to me as I was busy giving instructions to the manager for the lunch arrangements.

"Haa woh kabke aa gye hai aur unhe unke room mein settle bhi karwa diya hai."
And just giving a nod,he sprinted to what I believe is to do some or the other work like we all are. I tell you marriage is no joke. Meri shaadi mein bhi itne kaam nhi kiye jitne iss gadhe Adith ke liye karna pad raha hai par woh gadha hai bhi toh mera bestfriend so uske liye ye bhi sahi.

"Excuse me, aap logo ne abhi tak ye decorations puri nahi ki?"
I asked looking at the half done decoration at the entrance to the garden of our hotel were all the functions will take place.

"Sir we will complete it right away. It's almost done!"
Came the reply of one of the decorators while I sighed saying

"This part was supposed to be done first as it's the entrance. Mehendi is on going and still you guys are not done with it? Please finish it fast!"

They nodded continuing their work and I started making my way inside again only to see choti coming or more like running towards me in the lehenga more heavy than herself! Girls and their love for lehengas.

"Hippo, hippo jaise bhaag bhaag ke kyu aa rahi hai?"
I asked once she came close to irk her but she just twisted her face and completely ignoring my statement asked

"Bhabhi kaha hai?"

"Tumhari bhabhi ko meine last two hours pehle dekha tha Swara ke sath. Woh jaha tum saare ladies mehendi lagwa rahe the wahi thi!"
