You were looking in the bags sorting all the clothes you, well, mostly Mikasa brought.

To your knowledge, none of them, so far, were sweaters or oversized crewnecks. There were a few ripped jeans, cut tops, and some skirts, that you felt you didn't have the legs for.

Some were colorful and some had neutral tones.

They weren't things you would normally get but the change wasn't a bad thing.

You were almost finished sorting and placing the clothes in your closet. You only had one bag left.

This bag was different from the rest. No, it was not like the other bags. This bag was smaller than the others and it was black.

It piqued your interest.

I wonder what it is? You thought, genuinely.

You reached into the bag and felt a lacy piece of clothing. You pulled out the mysterious cloth and it revealed a white lace nightgown?

You held it in front of you and saw that it was basically see-through,

and open.

When the hell would I ever wear this?

Is that a bow?

Seriously, when did she have the time?

You were afraid to look into the bag again.

You heard the turn of the handle, and immediately stuffed the "thing", in its bag and pushed it to the side, out of sight.

When you look at the door. You see Levi standing in the doorway. His eyes weren't focused on you, thankfully. Instead, they were on the bags behind you.

You immediately realized how it looked, but you weren't going to dwell on it any further.

"Yes?" You say trying to get his attention.

He glanced at you before reaching for something in his pocket. He pulled out a small, black box, walked over, and handed it to you.

You take the velvet box and opened it, revealing a silver braided ring, embroiled in tiny diamonds. In the center of the ring was a beautiful aqua-colored diamond.

It's absolutely gorgeous.

"How did we go this long without rings?" You sigh. "I swear sometimes I forget about this arrangement."

"Maybe if your father hadn't opened your mouth to those stupid reporters, then we could've told them we were just dating, not planning to spend the rest of our lives together."

You nod your head in agreement. "If my father had handled his assets and hadn't time on unnecessary things, we wouldn't be in this mess."

"Idiot." You say.
"Dumbass." He says roughly at the same time.

You both look at each, kind of confused about what to say next. You were glad that you both could agree on something.

"Anyway, do you like it?" He asks.

"Yeah, it's fine." You said. "Thank you." You handed him back the small box.ย

He takes it and turns to exit the room.

Besides you still don't know a lot about him.

"Levi?"You call. "Can I ask you a question?"

He stopped, waiting for you to continue. Levi slightly turned his head to you. His sharp jawline sleek eyebrows and ivory skin were on display.

Damn.

"Uh, what's your, favorite color?" You sheepishly asked.ย

Seriously, Iย  couldn't think of anything else? You say to yourself, sighing internally.

Levi arched his brows, wondering why you decided to ask a random question at this moment.

"White, I guess." He stated.

"Oh, okay that-" You start, but your mind clicked to the mental image you took of the white, lacy lingerie from earlier.

Your ears were suddenly warmer than before. You looked down at your bed avoiding eye contact with him.

Levi noticed your slight change in demeanor.

What the hell? He thought. Y/n was fine a second ago, why is she acting weird?
Levi exited the room leaving you alone with your thoughts.

A few minutes later you went back to organizing the clothes in the rest of the bags.

You decided since you didn't have any use for it, you just place it back in the bag and return it later.

As you were stashing the bag away, you heard your phone ring. You look at the caller I.D and it showed Mikasa.

"๐™ƒ๐™š๐™ฎ."

"๐˜ฟ๐™ž๐™™ ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช ๐™จ๐™š๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ž๐™ฃ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™—๐™ก๐™–๐™˜๐™  ๐™—๐™–๐™œ?"
You could feel her grinning through the phone

"You think you're so funny." You replied.

"๐˜ฟ๐™ž๐™™ ๐™‡๐™š๐™ซ๐™ž, ๐™จ๐™š๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ž๐™ฃ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™—๐™ก๐™–๐™˜๐™ ?"She questioned, holding back her laughter.

Your face flushes a bright red from the sudden thought of Levi ever seeing you in that.

"He will never see what's in the bag." You clarify.

Mikasa started laughing and you scowled at her.

"Mr. L/n, Kenny Ackerman, sent a-

"Cash it in immediately!" He says without hesitation. He wasn't doing anything important, he was only staring out of a window from his 8-story building.

"Did you-

"Didn't you hear me?" He asked.

"Y-yes right away, Mr. L/n." Historia Reiss says, hurriedly leaving, so he didn't yell at her.

Sakurai leaned back in his chair and smiled. In a few hours, he was going to be a very rich man again.

For your father, that meant more parties more luxury cars, and expensive vacations.

I wonder how Y/n is. He thought. I should call her sometime, and see how she's doing with her new fiancee.

He kind of seemed like a dick but it isn't my problem.

Sakurai laughed.

Historia returned to her workstation on the 6th floor, with the feeling of defeat. She had been working for Mr. L/n for almost 3 months, and she still couldn't get through one sentence without him brushing her off.

"Why don't we just quit?" She asked."Everyone else has."

"Ymir, not everyone has quit."Historia insisted.

The brunette sits next to the blonde and places her hands on her desk. "You realize besides the janitors, we're the only employees here.

Historia sighed. "There's still Eld and Gunther on the marketing team and Marlo in accounting and Hitch-

"Historia we're the only people on this floor," Ymir explained. "And didn't Hitch quit?"

Historia shook her head no. Ymir was right, a lot of the employees working for your father had quit in the last 2 months. She didn't blame any one of them for leaving.

"Anyway, I still have work to finish, a CEO from some tech company, sent a check, I think," Historic said.

"A check? Why didn't it go to Marlo?" Ymir asked. Nothing went where it was supposed anymore. "How much is it for."

Historia reached into the packet the check came in and pulled it out. "Alright, it says 690 million-"
Historia's eyes shot wide open she looked to Ymir who had the same reaction as well.

690 million? She re-reads the words just to make sure she isn't dreaming.

"Holy Shit," Ymir exclaimed. "Historia look." Ymir pointed to the line for the Payee. It was written out to c/n. "We have to tell Marlo, and whoever else still works here."
