"Who's car is that?" Tyler asks as a red, very old Porsche pulls into the school parking lot. Wonder who that could be? I think I know...

"Stefan." I answer watching as he pulls up into a parking space and Elena heads towards him.

"How does he have that car?" Tyler is majorly jealous.

"I guess it was passed down through the Salvatore generations." I shrug not caring much about the car.

"Seriously? My parents would never give me that car." Tyler mumbles as we head inside the school.

"Maybe they wouldn't give it to you because they know you'll kill someone with it." I tease.

"Hey! My driving is so much better than yours." he argues.

"Please, I could be a driver from Fast and Furious I'm so good." I smirk as Tyler rolls his eyes. I look up and notice were already at Ric's room. "See ya later, I got to go to history." I walk into history and see Elena watching me intently. Oh yeah I didn't tell her I forgave Tyler last night. Oops.

I go and take my normal seat at the back, ready to fall asleep or pull out my phone.

Stefan walks in right before Ric who shuts the door behind him.

"This week we're going to set aside our regular curriculum for a lesson in local history. As we approach Founders Day. Apparently the community leaders feel that it's more important than Wold War II but hey, what do I know." Ric shrugs.

"Sorry I'm late." I look at the door surprised to see Bonnie. She hasn't came to school since her Grams died. She hasn't returned Elena or my calls either.

"Looks like we'll be at full occupancy today, welcome home Bonnie." Ric smiles. Bonnie smiles at Elena and I but it quickly disappears when she sees Stefan. Guess Bonnie still hasn't forgave Stefan and most likely Damon. I mean she really hates him.

I sigh and turn back to the lesson. Here we go...

--------------

"Bonnie, hey!" Elena calls out as we jog to where she's standing outside.

"Hey." she replies, not happy to see us.

"We tried to grab you after class but you had already taken off. How are you?" Elena asks concerned. "How's your family?"

"We're dealing, it's been hard." Bonnie sighs.

"Everyone here really missed you." I smile.

"Ya...I've just had so much to deal with after Gram's funeral and honestly after you told me the tomb spell failed. I just didn't really want to come back." Bonnie shrugs.

"I hope you understand why I called, I wanted you to know before you came home." Elena says.

"I understand why, I just shouldn't.......know." Bonnie answers frowning.

"I know it's been really hard but..." Elena gets cut off by Caroline's yelling.

"Bonnie, thank God your home." she runs up giving Bonnie a big hug. "I know we talked everyday but I miss you. How are you doing?" Caroline asks. I see Elena look over at Bonnie hurt. Bonnie only talked to Elena and I a few times, yet she talked to Caroline everyday.

"Better, it's better. You know, glad to be back. I just need to keep myself busy." Bonnie smiles.

"Well I can help with that. Major wardrobe meeting ASAP, you need to help me pick the perfect dress for the Founders Court." Caroline grins and I admit I get a little mad. Aren't I supposed to be her best friend?

"The Founders Court? Did I miss something?" I ask confused.

"Th Founders Court. You know, Miss Mystic Falls. They announced it today and you and I are both on it." she smiles. Oh yeah, I remember it now.

"Oh my God, we signed up for that so long ago. I completely forgot." I sigh.

"Wait so are you dropping out then?" Caroline asks hopeful.

"I can't." I sigh again. I really don't want to do it but I have to.

"No?" Caroline frowns really wanting me to drop out.

"Our Mom really wanted her to enter. She said it would be a great way for them to bound." Elena smiles sadly. I nod and look down at the ground. I have a bigger problem though. For Miss Mystic Falls you need an escort. Who should I invite Tyler or Damon?

--------------

I hesitate, not knowing if I should knock on the door. What if I made the wrong choice? I take a deep breath and knock on the door four times. He opens it, smirking when he sees me.

"Aria? What are you doing here?" he asks still smirking.

"Um....I need to ask you something.." I look at him nervously. He frowns obviously thinking something bad. "Don't worry it's nothing bad, I was just wondering if you would be my escort for Miss Mystic Falls?"

For a second he just stares at me, and I'm worried he will reject me. But then a big grin comes over his face. "Of course I'll go with you Aria, it's just I'm surprised. Everybody thought you would ask Damon Salvatore."

"Damon?" I manage to choke out. I was very close to inviting him though.

Tyler laughs, "Please Aria I've been your friend for a long time, so has Caroline. We can tell you two are in love."

"Love? Two?" I think my face is as red as a cherry by now.

"Yes, Aria, you always have been oblivious to those things. Everybody can tell you and Damon are in love." Tyler shrugs like it's not big deal.

"Well, everybody is wrong. Damon doesn't even like me, much less love me." I mutter then realize I didn't deny that I loved him. Stupid Aria.

"Are you blind Aria? He does anything for you." Tyler smirks. I roll my eyes and punch him hard in the shoulder.

"Shut up, asshole." I grumble not wanting to hear anymore, "So be at my house tomorrow at.......3, we have to go to some practice dance rehearsal." I sigh.

"I know, see ya then." he smirks and gives me a kiss on the cheek. I laugh and wave goodbye before heading back to my car. I head to the car but just stand there for a few moments. Tyler has to be wrong. Damon doesn't love me. Does he?

---------------

I look over at Tyler pained as we walk into the cafeteria for the rehearsal. He gives me a questioning look but it soon turns to a pained one when he sees his Mom.

"Tyler! Arianna! I'm so glad you two are back together." she smiles clapping her hands together.

"Mom!" Tyler groans, "I told you before, we're just friends."

"Oh please, I don't believe it for a second." she laughs like we're joking.

"Well, it's the truth." I point out causing her to stop laughing. She glares at me for a moment before her fake smile comes back.

"That's terrible news then, but we have to get started. Everyone, get in a line! Boys on the right and girls on the left!" she commands as everyone quickly jogs in line. Caroline smirks at me before taking her spot. I glare at her, hating how much she's into it.

"Honor your partner!" Mrs. Lockwood instructs. Tyler and I take a few steps towards each other, he bows a little, and I give a little curtsy. "Focus, right hand around." Tyler and I both put our right hand up, close to each other but not touching. We start to walk around in a circle, I know stupidest thing ever. "Flirt with your eyes!" Tyler and I both over exaggerate it causing me to laugh under my breath.

"Left hand around!" I sigh and put my left hand up, not touching his. Tyler is grinning but I'm just getting kind of annoyed.

"This is ridiculous." I tell Tyler who just grins more.

"Both hands around!" Mrs.Lockwood commands some more. I put both hands up and repeat the same stupid thing. Right as I'm about to go back into position, Tyler spins me around and dips me towards the ground. I laugh and grin not expecting it.

"Oh, no, no. no." Mrs. Lockwood yells running over to us, "There is no touching in this part, it's about the simple intimacy of the near touch." she smiles glaring hard at Tyler. "Very nice Amber." she complements. Amber smiles and says thank you, trying to win over one of the judges.

"If you ask me, the near touch is so overrated." Tyler leans in whispering.

"Oh really? So then why are you doing it?" I tease.

"Maybe I like my Mom commanding me how to dance." he smirks.

"Sure and I just came here because I like to walk around in circles holding my arms up." I smile sarcastically. He laughs and wraps an arm around my shoulders but quickly let's go.

"Sorry, forgot about the no touching part." he jokes.

I glare at him playfully, "You little rebel." he laughs and we start that boring ass dance again.

God, help us. Please. I beg you.

-----------------

I zip up the dress, finally done staring at it. I may not like this competition but the dress is really beautiful. Elena and Jenna helped me pick it out, I think we did pretty well.

I pick up my dress and head out of my room. I just have to get through today then I get to be done with it. I almost trip going down the stairs three times but I manage not to break my face or anything else for the matter.

At the bottom of the stairs, Ric runs up and takes my dress from me. "Thanks, I heard you were our driver today." I smile at him.

"Yup, I was stupid enough to volunteer." he jokes. I laugh and pat him on the shoulder. He is so in love my Aunt, it's not even funny. Elena walks down and smiles at us both.

"Hey, guys." she greets.

"Hey, um......how is Stefan doing?" Ric asks her out of the blue.

"Why?" Elena frowns.

"It's just, he seems on edge lately." Ric shrugs.

"He went through a lot, just like Aria. He was in bad shape for a while but he's bouncing back now." Elena smiles hopeful. Ric and I both look at her doubtful. I don't think he's getting any better based on what Damon has been telling me.

"Alaric, hey buddy." John greets very fakery walking into the room. Elena rolls her eyes and leaves the room why I just sigh.

"Haven't you left already?" I groan earning a smirk from him. Why can't he just get out of my house?!

"What are you doing here?" John questions Ric.

"I could ask you the same question." I smile with fake innocence and bat my eyelashes.

Ric laughs but answers John anyway, "Apparently I am the chauffeur."

"Oh, I thought I was driving." John frowns, awww, poor John. Not.

"No need, we'll go with Ric." Jenna smirks walking down the stairs looking sexy. Oh yeah, go girl.

"Are we ready?" Elena asks coming back into the room. Ric nods so we all start to head for the front door.

I turn around right before I leave, calling out to John. "Jeremy can ride with you."

--------------------------

"Thanks for helping me." I smile at Jenna as she fixes up my hair.

"Don't thank me until you're sure your hair isn't gonna burn off." she jokes, curling another piece of hair. My hair is naturally curly but there not all perfect spirals only some. It's quite annoying at times but hey, it's better than Elena's.

"You know I remember when my Mom and I were first applying for this. She was so excited." I smile at the memory.

"And you were dreading it, if I remember correctly." Jenna teases.

"I was and I still am, nothing has really changed. I don't like playing dress up and dancing elegantly with Tyler." I scoff.

"Well, it's too late for cold feet." Jenna frowns.

"It's not cold feet, it's just........I might not be dreading it so much if she were here." I whisper.

Jenna stares at me for a moment before quickly recovering, "Well, I'll tell you one thing. Your hair would have a better chance if she was."

I laugh, "I should probably go put my dress on." I start to get up but look back over at Jenna with the curling iron. "Be careful, don't kill anybody with that." I tease before heading off to get my dress.

I think I'm going the right way to the dressing room. This is a very big place almost bigger than Damon's which is saying a lot. I smirk in victory when I see the dressing room ahead of me.

Amber is pacing inside looking like she's about to shit herself. "Are you okay Amber?" I ask amused.

She laughs nervously, "I hate being the center of attention, I get panic attacks."

"Do you need some privacy to change?" I question.

"Actually, I'm just gonna go get some air." she says quickly before practically sprinting out the room. Alright then......

"Why was Amber running out of the room?" Elena laughs walking in.

"I promise it wasn't me, she's just having a panic attack or something." I shrug grabbing my dress off the mirror. I gasp and spin around when I see Damon's reflection in the mirror.

"Hey..." I trail off looking at the ground. I just keep thinking about what Tyler said.

"You can't be back here." Elena glares at him.

"We need to talk." he says very seriously for Damon.

"Does it has to be right now?" Elena gestures to my dress.

"Normally I would have a completely different outlook on what I'm about to tell you but since it will really inconvenience me, I'll......squeal." Damon almost winces.

"What are you talking about?" I ask nervously, Damon doesn't really get nervous.

"Stefan's still drinking human blood." he states, I frown and look over at a shocked Elena.

"What?" she whispers.

"Yeah, a month ago I would have rejoiced but with the council back on vampire alert, it's not a good time for Stefan to fly off the handle." Damon explains.

"I know he's a little edgy but he said that was normal." Elena argues refusing to believe it.

"He has a fridge full of stolen, blood-bank contraband in the house." Damon says slowly letting it sink in to Elena. Elena goes and sits down on the couch clearly in shock.

"Oh my God." she whispers having it finally sunk in.

"He doesn't know what normal is, his entire existence isn't normal. Normal to a vampire is drinking human blood but he's spent all this time fighting it when he should have been controlling it. And now it's controlling him instead." Damon explains.

"I can't believe this is Stefan, good old Stefan. I mean come on, it just doesn't sound like him." I say.

"Stefan on human blood Aria, he'll do anything, he'll say anything, because he's not gonna want to stop." Damon looks at me seriously. "Trust me." he says to both Elena and I.

Elena stands up and starts pacing, "This is all my fault, I'm the one who fed him the blood in the first place." the door opens and Elena immeaditly goes silent.

"Uh....what's going on in here?" Stefan asks.

"Just filling Elena and Aria in on your extra circular activities." Damon shrugs.

"What are you talking about?" Stefan lies.

"We know about the blood Stefan." Elena glares. Elena looks over at me then back to Stefan, "Come on, let's take this to another room. Aria is going to be late." Elena walks out dragging Stefan with her. I look over at Damon and find him staring at me intently.

"I made the wrong choice." I blurt out.

"What?" he asks confused. I look at him in his tuxedo and can't help but smile.

"I made the wrong choice about my escort. I wanted it to be you, I guess I was just to stubborn to admit it." I smile sadly.

"It's never to late Aria." Damon smirks before leaving the room. I frown wondering what he meant by that. I don't think it can be good though. I shake my head and walk over to my dress, taking it out of the bag. It's a long blue dress, that is pretty tight fitted. (It's the same dress Elena wore in this episode. Thought it would fit Aria pretty well.)

I put it on quickly and look at my reflection in the mirror. My bangs are pulled back with a clip so there not in my face. I just have one loose curl hanging next to my eye. I think my Mom would be proud of how I look.

I walk out of my dressing room and run strait into Caroline. She looks good with her hair slightly curled and her pink dress. "Hey, Care." I smile.

"Hey! Aria! You look super good." she exclaims.

"Not as good as you, Miss Mystic." I smirk knowing she's going to win. She laughs and rolls her eyes as we all get into a line at the top of the steps.

"Miss. Tina Fell escorted by Bartholomew Whitmore." Mayor Lockwood announces as Tina walks down the steps with a gigantic fake smile. I lean over the railing and panic when I don't see Tyler standing down there.

"Has anyone seen Amber?" Mrs.Lockwood asks looking around. Caroline and I both shake our heads.

"Hey, do you see Tyler down there?" I ask Caroline who walks over and leans down.

"No, just my boring fill in escort." Caroline mumbles

"What happened to Matt?" I frown.

"They wouldn't let him out of work." Caroline sighs. "Wait, what happened to Tyler?"

"I don't know, I haven't seen him. I don't know....What am I doing? I never should have gone through with this." I shake my head, suddenly feeling really nervous.

"What do you mean?" Caroline questions.

"I need to find Elena, this isn't me. I was never this person." I start to walk away but Caroline stops me.

"No! Wait! You had your chance to drop out and believe me I was all for it because there's no way I can beat you. Aria, you're doing this because it was important to your Mom." Caroline smiles causing me to smile with her. Caroline is a really good friend even though she can have her moments.

"Miss. Caroline Forbes and her escort Jeffery Lockwood Hamilton." Mayor Lockwood announces. Caroline grins and gives me a small wave before heading down the stairs. I smile as I watch her walk down, she deserves to win this.

"Arianna, honey, you're next." Mrs.Lockwood gestures me to come over to her. I take a deep breath and walk over to her.

"Miss. Arianna Gilbert escorted by Tyler Lockwood." I put on my best fake smile and start descending the steps. My smile soon fades though when

I don't see Tyler standing down there. Damon comes from out of the crowd and steps in his place. Err, that sneaky bastard.

I walk down and take his hand, "What did you do to Tyler?" I whisper to him. I know he had something to do with this.

Damon gives me a smirk before looking back ahead of him. I can't believe he is doing this. We walk out into the little square and take our spot in the line, just like I did at rehearsal with Tyler.

I step towards him and do a little bow as does he, "What did you do to him?!" I ask again.

"He's fine." Damon whispers as we step away from each other. We put our right hands up, a few centimeters away from each other. We walk around in a slow circle, staring at each other intently. Once were around, we start again with the left hand but this time a small smile comes across Damon's face. I stare into those beautiful blue eyes, getting lost in them.

We hold up both hands and go around in the last circle, I think I'm blushing.

After were done we all stand back in line, Damon smiles and puts his arm around my waist, holding my hand in his. I put my arm on his and hold his hand.

Damon knows the dance much better than I do, so he leads me easily. I smile as we continue to dance. I can't look away from those blue eyes, I'm so lost in them. He smiles at me and you may even say lovingly. No, he wouldn't look at me like that.

I smile back at him enjoying his moment so much. I know I'm in love with him but....I don't think he feels the same way.

Damon lets go of me and steps back into line, I unwillingly step back in line also. I don't want this moment to be over.

-----------------

Everyone claps as Mayor Lockwood walks up on stage. "Where's Amber?" Caroline whispers to me.
