Yes:
-UNSC forces will still be occupying Atlas but won't be spread out too thin. UNSC-Friendly Atlas will permanently stay loyal to the UNSC. Also, uncover UNSC agents will be monitoring and spying within UNSC-Friendly Atlas to weed out and eliminate any inside threats with extreme deadly force.

All votes for yes.

No:
-UNSC forces will be spread out too thin. A big chance of rebellions by Atlas Loyalists. Disloyalty to the UNSC in secret by UNSC-puppeted Atlas.

Zero votes for no.

We got a winner. Yes wins.

One more vote (Sorry if I do this but I like to let people decide on what they want on this story.)

The Kingdoms of Vale, Vacuo, and Mistral has seen or heard of Atlas' defeat at the hands of the UNSC. The kingdoms fear the UNSC will attack them next but Ozpin believes the UNSC should send one person from the UNSC to Beacon as act as representative plus it will show the kingdoms that they have no need to feel threatened by the UNSC. Jaune, even though he doesn't want to go to Beacon, decided to act as the representative since Jaune was more familiar to Beacon than those within the UNSC and that none one within the kingdom

(I don't have the best ideas sometimes.)

Vote:

Jaune goes to Beacon to act as a representative.
-The Kingdoms won't be hostile to the UNSC. Friendly relations and peace.

Jaune doesn't go to Beacon to act as a representative.
-The Kingdoms will be hostile and will mobilize their own militaries. A potential war will start with the UNSC and Pro-UNSC Atlas against the other Kingdoms on Remnant. Basically, a pointless war may break out soon.

(I got no ideas.)
