It hasn't been 15 minutes yet but Dr. Kim returned as Hoseok was his Top priority. So between every few patients, while making his rounds, he would make sure to check up on the situation until Hoseok's water would break.

"Any progress?" He asked after being granted permission and walking into the room.

"No its stayed the same." Yoongi responded when Nurse Park walked in behind him.

"I see. Well we're gonna have an ultrasound and see how the babies are doing." They nodded their heads. Yoongi holding his hand and running his fingers through Hoseok soft hair. They saw the three upside down as they were ready to come into the world. They're heart beats strong and they seemed still as if they were sleeping or wondering what was going on outside of their "mother's" warm womb.

Next he went between hoseok's leg and lifted the blanket. Yoongi a bit too close and so Hoseok pulled the holder's arm towards himself. Dr. Kim measured his dilation which had only increased by nearly .2 cm. Odd. No doubt that omega's labor was different but even for an omega it was odd.

"Looks like everything is going well. With in the next half an hour or hour they should get shorter and once its to about 2 minutes just call me and I'll be here." He hoped this would happen. Having the couple stay calm was the only thing he could do.

"Thank you, Dr. Kim." Hoseok smiled at him after the blanket was pulled back over his legs.

"It's my job. There's no need to thank me." Taehyung gave Hoseok's hand a small squeeze before walking out with the nurse.

Another hour had passed but the contractions hadn't gotten smaller instead they increased in time. Each one taking now 12 minutes. Still as painful as ever. Yoongi had found it odd. He was sure that Hoseok had dilated to 10 cm now maybe even more. So why did it seem like they were going backwards instead of forwards? He stepped out of the room to find Nurse Jimin outside of the room. He asked if he could speak to Dr. Kim and that it was alright for Jimin to stay inside the room with them. Hoseok would love some extra company from a friend.

"Jimin!" Hoseok smiled then winced as s contraction was on its way.

"Hi Hoseok." Hoseok took his first breath shacky and with the help of Jimin's instructions he breathed comfortably. The contraction sizing.

"On a scale from 1 to 10, how do they feel?"

"Is there a larger scale?"

"No I'm sorry."

"Oh okay. 10," he paused "times four."

"Are they that bad?"

"Yeah. I feel like crying every time but I can't because then I can't breath properly. I feel like I might pass out."

"Actually, omega's tend to be the strongest while going through labor. They stay up even hours afterwards. Usually the betas pass out and we have to wake them up quickly. Sometimes even the alpha partners pass out and its the funniest thing. Who knows that might be you Yoongi." Jimin giggled as did Hoseok while Yoongi just smiled. Right. As if he'd pass out. Hoseok won't even let him see. "Its also one of the reasons we don't allow the partner in. They tend to be weaker at moments like this. I don't really understand why but that's how it is. I'm glad our rules allows us to."

They continued to talk about the small things with a a couple contractions in between before Dr. Kim had returned.

"How is everything?"

"Fine," Yoongi answered "but the intervals have increased and it doesn't make any sense."

"Looks like we'll have to do another ultrasound and see what's going on."
Hoseok nodded his head as his eyebrows furrowed in worry. Hoseok rubbed his tummy while Yoongi kissed the top of his head to try and comfort him. "They're cubs." Taehyung said surprised as to this being rare amongst pregnancies.

"What do you mean they're cubs?"

"It means that with in the last hour they shifted into their wolf form unconsciously and so your body isn't reacting properly as you're not meant to give birth to them. You're going to have to shift as well. Or a c-section but we're aware of the fact that you don't want that. But having you shift could be risky as well. Anything could go wrong and those possibilities increase by 3%. Even though it seems small it can mean any number of things. Please rethink your decision but don't take too long. The longer we wait the more danger your pups will be in."

"Okay." Hoseok nodded his head with glossy eyes as worry began to engulf him. It had been so long since he shifted into his wolf form that he wasn't sure he would be able to do it again. The possibility of something going wrong would increase but he knew that c- section was out of the question. He didn't think there was anything wrong with it, he was just afraid that he wouldn't wake up. He's had terrible nightmares about it and even though he knew it was illogical he was still too afraid to do it. "I'll shift." Hoseok's response didn't take long. It didn't even seem like he considered his options. This terrified Yoongi but he was going to respect Hoseok's wishes and pray to the Moon goddess herself.

"Are you sure you can do this?" Yoongi cupped Hoseok's cheeks and looked him directly into his eyes.

"Yeah. I'll be fine." Hoseok smiled with a sniffle and leant into Yoongi's warm hand. He kissed his palm and Yoongi whipped a tear. What ever was going on in Hoseok's head, he hoped Hoseok would tell him. He sat up and removed the hospital gown feeling embarrassed to have to be seen naked. Only a few stretch marks to be seen on his hips as he was sure to take good care of his skin.

Hoseok had shifted, his brown almost red fur shinning along with the odd white spots on his ears and paws. This was the first time Yoongi had seen him in his wolf form. He smiled largely at how beautiful the wolf in front of him was. He had never imagined Hoseok's fur to be so vibrant and so alpha like. Maybe this was why most omega's could pull off as young alpha's.

"You're beautiful." Yoongi just blurted what came to mind. He didn't have much self restraint when it came to complementing the omega. He liked teasing the younger and watching how he flushed, stumbled over his words, and his overall cute actions. Hoseok would be blushing but his wolf form didn't allow that. Yoongi knew though by the way that Hoseok seemed to shyly turn his head. Another hospital bed being pushed in, the omega laid down on the beds that were lowered to the floor.

"Thank you." Hoseok responded, only to be heard between their link.

"I think I'll stay here." Taehyung said as he stayed sitting in the chair and pushing the ultrasound monitor away from himself. The pups could come at any moment now.

Yoongi sat on one of the beds up towards Hoseok's head. He continued to run his hands through the soft brown fur, soothing Hoseok. His eyes were closed and he laid on his side. His ears twitching at small sounds or when Yoongi would run his fingers in the perfect spot. Small talk exchanged between the two as Yoongi kept checking in on him and giving words of encouragement.

Not even 10 minutes had passed when Hoseok whimpered.
