We were all sat in the living room. Asmodeus sat in a chair on his own since my mates thought it would much safer for me to sit crowded by them. I was on Finn's lap with Nik and Kol on either side of me and Elijah sat in a chair directly next to the couch we were sat on.

"So you're really Asmodeus? King of Hell? One of the Seven Deadly sins?" Kol asked, unable to hide the slight giddiness in his voice. It's not everyday you meet someone in charge of torture and sins. And Kol being the most sociopath of the group, he was vibrating in excitement. Like he was in the presence of a celebrity.

"I am- though I prefer to go by Ashmedai." My father told us, his unworldly eyes looking right at me. "You look just like your mother." He complemented. Finn wrapped his arms around me tighter, showing he wasn't comfortable with the gaze of my father on me.

"She looks nothing like you." Nik growled out. Ashmedai looked over at my tribrid mate, a brow raised and a smirk on his face.

"Oh she actually does- but not on the outside." I frowned at him confused.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Nik growled back. He was not happy with having this man in his house whatsoever.

"It means that I can feel the demon in her." His eyes looked back over to me, a look of pride on his face. "Half Siren. Half Demon. A beautiful formula for chaos." His hands clapped together, clasping as he leaned forward in his seat. "I'm not here to remove you from your current life, Octavia." He assured which caused Finn to relax slightly. "But I would like to be in your life like I should have been. Your mother took that from me- Please don't take even more." His eyes flickered down to the swollen mass of my stomach where my hands and Finn's laid.

"I don't even know you. You could be lying to me." Ashmedai shook his head at me instantly.

"I may be on the darker side of things, but I'm still a bit of Angel. Angels don't lie. We extend the truth if anything. But never lie." He assured. He seemed to be sincere. But I was not the greatest at reading people. "Just- a chance, okay? I've been cleaning up after you since I found you. Without me, you'll expose yourself to the world."

"What do you mean? You just now are showing up.." My brows crinkled in the middle.

"You willingly gave your blood to humans. Demon blood. If I hadn't of been there then it would have been a big mess."

"What does Demon blood do?" Elijah spoke up in question. "You speak like it would stand out to Humans in some way- they can't even decipher the difference between Vampire blood and their own." He made a good point. But it made my father look a bit insulted.

"Our blood is very different compared to... Vampires blood. Your blood has been diluted by Humans for century's. My blood is pure. Octavia's blood is pure." My father nodded at me.

"But I'm half Siren as well. So my blood is not completely pure." I mentioned. He only shook his head to that.

"Siren's have pure blood as well. They were created as a descendant to Demons. Directly." He explained simply.

"But I thought they were made from Birds and humans?" Kol was the one to question that. My dad laughed, shaking his head.

"Humans made that up. They make up a lot, don't they? I mean, you all don't spark and repel from garlic and crucifixes, right?" I snorted at it since Kol had said he wanted to sparkle at one point. "Most of the books on Demons and Sirens are false. It's best you learn from the source- didn't your mother teach you about yourself?" I cringed at that, pulling my lip in between my teeth.

"I was never told about even being a siren." I admitted. My father looked at me in shock. Disappointment and slight anger enveloping him.

"She didn't- You're kidding me, right? Your mother-" He let out a dry laugh, seemingly holding in his true anger as he took deep breaths. "That woman hid you not only from me, but from your true identity." He seemed to release his tongue as he slipped into a foreign language. "איך היא מעזה לעשות לך את זה!" He snapped, the words rolling off his tongue so fast that I had no time to even pretend to translate it. Not like I could. I didn't know the language.

"She thought she was protecting me." I tried to calm him down, but his eyes even seemed off. Glowing slightly with an electrical feel to them. Black smoke swirling around him angrily. Finn held me closer to him, afraid Ashmedai would lash out from his anger as he was currently pacing back and forth a bit.

"She was protecting you? Protecting you from what?? If anything she took that from you too! How can you be expected to protect yourself if you don't even know how to use your strength? Your powers? What about your wings? Do you even know how to control them? How to fly? You should be able to teleport too, with the shadows. But you wouldn't know that either." He ranted off. Anger rushing his words out quick and showing how fatherly he truly was. He had never been given the chance to be a father and yet here he was, panicking over how she was unable to truly protect herself or be who she is supposed to be.

"We protect her." Nik spoke up. My father paused his rant, turning his icy gaze onto the brave wolf. "We would never allow her to be harmed in any way."

"Oh? How amazing you all are at that as well. I got in this house so easy that I didn't even have to raise a finger." He lifted a hand that had a ring weighing it down. "I could take her away from you all without even being seen." I could feel the anger in my mates at the threat my father had given.

"So then teach me then." I spoke up. All attention gravitated to me. Finn tensing behind me. My father raised his brows at me.

"Teach you?" He repeated. I nodded.

"Yeah. You wanted to be a father. You want to be there for me. Then teach me. Be the father you should have been. You wanted to be." He looked over to my mates.

"And you would all be okay with that?" He asked. I could tell he didn't honestly care what they had thought, but was being polite probably for my benefit.

"If it's what Octavia wants." Elijah spoke up as Nik was glaring and Kol had looked like he was about to complain about something. I smiled over at Elijah in relief.

"Alright. Then that's what I'll do then. Teach you."
