Ava's POV

Just like that

Easily got the approval from his majesty.

A step to the throne.

I hummed as I moved to the royal library.

As I opened the doors of the royal library , a grey thick smoke immediately blew right in front of my face.

My face was now covered with dust and my breath turns smoke. I walked into the library as I coughed.

"Oh Ava. You actually made it!" I looked around the dirty library until I spotted 3 figure standing among the smoke , thanks to their eyes.

There's Leif , Rhys and Noi.

"What the heck just happen?"I questioned while Leif wiped the dust on his face and cleaned his white hair. "Well , Rhys said he wanted to try out the Veritas mirror,  we did succeed making it. But...."

"We kinda of blew up the place. Hehe."giggled Noi while helping Leif to finish his sentence and wiping the dust on his shirt.

"Oh yeah...Won't Lady Grandma gone furious for all of this?""All we need to do is to clean up the place before she comes back from the royal meeting of crowning you royal then your marriage with Prince Asch. She had the meeting since last moon."said Rhys with a smile on his handsome face.

"Well , let me take a look of your creation." "H-Hey! It's not done yet!"I dodged from Leif wide up arms and faced to the Veritas mirror. It has vine shaped frame and a simple oval shaped mirror. It doesn't seem like some special magical mirror.

Right I was about to offend , I sensed a strong energy pulling my body with soul into the mirror. Right I opened my eyes , I found myself in a black square shaped dimension.

"Welcome , I'm. Veritas. Mirror. of. truth. What. would. you. like. to. know?" A robotic voice echoed around the room , giving me some shivers in my spine.

What would I had the most interest to know?...Hmm....

"You. could. talk. about. love. something. about. past. a message. from. your. past. self. But. everything. was. yours. to. decide."

"The 2 unknown humans in my dream." "With. delight." As the voice gone silenced , the square shaped dimension had turned into the street where I met the burnt scar human.

"Can't you just leave me alone?" "But Mrs. Frollo requested me to be your handywoman for 1 month until you know every place in school." I turned and found my human self chasing after the human girl. "Come on , _____. Open up!""Couldn't you just leave me alone for a second?!" She pulled my grip away from her wrist.

The human me gone speechless for her yells. As the human crossed the road without me , a speed driving vehicle drove towards her. Human me immediately jumped to her and pushed her to the other side while hugging her tightly.

The human looked at human me who's eyes were remained shut. She smiled and pat on the head. "Hey , you're still gonna hug me? We're still alive , Ava. You still gonna continue hugging or...." Human me quickly lift up her head and looked at the unknown lady with her eyes shined up.

"You finally talked!""Well , I ain't a mute one." She said and giggles echoed in my head. I can feel how much happiness were spawned in my human me head....

For some reason , I saw...the human.... glitching.....to...a another one....with brown wolf ears , a string of three beads on her forehead , wearing torn sleeved shirt.....

Petalyze

I freaked out and collapsed onto the ground as the vision disappeared.

"Still. Proceed? You. seem. to. be. panick. by. the. memories." "Proceed Veritas , I want to know more about them." I said while getting back up again and said in the air.

"Like. wise. Be. careful." As she spoke , another vision appeared. I found human me was leaning against the locker door sobbing. "*sob**sob*" "Hey. You good?" As human me lift up her head , she found the human with scars on both cheeks had been standing in front of her.

"You know some pretty missies like you shouldn't be crying." She said while sitting right next to human me and patting my back.

"Leave me be. I'm disgraced. No one wants to be friend with me." Such a negatively human being. "Hey cheer up. Let me teach you a way to get rid off the naughties." She said which caught human me's attention.

"Why don't we become school buddies , so they doesn't have any chances to bully you anymore?" "Hey what about me? That's so rude leaving me back , Ander."said the burnt scar human who popped out from nowhere.

Ander?

That's-?

But I thought-

"You're counted among us , Emo." "Don't call me that in public , Nerd." "You just call out my nickname , how rude. Right , Shortie Potato?" As Ander said , human me grabbed her biology textbook and ran after the two while trying to smack them.

I'm confused....

How come-

I thought-

Two sudden glitch images formed on my retina. One was the werewolf earlier and the other one has deer shaped curved horns and blue glasses. If they can't see the tail , she might be mistaken as a Daemos.

They continued glitching , reaching out their hand to me. I closed my eyes , yelling "Don't touch me!" As I yelled , I'm back to the room.

"Still. proceed?""There's more?" "Indeed. If. you. like. to. have. a. break. from. here. we. may. stop. our. journey. here." Ugh,  she really talks slow enough... "It's. my. system. I. dislike. talking. in. such. speed." Oh yeah , she gets to hear my mind. "Proceed , Veritas. I'm watching."

Next vision was proceeded.

Rhys's POV

As we planned , Ava had entered the mirror. The mess of the royal library was all worth it.

Leif was right with a point

Curiosity of Ava indeed caused her stubbornness.

After bringing the mirror to Prince Asch's throne room , observing with the others , we do found a lot of secrets about Ava as her human in the past.

She's friendless

She's alone

Until she met other humans

That appeared to be

Lupine

And

A Daemos

"Did Ava had any relationship to do with Ream and Petalyze?"asked Noi. "She doesn't remember,Noi. She remember the present. That's why we're here. Hoping for more answers."

"Oh...."answered Noi in a quite low tone.

"But I'm curious. Why would a Daemos will be on the same line with the Reams?""Well , obviously she's a traitor!"said Asch while smacked his arm on the throne.(Just gonna make like Father like son , ain't I? )

"Here it comes. Her third vision."said Leif who officially caught all of our attention onto the mirror.

Ava's vision was focused on a female human who's flying in the air with a wooden board under her same looking shoes of Asch's human outfits. She's wearing a black hat like Noi's human outfits , several earrings hanging on her ear and a cross shaped necklace around her neck.

" _____, we should go by now. We'll be caught anytime.""You ain't fun , Ava. Shouldn't you be enjoy the fun of getting caught? Besides , how worst could it be to be found skipping class?"

"Eh...skipping class? That's totally not Ava.""I know , probably it was the human's trick. She lured her to this."I answered. I know Ava doesn't do such bad stuff.

"Well , first of , if we got found , we'll be sent to detention. Then , the principal meet our damn parents." said human Ava while the female human stopped flying and patted human Ava on the head.

"Trust me would ya? I have been skipping classes since the first day in High school." said the female human confidently. "Ava! _______! We finally found you two! Better be good girls and head to the principal room with us!" The vision turned to two male who seem to be elder than Ava. The vision was suddenly lifted up and she seem to be flying.

Turns out it was the female human who had Ava carried on her back and flying on her board. "___! What are you doing!? We really should head back!" "Ava! I'll be sick if I head back to the biology class which it's now!" "Hm...That's a deal. Fly my friend!" giggled Ava while the board gone even faster.

"Sure that the two girls will fall." mocked Leif. All of us glared him angrily for cursing Ava.

Like what he predicted

The vision next moved to a white hallway and Ava's arms was wrapped with bandages. The vision soon turned to the female human with a plaster on her cheek and bandages on her neck.

"Are you alright , Ava?""Mhm , I will give an better explanation to my parents. They couldn't let me loss a friend." The human seem shocked when she heard Ava called her a friend.

"Hmph , wanna have some more fun next time?""You bet!" Once again , a glitch of a grey skinned female human appeared in our eyes. She has teal blue hair that was tied in a tall ponytail. Her skin was found shiny and with stripes with dots.... She was dressed in a blue tight shirt with black tight pants , that perfectly shown the shape of her chest and curves. There were black handcuffs with chains hung against with a black silver belt around her waist and thigh length heels.

Her dark teal blue pupil was colliding in her eyes as they aimed at us.  She seem to noticed our spying progress , as her eyes glowed into dark red and caused a slightly shatter of Veritas. In fast speed , her right arm formed a weapon , pointing towards the mirror before a blue glow blasted towards us.

Soon , the vision's gone.

"Time's. up. It's. time. for. you. to. go. back."said Veritas back in the mirror. "I'm not done with the last person. I'm not going back to Daemos." "The. mirror. had. faced. a. crack. which. might. cause. an. inaccurate. circumstances. like. death." said Veritas with a bit of glitch beneath her tone.

"I said PROCEED!!!" We weren't blind for whatever we saw. We saw Ava spawned a fireball in the air , causing another small crack on the mirror. "W-What's wrong with Ava?!" "She just...." I was still in a freaked mode until I noticed a necklace around Ava's neck.

4 gems lighting up her vision.

Those gems were Petalyze's main elements.

Why did she have them anyway?

"Y-Yes. As. You. Command." The last vision was appeared.

Human Ava was facing towards a book , scribbling the paper until a hand snatched her book , causing her to gone furious.

"Hey!_____!Give it back to me!""Let me see what are you doing during Mrs.Frollo's class?" said a male human who's clearly taller than her a lot. "Give it back!""No- Ouch! What in the world was that for?!" "Ain't any stupid boys had my permission to bully her! Cause I'm the only one who had this ability to do so." said another male human with his hair covering by his bangs , snatched over Ava's book and scolded the human.

"Here.""Why are you even helping me?" Ava said while grabbed the book that boy handed over. "Cause only I could do so....Stupid Potato." He said while ruffled on her raven hair. "You-!" mumbled Ava but she stopped arguing with the man while the male giggled for her courage.

The male glitched to a Lupine with a gold tight hoop hair band around his head , charcoal colour tied ponytail hair with mixed dark red , bumblebee colour eyes , a staff behind his back in black colour with golden tips on either side. He's wearing red armour with golden shade , not wearing a top , revealing his muscular trained chest.

I thought- No , we all thought this is the end.

The last glitch

Ava was supposed to come out any second.

Until....

"Veritas! Where are you?!" Ava called out her name as she knew time to go. "Warning. Unknown. Vision. Insert.." As Veritas mirror gone silent , the main 4 glitch surround Ava in a square shape.

They continue glared Ava while glitching to each of the another them.

Ava was terrified of what she saw. "I-I shouldn't got in here. C-Clearly it was incomplete."She said with some shivers in her tone.

"Ava's in trouble! We must help her!"yelled Noi who tried to bust into the mirror. "Noi! Stop this nonsense! You might-!" Right I was about to stop this ridiculous action of Noi , he had banged his face onto the mirror cause more cracks on the mirror.

"A-Ah...It's an accident!"said Noi. "If she can't get out from that mirror , you're the one and only to blame." said Leif while grinned his shark teeth.

"Ava...You don't remember me? This... battle partner of yours?""I don't know who are you! I feel like I had been forgetting someone!" Our eyes moved back to mirror , found Ava talking to the Daemos...

"You did , Ava. I know but...You had powers stronger than Emo. You're the only one to defeat her.""What are you even talking about?!" yelled Ava as the Daemos formed a mirror in front of her. "Look closely....And you'll know..."

The vision brought us to the mirror , looking at Ava's reflection. She start glitch....

From her actual human self...

To her Daemos disguised self.....

To someone.....We don't know who...

She had golden bracelets around her wrist , she's wearing a white dress with a dark blue cloak and a gold trim to her waist. The vision lifted up and Ava has glitched to a human with her hood , white angel wings and white glowing eyes.

We're all shocked seeing this scene.

"What in the heck was that?!""Don't know."answered Pierce. "Rhys. Get Ava out from the Veritas mirror." I looked at Asch with a face of worries.

"Now tell me , "

I turned to the mirror as Asch ordered.

"What are you going to do.... ,"

I casted a spell and reached after Ava by grabbing her arm through transparent spell.

"Irene?"
