Maliki's pov.

Opening the door to the mansion,
Liu kisses my cheek and runs off. I walk to the stairs, where Ann walks up to me.

"How much of the poison did you use? I'm hoping you used all of it." She said with her hands on her hips.

I handed her the small empty bottle, much to her delight.

"Thank you, Darling. I'm happy to have helped you on that task." Nurse Ann said, before turning around and climbing up the stairs.

I sighed and went up to my room, feeling the bruise. I climbed into bed, eager to fall asleep, when I felt something else. It was a person. I turned the lamp on, and saw Benny. She was asleep already, so I turned off the lamp and fell asleep.

When morning rose, I left the mansion before breakfast, leasing a note on the table to excuse my absence. I was going to find that woman who left me to die. The one who abandoned me. I was going to find my mom. Tracking my way through the forest, I start to get angry. Violent. Outraged thinking of all the memories I had with her. The good times. If only she didn't cower out and leave me with... him.

"At least I met Slenda and the others." I say out loud.

After a few minutes of walking through the woods, hear the unmistakable roar of car engines in the distance as the tops of buildings come into view.

"I wonder of the people at my school would still recognize me." I wonder, looking down at myself.

I've gained weight and built a lot more muscle. I've also grown a few more inches since then. Best not to risk it, though.

Running across the road to the city, I think to myself.

"Who would know where she ran too... a relative? Uncles, aunts... Parents..." I think to myself, starting to walk down the street to the apartment complex.

I didn't walk their for any reason. I just didn't want to arouse suspicion. I didn't want to just stand in one spot. I kept thinking of any leads.

"Hmm... maybe I'll find something in that guys house." I thought, thinking of the time Slenda and I looked for clues.

I made my way across the city and seen the house. It looked unkept, probably because I killed the owner. I step up to the door and push it open. Water flowed from the opened door and the stench of decay slapped me in the face making me vomit. I wiped my mouth and entered the house, closing the door behind me.

"God damn it. It fucking reeks in here." I say, grabbing a bottle of air freshener.

I didn't know if it would work or not, but I had to try something. I sprayed the air around me, and it became tolerable. Barely tolerable. I knew the smell would worsen the closer I got to the corpse, so I walked up the stairs instead, to check out the rest of the house. I used the bottle of air freshener to keep me from puking again, and looked through the different rooms. A storage closet, a couple of guest rooms and a master bedroom. This guy was probably loaded. Searching his bedroom, I found a few old phones that had relatively no damage to them.

"Lucky me." I said, tossing them into the backpack I brought.

I continued searching around, stealing some movies that looked interesting. Adding Theft to my list of crimes. Next to murder and home invasion of course. I opened his closet, which was a big red flag. Inside were a bunch of pictures of the same woman. It was my mother. He had a shrine of her in his closet. This was beyond messed up, and this is coming from a serial killer/possibly cannibal. I then saw a picture of her in front of a big white house. She was standing next to a smaller boy. I knew who it was. Tyler.

"The plot thickens." I say out loud, studying the details of the house.

I took the picture and stuck it into my bag, slinging it over my shoulder. On the way out of his room, I also grabbed a video camera. Mine now motherfucker... who knows. He probably shagged her. I went through the other rooms, taking whatever I fucking wanted. Who was going to stop me from looting this abandoned house? I went downstairs, the bottle of air freshener was half gone by now. I stormed through his house, looking for the back room where I killed him, eventually finding it. The smell was foul, ten times worse than the the upstairs. His rotting carcass was bloated and floating on the ankle deep water. I turned off the sink and grabbed the most likely waterlogged phone, noticing it had a waterproof case.

"No fucking way." I said out loud, retreating from the foul smelling room.

I took his xbox cus fuck him. He's dead, and he tried to hurt my Slenda.

I left and ran home, hearing police sirens. I ducked through the branches and swerved through trees, hoping to get home as fast as I could. I eventually made it to the mansion, sneaking in just as breakfast was being served.

"Ah, Maliki. Where were you? Did you find what you were looking for? Why are you holding a game console?" Slenda asked.

"You know that guy we killed a few weeks ago? I took it from his house." I said, breathing heavily.

"Naughty Maliki. Didn't your moth... didn't your father tell you not to steal?" Slenda asked condescendingly.

"He was dead. I also found a few phones he had. I'm hoping they have any clue of where on earth she might be." I said, setting the console on the table.

I saw Benny staring at the console with stars in her eyes. I pushed it in her direction, giving it to her.

"I also found this." I say, pulling the photo out of my pocket.

"Hmm... is that her?" Slenda asks, looking at the picture.

"Yep. And I'm guessing that's her... new son." I say, pointing at the younger boy.

"I see." Slenda said, handing me a plate.

"Eat breakfast. You aren't starving if you live under this roof, do you understand?" She said demandingly.

I take the plate and sit down in the empty seat next to Slenda.

I ate breakfast.

"Hey... is this sausage... human?" I ask, remarking on it's peculiar taste.

"Would you be offended if it was?" Slenda asked, sounding somewhat worried.

"No. I just wanna know." I say, before eating some more of it.

"Well then, it is. Why do you think I call it hunting?" Slenda asks.

"Hmm... I never thought of it like that. It's not bad." I say, finishing it.

I eat breakfast and hurry upstairs, charging the different phones in my bedroom. I needed to find something.
