*knock knock knock*

"Come in..."

Y/n walked into Andy's room, a cup of steaming hot coffee in her hand.

"Hey Andy... how's going?" she softly asked, sitting at the end of his bed.

"How do you think it's going? This headache is killing me, and my throat is so sore that my voice sounds like sandpaper"

He coughed a little, sighing immediately after.

"It's great!" he said sarcastically.

She looked at him, sad to hear that.
He had been like that for a couple days already, and was pissed.

Not just because he couldn't go to work, where he spent basically all of his time, but also because he could do literally nothing without his head spinning or something like that.

In fact, he had been lied in his bed, wrapped in his grey blanket, the majority of the time he had been home.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude..." he apologized, sitting up a little from the worm-like position he was in before "I'm just really tired to be doing nothing all day..."

She smiled warmly.
"Oh, don't worry, it's completely normal. I'd probably feel the same way, if I was you"

He weakly grinned, happy she could understand. Then he noticed the cup she was holding.

"Is that coffee?"

"O-oh, yeah! I almost forgot" she chuckled "It's for you. I thought it could make you feel better"

She handed it over, and Andy took it with both hands, realizing that the grip of only one of them wouldn't have been enough.

"I-I mean, it's not much, but... better than nothing, right?" she nervously laughed, tucking a lock of hair behind her ear "...I don't know, I thought it could help..."

"It's really kind of you, Y/n. Thank you" he said, looking at her and then down at the cup again, sincerely amazed by her gesture.

"No big deal, really..."

"Well, I appreciate it. A lot" he smiled "...It really means a lot to me"

She blushed, and quickly looked away, feeling butterflies run wild in her stomach.

"...You're welcome, then" she shyly said, playing with that same lock of wild hair again.

Andy and Y/n had been roommates for a while, now.

He was already living in that flat with his two bestfriends, Jorma and Akiva, and had been for basically five years.

But Kiv had a girlfriend, and some months before they had decided to go live together, leaving a room empty, in the flat of that magic trio.

That's when Y/n came in.

She had just moved to the city to follow her dreams of becoming a writer, and knew no one in the city.

So that advertisement in the paper had been a miracle.

She called the number, and met them a couple days later, immediately making a good impression.

And just a week after, boom, she had two incredibly funny and cute roommates.

Who would've guessed that one of them would soon become her crush?

"Hey, ehm... shouldn't you be at work?" Andy asked, as he looked at the clock on the wall in front of him "I-I mean, I really appreciate you being here, but... I  wouldn't want you to get fired, you know"

He chuckled a little, coughing immediately after.

"Ugh, I really should stop laughing..." he muttered to himself.

"Don't worry, I took a day off" she smiled.

"Seriously?"

"Yeah! I don't like the idea of you being here all alone... and also, I didn't feel like being yelled at from a Karen that can't find the right shirt, today, so..."

She giggled, scratching her neck.
"She's so beautiful..." he thought, blushing hard as he realized that and quickly looking away.

"W-well, thanks, then... again, it's really nice of you" he shyly said "...Why are you being so nice to me?"

"Because you're sick. And also, it's what I do everyday. It's my "gift", I'm a great person" she sarcastically said "A very humble, amazing person"

He chuckled, coughing again.
Stronger, this time.

"Stop making me laugh! Gosh, you're going to kill me..."

"Hey, it's not my fault if you find me funny. You have a serious problem, if you think I am" she said "Seriously, stop blaming me for your fucked up sense of humor"

She got up, and walked towards the door.

"By the way, I'm going to watch some tv, so if you want to, you can join me, after you've finished the amazing coffee I made you"

"Will do" he said, a cheeky grin on his face.

She smugly smiled, and closed the door behind her, leaving him alone again.

He sighed.
"God, she's so beautiful..."

As the walking mummy that he had become, Andy, still wrapped in his blanket, left his room, entering the living room, where Y/n was, watching tv on the sofa.

She turned to him, hearing him come in, and warmly smiled, making him sign with her hand to come closer.

"What are ya watchin'?" he jokingly said, in a fake Irish accent.

She giggled.
"The fresh prince of Bel Air"

"Ah, a classic! Mind if I join you?" he said, flopping down next to her.

"Of course not!"

They watched it for a long time, not even laughing much, just enjoying that feeling of nostalgia that it made them both feel, for some reason.

Andy slowly got more and more close to her, not even noticing he was, until, after almost six episodes, they were side by side, his head resting on her shoulder.

Neither of them said anything.
They just enjoyed that moment, that closeness, not even paying much attention to it all.

It all felt very natural, as if they were a couple and did that all the time.

But they weren't.
Yet.

Suddently, the end titles started rolling, and Y/n looked at her watch, turning the tv off as she realized that it was almost eight p.m. and they had spent basically all day watching the tv.

"I'm feeling a bit tired, I think I'm gonna go to sleep for a bit, before dinner" Andy said, softly yawning.

He was about to get up, when Y/n took his hand.

"Wait, I..." she shyly said, blushing.

What the hell was she doing?
She had taken his hand!
Had she gone crazy or something?

Andy froze.
He was confused, very confused.

"C-can you stay here? W-with me?"

She felt so embarassed for what she was saying. It was like she had no control over her mouth anymore, like the filter that blocked her feelings had disappeared.

"Why am I saying this?" She thought.

She wanted to bury her head under the sand and disappear forever.

"I don't wanna stay alone..." she continued.

He didn't know what to say.
Part of him wanted to stay really badly, but the other saw it as a really bad idea.

Instead of the flee or fight system, it was the flee or end up confessing your feelings one that had kicked in in his head.

But he couldn't say no to her, she seemed so fragile and in need of affection...

"Ok..." he whispered, sitting back down.

"T-thank you"

She was about to leave his hand, but instead, he tightened the grip, and rested his head on her shoulder again, making her blush even harder.

She smiled, her cheeks burning red.
She had never been that happy.

Jorma put the key in, and entered his flat, sighing.

The day at work had been really rough, but luckily he had managed to leave a bit sooner than usual.

He closed the door and put his backpack down, walking into the living room.

"Guys, I'm..." he started.

Then he saw them.

"...home"

They were on the sofa, one next to the other.

They seemed to have fallen asleep after watching the tv, and were now holding hands, as Andy's head rested on her shoulder.

"They look so cute" he thought.

He had always shipped them, of course.
And not only him, everyone that knew them did.

Their ship also had a name and everything. It couldn't be more official.

They basically were a couple for anyone except for themselves.

"I'm not gonna wake them up" he said to himself, smirking "They look so adorable..."

A/N :/
Hey guys! Thx for reading!
I really hope this makes sense, 'cause I didn't feel like re-reading this today :|

It isn't one of my best ones, but I really hope the cute scenario I had in mind when writing this is clear enough.

Peace out, homies :)
