"(Y/n) are you okay?!" Miori exclaimed as you entered the dorms. The girl ran up to you and took you into her arms, much like how a mother would to her child.

"I-I'm fine, what's all this about?" you asked the girl, confused. Soomi approached the two of you with a slightly worried expression herself.

"We heard about some werewolf trying to take you away," Soomi informed. "Are you hurt or anything?"

"I'm perfectly fine, don't worry. The werewolf was actually a friend of mine," you replied. Miori pulled away to look at you strangely.

"Friends try to kidnap each other?" she questioned. You smiled and shook your head.

"Obviously. No but really, he's just a little overprotective. And he likes to try and control my decisions," you said. Soomi wrinkled her nose in disgust.

"He does realize that most girls won't find that attractive right?" she asked and you let out a giggle.

"Who knows," you responded. You grew more serious as you began to think about what had just happened.

"If you don't mind though, could I maybe have a few minutes to just think to myself? A lot happened out there and I just need to collect my thoughts," you said. Miori and Soomi nodded immediately.

"Take all the time you need. We'll be in the living room downstairs," Soomi told you as she walked out of the dorms with Miori. You took a deep breath in and then walked over to your bed, taking a seat at the edge.

Merric is a werewolf. He tried to kill Namjoon. He also knows that you were lying about your whereabouts and seems very determined to get you back home. But you can't go back; you like it here. You have Miori and Soomi, real and true friends to you. Even Clarisse is considered more than just an acquaintance at this point. And, most importantly, Jimin is here.

Several days passed and you hadn't seen Jimin since the day Merric intruded. Later in the evening that day Namjoon and Yoongi left, Jimin had come down to see them off. You hadn't seen him since then. Clarisse informed everyone that he was extremely busy with work, he wouldn't even let her in because he didn't want to get distracted. Some of the other offerers had tried to check by the room to persuade him, but they were sent back with dejected expressions.

The most concerning thing about the situation was that no one had even seen him come down to eat something. Everyone assumed he came down in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep, that way he wouldn't run into anyone and get interrogated. But something in your gut still made you worry that maybe he wasn't getting enough. That he was too focused on work that he was only grabbing enough to tie him over.

After worrying for almost a week now, you finally made up your mind: you would try to talk with Jimin. You didn't want to brag or seem cocky, but you couldn't help but feel that you and Jimin had a deeper bond compared to the other offerers. Maybe, just maybe, you would have an easier time trying to convince him to come out of his locked up room.

"You can try, but I just don't want you to feel too upset if it doesn't work," Miori told you, eyes filled with concern. You smiled gently and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"I'm not going to get depressed or anything if I can't help him. I just want to make sure he's still alive in there, that's all," you replied. Soomi laughed slightly.

"Yeah, go make sure he hasn't become one with his work," she said.

You waved at the girls as you left the room, then you made your way towards Jimin's office. When you were standing in front of it you could feel yourself start to grow nervous; you hoped he wasn't in rough shape. Your hand reached out to the knob and you turned it slowly. You peeked your head through to look inside the room.

Jimin was at his desk, stacks of paper all over it and some loose ones on the floor around it. He was in the chair with a white dress shirt, sleeves rolled up to his elbows, and his hair disheveled, giving him a very sexy look. He was so focused on reading the paper in his hands he hadn't even realized your head sticking in from the door. You cleared your throat to grab his attention and Jimin almost jumped five feet in the air. His head whipped over to you and you saw him relax slightly when seeing that it was just you.

"What the heck are you doing in here?" he asked you as he stood up from the desk. You decided to fully enter the room now and closed the door behind you.

"I was worried. I haven't seen you since the day Merric came over here," you replied while taking a few steps closer to him. Jimin ran a hand through his hair.

"I've been caught up with work, sorry. I'm okay though," he sighed out. You squinted your eyes at him.

"Are you sure about that? Because you certainly look exhausted to me, despite the fact that you're a vampire and don't need sleep," you said. Jimin gave a tired smile.

"Reading papers 24/7 really wears you out," he replied.

"Is there anything I can do for you?" you offered. Jimin shook his head and you felt yourself fill with slight disappointment.

"Don't worry, I'm almost finished them. I just need a bit more time," he told you while turning back to his desk.

"Can't you just take a small break? Even for just a minute? This isn't good for your health Jimin," you pleaded.

"I've gotta get this done, I'm so close. Then I'll have all the time I need to rest," Jimin responded. You looked around at the messy room.

"Can I at least help you organize the papers on the ground?" you asked hopefully. Jimin looked hesitant, but gave in and nodded his head.

You quickly rushed to the papers and began picking them up fast and making a pile of them. It seems that you might've been picking them up too fast though.

"Shit," you hissed out as you got a paper cut.

Not a regular one though, this paper was thicker and the cut was definitely deeper than other ones you've gotten. It stung just as bad, maybe worse, and there was even some blood, barely any though. Your eyes flashed to Jimin and you felt yourself freeze in place.

Jimin's eyes were dark and the crack-like marks you've seen before appeared near his eyes. He looked at your injured finger intently before he snapped out of his moment with a shake of his head. His eyes met yours and you could see the guilt in them.

"I-I'm so sorry about that (Y/n). Maybe y-you should go," Jimin practically whispered. You gave him a hard stare.

"When was the last time you drank Jimin?" you questioned sternly. Jimin adverted his eyes and stared out the window, trying to avoid eye contact at all costs.

"Jimin," you warned. His eyes flicked over to you.

"When was it?" you demanded. Jimin gulped nervously.

"The last time we saw each other probably," he let out softly, almost like a breath.

"Jimin!" you gasped. Jimin looked away shamefully.

"I haven't had too much time. I'm sorry, but you should go and have your finger looked at," he said, turning his back to you.

No way were you going to leave him when he was suffering. An idea was clear in your mind, you just needed Jimin to approve of it.

"Jimin...," you started softly while walking closer to him. He turned his head slightly, acknowledging you.

"Drink from me," you told him.

Instantly, Jimin whipped around to face you.

"I can't do that! Not when I'm like this, it's too dangerous," he exclaimed, panic in his eyes.

"Please Jimin. I know there are risks, but you need this," you begged. You looked at him in the eyes and felt your cheeks warm. "And I want this."

Jimin was stunned, you worried that he was going to say no. But the thirst must've been too strong to resist. He looked at the ground and exhaled heavily.

"If I can't control it and go overboard, stop me at all costs," he uttered, his eyes glancing up at you. You nodded and stepped closer to him. You moved your (h/l) hair out of the way of your neck and tilted it slightly. Jimin looked as if he was about to pounce on you but he suddenly smiled warmly and shook his head.

"Your wrist," he said. You were slightly embarrassed, feeling stupid that you assumed he would drink from your neck, and quickly moved your hair back into place, offering him your wrist instead.

He took it gently and stared at it for awhile, perhaps contemplating whether he should refuse and tell you to leave. But he brought your wrist to his mouth anyways, his warm breath causing goosebumps to rise on your skin.

"I'm not going to lie, this will probably hurt for the first time. The pain lessens each time I feed though, so you don't have to worry about it feeling painful every time," Jimin told you. Soomi and Miori had already informed you about all of this so you simply nodded your head at him.

Jimin nodded back before opening his mouth, allowing you to see his sharp canines. His eyes changed and he bit into your flesh quickly. Tears sprung in your eyes and you couldn't help the whimper that slipped passed your lips. He didn't lie when he said it would hurt, neither did the girls. It wasn't a simple prick or anything, it really felt like getting stabbed with thick needles. You had to chew on your lips harshly to try and get your mind off of the pain.

Jimin stayed frozen and looked at you expectantly, probably waiting for you to give him the 'okay'. After waiting a few more seconds you nodded your head and Jimin began drinking your blood. This part definitely wasn't as bad as when he bit into you. It felt weird and very similar to when you would go to the doctors to get blood taken. You could feel the blood getting sucked from you, and every now and then you would feel Jimin's teeth dig a little deeper which would cause you to wince.

He drank for about 30 seconds or more before pulling away abruptly, blood dripping down his chin and eyes glowing a dark red. And, as weird as it was, you couldn't help but think he looked extremely attractive, especially when his tongue flicked out to lick his lips.

"I-Is that enough for you?" you asked, hoping he wasn't restricting himself. Jimin nodded and turned to his desk, pulling out a towel to wipe his mouth. When he turned back he looked normal again; eyes their regular dark brown colour and all traces of blood gone from his face. He walked over with some gauze and began wrapping your wrist up.

"Are you okay? Was it too painful for you?" he worried.

"It did hurt at first, but I expected it. Other than that it was alright," you replied as Jimin finished securing the gauze. "Thank you for this."

Jimin tilted his head to the side, a puzzled expression on his face. "Shouldn't I be the one thanking you for practically saving me?"

"Well, I really wanted you to have this so you wouldn't be suffering anymore. But I also wanted to experience this for myself too," you said the last part a little shyly and had to look away from Jimin.

"I can see where you're coming from though. You hadn't known what it would be like so you wouldn't really know if you were up for this kind of commitment right?" Jimin said. That wasn't really the true reason, but you decided to roll with it anyways and nodded your head.

"Also I was just wondering, is there a specific reason why you wanted to drink from my wrist?" you asked. Jimin leaned against his desk and let out a hum of confirmation.

"The most common places to drink from are the neck and wrist, but there are other spots too. I know some prefer to prick a finger and drink from there while there are others that even like drinking from the thigh," Jimin replied.

You felt yourself shiver at the last one; you couldn't imagine how painful it would feel when feeding from a sensitive spot such as the thigh, especially if it was the first time.

"The neck is actually supposed to be a more intimate place though. They say it's because you drink blood closer to the person's heart; it's even said that the blood is stronger and richer here. It can quench thirst much more effectively compared to other spots.

"But this spot, traditionally, is only supposed to be reserved for the vampire's partner. Nowadays vampires don't care as much and some will drink from this place. I still think it's special though, and would like to save the first time I drink from that spot for when I meet the person I truly love," Jimin explained. After hearing this you felt somewhat guilty or trying to get Jimin to drink from your neck, seeing as he wants to save the first time he drinks from it for his significant other.

"I'm so sorry about trying to—," you began. Jimin cut you off with a shake of his head and gave a reassuring smile.

"How were you supposed to know about it? I don't hold it against you so don't fret about it," he said. Despite him saying that, you still felt a little bad.

"So if it's an intimate spot, can the first time actually be saved for an offerer then?" you questioned. You had always thought that offerers were only seen as a source of food, so would anyone really reserve the experience for them?

"Very rarely, unless a vampire actually falls in love with one. And I think that's why vampires don't care as much as they used to. Why save it if you're always drinking from a human anyways and don't plan on finding a lover?

"Some will save it for their vampire partner. Vampires can actually drink from each other, which is a sign of their relationship and intimacy. So for those that still believe that drinking from the neck is special, they are more than likely waiting for the vampire they will fall in love with. But it doesn't have to be from the neck only, many vampires drink from other places similar to when they drink from an offerer.

"The blood from a pure-blood can actually quench the thirst of others which is why vampires drink from each other. And it's also why the act is done with at least one pure-blood, opposed to two middle classes; they wouldn't be able to get anything out of it," Jimin explained.

You vaguely remember Allyson trying to get Jimin to drink from her instead of the offerers, maybe this was what she meant.

"Is that why Allyson wanted you to drink from her?" you questioned.

"Yes, Allyson sees it as purely pleasure though. I think it's kinda tied in with the whole neck thing though; drinking between two vampires is also an intimate act which is why I would never agree to do either with her," Jimin replied.

"So basically, you never drink from an offerer's neck and you never drink from another vampire?" you clarified. Jimin nodded with a smile.

"That's right."

You felt like you experienced and learned a lot even though you had only come here to check that Jimin was still alive. You also realized now that you had been taking up a lot of Jimin's time even though he really wanted to get work done.

"I'm so sorry about keeping you from working for so long, I should go now," you apologized before heading to the door.

"It's alright. I enjoyed this small break with you," Jimin replied. "And thank you for...you know. Your wrist is okay right?"

You looked down at the wrist wrapped with gauze and twisted it around a few times.

"Yep, perfectly fine. I'll see you later Jimin, hope you finish soon," you said as you exited the room.

"Thank you," he said one last time before you closed the office door.
