Adryian was leaving her Aunt's house with Sehkani when she saw Jayda getting out of the car with her mom and rushed over to her, Jayda saw her and a small smile spread across her face

" Heyyy bitch " Adryian  smiled hugging her

" Hey " Jayda said softly. She still looked the same as she did in the hospital. Her hair was everywhere, she wore a bare face and almost looked lifeless, she didn't have that glow to her at all. She had on an old green hoodie and blue jeans and white converse. Her mom waved at Adryian before walking into the house with a few groceries

" Thanks for being there for me Adryian.. you're the only friend that's really checked up on me other than Keyarri. The other girls act like I don't even exist " she said sticking her hands in her hoodie pocket " do you wanna come in ?" She asked

" Sure " Adryian said nervously, they walked inside the house and into Jayda's room. It was extra clean and her bed didn't look slept in at all. Adryian sat on the bed next to Jayda " I've never seen your room this clean " she joked " When did you move back in with your parents ? "

" My mom keeps it clean now that I don't sleep in here anymore " Jayda said lowly " And I moved back in with them "

" Where do you sleep?" Adryian asked, jumping Sehkani up and down on her lap

" With my parents , I feel safe with them " Jayda admitted

" Do you want to talk about what happened?" She asked looking at Jayda " that lady at the hospital said it's good to talk to a close friend"

" I love him Adryian.. " Jayda said, her voice cracking " No matter what he does or how much we fight, I love him and I hate that I do but I do... he's just going through a lot right now and I should've never provoked him "

" That's not love " Adryian replied " Someone who loves you doesn't hurt you "

" So Kasuan doesn't love you ? " Jayda replied

" Our situation is completely different "

" How ? You and Kasuan fight all the time.. but because Raheem hits me back a few times, our situation is different ? Bullshit "

" You really gonna' to sit here and defend him right now ? ... " Adryian asked in a shocked tone " Last time I checked you were just talking about pressing charges at the hospital "

Adryian was so confused. It was like a switch had went off in Jayda's Head. One minute she felt this way and the next it was different

" I did what I had to do to come home " Jayda admitted " You'll never understand Adryian because you don't know him the way I do, he loves me and I love him... we might not have the, healthiest relationship but no relationship is perfect and we love each other and that's all that matters "

" You sound so dumb " Adryian said, growing annoyed

" Yeah you're one to talk.. " Jayda said throwing shade at Adryain and Kasuan's relationship.

Adryian stood up " You have one choice, leave him alone and be my friend or go with him and me and you are done .. " she said, Jayda rolled her eyes " I won't sit and watch you kill your self because you think you're in love.. we can't be friends if you're going to stay with him. So what's it going to be ? "

Jayda stood up and went over to the door " It was nice knowing you " she said.

Adryian chuckled, she couldn't believe it. She put Sehkani on her hip and left out the house. She was done with Jayda, she couldn't help somebody that didn't want to be helped.

" Adryain.. are you okay ? " Jayda's mom said trying to stop her because she looked really upset but she ignored her.

Jayda locked her bedroom door before sneaking out her window and walking over to Raheem's house. She knocked on his door and he answered. They looked at each other for a second.

" Can I come in ? " She asked lowly. He moved to the side and let her in before closing the door behind her and walking her to his room.

" You okay ? " Raheem asked, she walked up to him and gave him a tight hug, he wrapped his arms around her

" I hate you " she said, tears running down her face as she held onto him with her face on his chest

" I know " he sighed

" You're a fucked up person you know .. you're crazy and abusive ..and really fucked up in the head.. " Jayda sniffled " I hate you for doing this to us, I just want everything to be okay. "

" Everything's going to be okay, okay? ... " he said " .. i love you "

Jayda quietly cried into his chest, she sniffled " I love you too " she mumbled .

A few days later

Adryian went to the grocery store with Brandon's daughter Kennedy and Sehkani to pick up a few things for her apartment. She was in her rare form, she was wearing her natural hair in a messy bun, she didn't have on any make up, and all she wore was a over sized baby blue hoodie, grey tights and Nike slides.

" Don't forget i need candy " Kennedysaid not looking up from her iPad, sitting in the shopping cart as they walked down the isle

" You don't need anymore candy " Adryian  replied looking up at the box's of macaroni. " All your teeth gone fall out if you keep eating-

" Adryian ? "  a familiar voice said, she sounded unsure.

Adryian turned around " Kai.. hey " she said nervously . It had been a while since they saw each other

" Heyy.. " Kai said also sounding nervous. Holding onto the small shopping cart she had tightly  " Long time, no see " She said

" How have you been ? " Adryian asked

" I've been good actually.. you ? "

" Same, I'm happy you're doing good. " She said

" I'm sorry I missed Sehkani's birthday party " Kai said

" Oh it's okay-

" Hey baby everything okay ? " Milanni said wrapping her arms around Kai. Adryian looked shocked

Kai gave her a gentle kiss on the lips and Adryian rolled her eyes " I'm fine " she said before looking back up at Adryian. She cleared her throat. " uhh... Milanni this is Adryian , Adryian this is-

" We know each other " Milanni said looking Adryian up and down. " You know she used to mess with your cousin Tyriq babe "

" Oh really ? " Kai said

Adryain's heart dropped, she hadn't heard that name in a longgg time. " Well .. um, it was good running into you Kai. See you later " she said before quickly turning around a walking away. She couldn't believe Tyriq and Kai were cousins, it was no way she thought .
