Jayden's POV

I saw Lex putting her teddy bear next to her and I sat opposite her. We were talking when I heard a box being laid down in front of us.

I looked up and saw a slutty waitress staring at me, her eyes clouded with lust. I could tell Lex was getting uncomfortable so I looked at the waitress with one eyebrow raised.

"Can I help you?" I said, annoyed. She stared at me and said in a high pitched voice "Hey, handsome!" I winced as my ears started hurting.

I called for the manager and reported that the waitress kept flirting me when I'm on my date. He apologised and fired her as well as saying our dinner would be free.

I thanked him and looked at Lexy. She looked at me amused. I raised my eyebrows playfully and she smiled. We began eating and we finished our dessert as well.

We walked to the car and I stood by her door and closed it for her. I jogged to the drivers side and raced back to Lex's house. I walked her to her front door. She said "I had a great time" with a grin plastered on her face.

I rubbed the back of my neck nervously and said "Would you like to go on another date?" She smiled and nodded. I leaned in and kissed her on her lips and I swear, fireworks were exploding.

This could only mean one thing, Alexa was my mate. When you kiss or touch your mate, you feel fireworks and electricity. I touched her soft skin and indeed, I felt electricity.

We both broke apart and I kissed her one more time before grinning and saying I would text her later. I winked at her as I walked to my car and raced home.

Kassandra's POV

I lazily walked to the kitchen and made myself a turkey sandwich. As I made it, I felt butterflies for tomorrow. I ate my sandwich and looked at the sun as it slowly faded.

I finished eating and washed my dishes and walked to my room and instantly, I fell asleep.

I was shook violently and my eyes shot open. "Happy Birthday" Mom, Dad, Ash and Elijah yelled. I grinned and gave them all hugs. "Where's Ethan?"I asked curiously. "Oh! He's asleep. We're all going to wake him up."Dad said.

I nodded and we all tiptoed to Ethan's room. Me, being first, pushed open the door gently and we all surrounded his bed. On the count of three, we shook him violently.

He awoke and frowned at us all. "Happy Birthday!"we shouted. He instantly smiled and said "I thought you guys would forget. Happy Birthday, dork." He looked at me when he finished his sentence.

We all chuckled and went to the kitchen to eat some breakfast. Once we all ate, everyone parted ways and began getting ready for the ball.

Lexy came barging in my room and forced me to sit in my bed and do my makeup. She went with a natural look and boy, I couldn't believe that was me.

She then placed me in my dress careful, for me not to smudge my makeup.

She then moved onto my hair. She curled my hair and ran a brush through it making it wavy. She also chose satin pink heels.

Seeing as Lex had to get ready as well, I placed her on my bed and said thanks as I did a natural makeup look on her.

I also helped her into her dress as well, careful not to ruin the dress or makeup.

I decide to leave her hair wavy as well and gave her some champagne coloured heels to wear.

We took some killer photos and I looked at the time to see it was 6:30. That only left 30 minutes left for the ball to start.

I've seen already and it looked breathtakingly beautiful.

We both went downstairs and saw dad and he looked handsome in a dark blue blazer.

Next to him, stood Ethan in a black tuxedo.

Next to him stood Elijah,in a dark blue suit.

Next to Elijah stood Ash in a black suit.

My mom looked stunning in her outfit.

Lexy insisted on taking a photo of us all and we all stood together and smiled. She took quite a lot of photos and I made sure to tell Lex to send me that later.
